"Jennie, do you still love me?" Yi Yun then asked.
"Are you doubting me because I don't cry?" Jennie answered with a question.
"Remember, Jennie will never cry even if her heart is torn."
"Can I ask you a question?"
"What?"
"Why did you choose the room at the end for me? The warden said the client paid more so that I could stay in this room."
"Wait, wait..." Jennie suddenly sounded confused.
"I did pay so you could move into the VIP cell, but that's it, nothing more."
Yi Yun, "..."
"Now that I suddenly think about it, how did you know about this VIP cell? Even I never heard of it before."
Jennie was silent for a moment before answering.
"Yi Yun, did something happen to you?" She sounded doubtful as he asked.
"Just answer my question."
"Um, actually I also just found out about it, an official came and offered it to me."
"Oh?"
"Jennie, looks like there's something hidden in you."
"What? Yi Yun, what do you mean? Our relationship may fail many times, but I will definitely not betray you."
"That's not what I mean."
"Then?"
"Your songs, they weren't made by you right?"
"You know, but it's not something strange. The songs are from the company, they want my voice and my appearance so that the popularity of their songs increases. Of course, they benefit a lot from that."
'Is it just because of that?'
"Do you know who composed those songs?"
"Erm, they should have been created by the company team."
'Company team, huh.' Yi Yun sneered inwardly.
He wouldn't be surprised if the CEO of that company didn't know anything either.

'Who is that?' He then wondered.
Now he concluded that the person wanted Jennie, and also wanted his dead.
Of course, there were so many men who wanted Jennie. She was so beautiful and likable, Yi Yun had even forgotten how many men had chased after her at school. Not to mention after Jennie became a celebrity.
And one of these men was lucky to get a portal to the Land of the Gods.
But to know his relationship with Jennie, that person might be from school.
Yi Yun could not guess who. He didn't actually have many friends at his school.
'This guy must be really obsessed with Jennie.'
'But why does he only dare to play behind the scenes?'
'And he also only took this opportunity to kill me. Previously he might still not have enough strength. I wonder how strong he is now?'
One year, the boss could reach the peak of level 2, but as she said, it was more due to luck. It doesn't happen to everyone.
That doesn't include if someone dies.
According to Yi Yun's estimation, although ordinary level 2 is stronger than ordinary humans, it has not yet reached the point where they can run rampant.
That person might be able to kill him, but he'd be in a lot of trouble after that.
China is not a country just anyone can run rampant. If he can hide the traces, the government will definitely not stand still, they will send a bigger team.
'Well, he'll probably show up when Jennie gets here.'
'He won't be able to get in through the door, so the window is the only way he can get in here.'
'Although it is difficult for ordinary people to go up to the fourth floor through the windows, it should be fine for evolvers as long as they are at level 2.'

'Me and Jennie, and that person will gather here. If I didn't know anything, my fate would definitely be tragic. Even if that guy doesn't kill me, he might do something that drives me crazy.'
After all, he would still be executed.
What if he raped Jennie in front of him before he was executed?
Of course, if he did that, the result he got would be Jennie's hatred.
'Unless he doesn't expect anything more from Jennie.'
'He just wanted to crush me in front of Jennie, and then make Jennie his toy.'
Jennie was a Goddess in the eyes of schoolchildren in those days, but now that she was a Goddess in the eyes of the whole country, the qualities of the two were of course vastly different.
'But it's all unimportant, as long as that person lives, I won't be able to live in peace.'
'Escape is not the solution, that person could have done something crazier.'
It would be even worse if he also targeted his sister.
'But, my strength might not be enough to deal with it.'
'What is the solution?'
'Weapon, yes weapon, if I can get a weapon from another world, I can definitely kill him here.'
'Damn, luckily I'm so smart.'
Yi Yun wasn't sure how he would get the weapon, but worst of the worst, he could only beg the boss or whoever it was.
"Yi Yun." Jennie called him.
"Jennie, don't come here before I let you come, if you still love me, follow my word."
Yi Yun hung up the phone after that. He still believes in Jenny. She is sometimes selfish, but when things go bad, she still knows how to act.
After that, he returned to the Land of the Gods.
He went straight to the guild headquarters the moment he got there.
He still saw the young man who sang before, he was still there and still singing.
But he didn't stop, he continued to head towards the guild.
As he entered the guild headquarters, he saw Alvin and a man he had never seen before in the living room.
The two of them sat at the guest table, seeming to be discussing something.
Alvin was slightly surprised when he saw Yi Yun's arrival, he said, "hey, Yi Yun, it's still night, what are you doing here?"
"Emmm, is boss around?" Yi Yun asked.
"Boss? She's not here, she should have returned to her original world."
Of course, Yi Yun knew that, he was looking for the boss because he found it easier to ask for her help. But now she's not there.
Yi Yun thought of asking Alvin for help, but he suddenly saw someone appear on the second floor.
That's Amanda.
"Oh handsome, you're back at this hour, do you want to spend the night with me? Let's go find a room, I really want to make love to you now."
Yi Yun, "...."

Fallout: Vault X
An original novel set in the Fallout universe, written to be accessible to all, featuring unique people and places. Vol.II. out now Fallout: Vault X tells the story of John. A vault dweller, who spent every day of his twenty five years underground. Like his father, and his father before him. Proud to live in the last remaining bastion of humanity, all that survived The Great War of the atomic age. Hidden deep below the surface of the earth, toiling under brutal conditions. Year after year, decade upon decade. All to expand into the natural cave system the Vault occupied, building for the future. However, John knew what his forefathers did not, that everything he’d been taught was a lie. After finishing school at the age of ten, John received his standard issue pipboy. An arm mounted personal computer, worn by everyone in the Vault. Used to coordinate the relentless pace of expansion, needed to work as an apprentice. To learn the craft that would be his life’s work. A noble calling to ensure a future for all that remained of the human race. A quirk of fate saw John equipped not with the crude, clunky, pipboy model his father wore. That almost everyone around him wore. His looked smaller, sleeker, finished in a jet black sheen. And capable of doing far more than its drab counterparts. The world above had been ravaged by atomic flames, yet life clung to its bones. The Red Valley fared better than most in the century since the bombs fell. The clean water and rich soil protected by rolling hills. All spared from direct strikes, for the most part. Life survived here. Trees spawned from charred ground, misshapen, green leaves turned red. Along with simple crops, grown wild at first, then cultivated by the survivors. The scavengers of the old world were inventive, hardy people. All determined to rebuild in the ruins of a world they never knew. In the decades that passed settlements emerged. They grew, spreading along the valley floor. Reclaiming the pre-war remnants of the once industrialised heartland. Salvaging the robotic wonders of a bygone age to build their walls and work their fields. To protect them in the dark of the wasteland. But such things are uncommon in this world, and the rarer something is, the greater its value. And the worth of pre-war technology had not gone unnoticed. The last, real, power in this world rested in the mechanised hands of The Brotherhood of Steel. Forged from the mortally wounded old world military. The Brotherhood used its access to the weapons made for a conflict no one won to strike out into the wastes. Men and women were equipped with advanced armour, aerial transportation, high grade weaponry. Accompanied by the training, strength, and will, to put them to use. They established chapters and set up outputs far and wide. All dedicated to a single purpose. To ensure the technology left abandoned by its long dead creators didn’t fall into the wrong hands. Namely, any hands that were not their own. This is the world John escaped into. A place of horrors brought forth from atomic fire. A place where survival meant battling against the darkness. Fighting a war each day to get to the next. And war...war never changes

How to Raise Your Dungeon
A dungeon core awakens for the first time. It knows nothing, it has nothing, but it can hear something. Voices, whispering, talking, and sharing. For now, they are distant. But it believes, if it proves itself, they may provide it with wisdom and direction. And so its slow but steady growth begins. Polls will come when the dungeon specifically wants to choose between a number of options, and believes it will receive an answer. However, it will "hear" any comments made on the most recent chapter, and these will shape its behaviour. It trusts you implicitely. This story is an exercise in stretching my creative muscles, so with each decision made, the options and opportunities open to the dungeon will change- some closing off forever. The dungeon will face threats periodically, and its fate in these encounters will be heavily influenced by your advice, though it will of course do its absolute best even without advice. It hardly wants to die. Heavily inspired by There Is No Epic Loot Here, Only Puns, though my approach to the concept is somewhat different from that work.

Penance's Pursuit
This future sci-fi fantasy follows the progression of a few main characters as they navigate their unique spheres of life in the year 2242. The story focuses heavily on themes of guilt, personal failing, and penance. The conflict revolves around two main concepts: Man vs. Himself (Internal conflict) and Man vs Man (External conflict). The internal conflicts focus on many of the characters' inner demons and how each of them deal with the scars of the past. The external conflict centers around a mysterious criminal organization called Nexus that conducts human trafficking. There are three groups of main characters. The first group belong to a vigilante mercenary organization called Ab Aeterno. Titus, Venna, and Benjamin are Achilles team. This team is a part of Ab Aeterno's special forces branch which is designated Demon Stalkers. Their goal and mission is to perform assassinations, abductions, and destabilization operations on criminal organizations throughout the solar system. Their current mission places them directly in the path of Nexus. Titus interacted with them in his past and they seem to have unlimited reach, resources, and power. As the team faces this threat, old wounds will surface and dangerous connections to the past will emerge. The second group of characters are on the Mars colony. Randal Page is an analyst for a talent scout company on Mars. He is faced with the reality that the company he thought he was working for is in fact Nexus. Also on Mars is a woman named FaRarra Njokko. She is a Nexus sex slave in a brothel on Mars and is known by the stage name of Stardust. She is striving to escape when her path crosses with Randal. The final main character is Preston Coretel. He is a monk with a mysterious and shady past. He is on the run from Nexus in more ways than one. He is seeking sanctuary on an abandoned monastery space station in order to avoid agents of Nexus and to atone for his previous involvement with Nexus.
