President of the European Commission's Office

It was a normal day for the President of the European Commission James Bartholomew as he was signing paperwork after paperwork about policies that have to be implemented and also trade deals that have to be modified given the rising economy of the EU as a whole to ensure that the economic development and policies of the EU while the President of the European Council Francesco Luca manages the politics of the European Union to ensure every politics of EU Members go into the right path.

They are just doing their usual work until... a man of French origin has barged into the office of the President of the Commission with grave news in his mind.

"Mr. President, I have bad news! WehavelostcontactwiththeUSAandRussiaand-" The French EU Employee has spoken so frantically that it was a dire situation to begin with until he was interrupted by the President.

"Calm down for a bit and tell me what is happening?"

The president said calmly as he was expecting another crisis again regarding their stance in the Ukraine Crisis thinking that Russia is going to cut off the oil trade with the EU as that'll kill the oil supply of the EU and he also knows the fact that they can't sustain themselves over North Sea oil for the long term.

"We have suddenly lost contact with the American and Russians and lost contact with our Galileo Satellites! The economy is taking a dip as foreign trade that accounts much of our economy is lost and we have lost food imports that will likely cause a food shortage at a later date!"

The President of the European Commission is shocked at this revelation as there is only one option and that is to call every Presidents of the European Nations for an emergency meeting regarding this revelation.

"Call for an Emergency Meeting of every EU Members immediately!"

The president said with urgency as that message would be received by the EU Employee nodding and then storming off the office. The revelation of this is shocking as every EU Nations from voice calls have already reported their dire issue mostly on food and the economy as every European Economy is dipped especially in Greece which their debt already being an issue further slapped the Greek economy down to the ground.

EU Summit Building

As the situation of the EU is dire and every European Nation Governments scrambling to try and alleviate the situation until the European Presidents and Prime Ministers have come to a solution, All of the 28 Presidents and Prime Ministers of every European Nations convened at the summit as everyone is present including the officials of the EU and guards who will try to prevent the summit from being disrupted.

"Good Day Gentlemen, I have called you all here to discuss the dire situation the Union is in right now and we shall get straight to the point."

The President of the European Commission said in his opening speech as he commanded the leaders to sit down and a projection was made with a grim economic outlook, oil prices being high as Russia is no longer in the picture, and lastly the food shortage which will cause a Unionwide famine in the future.

"So, These are the grim graphs that our economists predict and we are now on a dire situation. Food and oil shortages will be a dire situation as we might have to ration the resources we have and control the prices. Economic outlook isn't good too as we can expect an inflation of prices in goods." The president said in his opening statement

The leaders murmured to each other as their situation is really dire enough especially food and oil and also Greece which is in serious debt may lead to an economic collapse that may cause the EU to intervene in this matter.

"Mr. President of the Commission, Why is it that we have suddenly have a food, oil, and economic crisis happening at the same time? Don't you think that either the Russians or Americans cut us off? If that's the case let's-"

The President of the Commission interjected before the President of France could finish his sentence.

"We are apparently cut off from the world losing contact with Washington and Moscow and our Gallileo satellites are gone according to both the GSA and ESA but new satellites from Germany and Estonia are scheduled to be launched at August 14th as the previous Galilleo Satellites are disappeared."

All the leaders murmured again to each other in a serious tone that the Gallileo satellites are now gone and SatNav will be complicated at this point with some complaining the nonsense of this 'losing contact'. Then the German Chancellor started to comment.

"How about encourage a Free-"

The President of the commission interrupted him and said this to him

"This won't solve our problems as we are going to be scarce on resources!" He was so angry about this that the European Union may dissolve at any point due to these pressing problems and one Polish President has commented

"Uhhh, How about we send our scout aircraft or drones to look for landmass and have contact with civilization?"

"Come on Szymon, I know you are fascinated with Countries transported to a fantasy world novels but this ain't a fantasy!"

The President of the Commission replied with a serious tone

"Actually, Szymon has a good idea on this one. Since we are cut off from trade somehow... how about we really search for landmass to confirm that Russia and America actually poofed out of existence to confirm that we really lost contact with them just ignore the first contact part by the Polish President."

The Greek President said

"I second to that"

The Dutch PM also said too

"Me too, If those 2 important nations did disappear, Let's initiate a scouting operation!"

The British PM said too

These murmurs had also made other leaders agree to Syzmon's idea except for the 'first contact' part to which it is really nonsensical as everyone will now agree to a scouting operation to confirm if Russia and America is out of the map.

"If that's what all you want, I'll agree to the scouting operation proposed by the Polish President and will everyone agree to ration the oil and food to prevent shortages for the time being and also price controls? Raise your hands if you do."

As the president had said it, Everyone raises their hands including himself and it is unanimous that the scouting operation, rationing, and price controls will be on effect immediately.

"As this meeting is over, I hereby conclude this emergency meeting over."

The emergency meeting was finally over as respective European Leaders are now going to their respective countries to try and control the shortage and economic situation the EU is in right now whilst the leader sat comfortably sighing himself and saying

"What in the world is happening right now? Losing contact with the USA and Russia? That's nonsense...."

Paperwork began to flow as the paperwork is all about the economy and political inquiries to the EU regarding relief economic aid to countries that are in bad situation

Airbus A400Ms lined up the Runway with Dassault Rafale Escorts as one by one, These planes take off ready to make an endeavor to confirm the 'disappearance of America' and then report back to Paris for confirmation.

Pyry and Masovian Minsk Air Bases, Pyry and Masovian Minsk

2 C-130s took off from Pyry Air Base as they are now tasked to scout the eastern part of the ocean as the Polish Government, The Baltics, and Romania learned that their Eastern Borders are just sea and they will really confirm if Russia really disappeared as the Polish President theorized that the Russian Nation might've moved but that was nonsense.

And thus, this will be the start of how will the EU cope with this unrealistic situation all the while their Air Force trying to search for both America and Russia.
