《Deity's Fragments [Paused]》Chapter 29 - High Level Beast

Zack entered the forest at high speed as the wind was blowing against his clothes.
He had left the shelter, and as expected, he was chased by many species. Not having so much time to waste, he decided to ignore them and accelerate faster.
Soon the pursuers lost sight of him, but Zack did not slow down until he reached the deadly forest.
He kept running and wasted no time with the crickets that had reappeared; he passed them and ran deeper into the forest.
He significantly reduced the amount of energy he expended after he increased his control. He could make the flow more stable, which allowed him to reduce the amount he used.
As he ran through the giant trees, he began to encounter some bees that were in groups. He tried to dodge or get out of their way, but they chased him.
Not wanting to have dead weight, he made electricity run through his arms in the form of a snake and turning around while his body was still propelling forward, he shot two bolts of lightning that hit two bees.
But the beams didn't disappear, which surprised Zack and feeling in control, he made the electricity leave the body of the bee and shoot at the other two.
The first bees' bodies fell while the other two were only slightly affected after the electrical impact. Although the lightning was not undone, it still did not contain the same power.
'The more I increase my control over the ability, the more chances I will get. He thought, retaking his previous position and continue running.
The remaining bees could not follow him after being affected by the lightning, which caused some spasms in them.
He saw a large number of bees gathered ahead so he would not miss the opportunity. Before they became aware of his presence and began to disperse, Zack charged two electric bombs, but these were twice the previous ones' size.
It was daylight, but a glow could still be seen inside the forest. Zack threw the electric bombs, which exploded when they reached the group of bees.

Large electrical discharges began to spread through the forest; even the trees closest to the explosion were torn apart.
Zack was amazed at the power of these electric bombs. Trees that he could barely scratch had now been torn apart, but he couldn't make them fall.
Some had combusted, which caused a small fire to start in the area.
Zack walked over to the bodies and picked up the mid-level bodies and some basic level ones.
He only took a few as he didn't want to fill the storage with these bodies.
He wanted to take the cores out of the other bodies but dismissed the idea. Three yellow coloured bees were approaching him.
'High-level bees' He took out his double swords from his storage and stood on guard. He could use the double hand sword if it were one-on-one, but he was facing 3 enemies this time.
Unlike before, when he could only create an attack imbued with the thunder element, now he could infuse the power into the sword.
The bees surrounded the corpses as if they were analyzing what had happened, then focused on Zack and moving in different directions, they attacked.
Zack knew the battle wasn't going to be easy, so he threw himself backwards as he tried to direct the bees.
'I'm counting on you, AI.'
He hadn't needed to make use of this one in previous battles, as he didn't feel as threatened, but these were high-level bees. They were at a highly different level compared to the others.
[*Calculating*]
[*Direct to the right, use fire and smoke in that direction to disorient the enemy*]
Following the AI's instructions, he moved to the indicated direction.
One of the closest bees activated its four wings and moved faster.
Zack did not increase his speed. He knew that, unlike before, he could easily escape from these bees.
Entering the smoke and fire of the place, he could feel the flames' heat and intensity.
These flames were mixed with the trees' magical energy, so it was not a normal flame.
The bee that was chasing him came in first, but this one felt more affected than Zack. It moved and crashed into the trees, which caused some burns.

Sensing the arrival of opportunity, he ran after the beast and, jumping on its back, made two X-shaped blows with his sword.
*Bzzzzz!
The bee felt the blow and turning his body. He threw himself to the ground.
Zack jumped from the back forward, falling first than the bee. Touching the ground with his back to the bee, he spins around, swinging his sword and connecting with the bee's head.
The sword hit the head but had not severed it. Applying more force to his hand, he managed to make his sword penetrate the skull, and the electricity hit it.
He pulled out his sword, moved his other hand, and connected another blow to the bee's head.
[You have killed High-Level Deadly Bee (1)]
He took the body of the beast, but he didn't waste much time, the heat was getting to him, and the other two bees hadn't fallen into the trap.
Taking a strong impulse, he got out of the fire and felt relief. He was already beginning to suffocate from staying inside alone for a while.
He didn't know if this would cause a forest fire. Still, he doubted it; the only parts of the damaged trees were the ones that he attacked.
Snapping out of his thoughts, he stopped dead in his tracks and began to look around. The bees were nowhere to be seen.
'What happened? Are they chasing someone else?'
He started moving again towards the ones he killed earlier and was shocked by what he saw.
The bees were eating the bodies and nucs of the ones that had died. Other bees had appeared, and the two high-level bees were circling these as if they were overseers.
He didn't know if it was something terrible that was happening. Still, he wasn't going to find out, so he decided to charge two more electric bombs but not of the same magnitude as the previous ones.
The number of live bees was much lower than before, and besides the two high-level bees, no other bees were at the medium or higher level.
He charged his bombs, the two high-level bees felt the energy, so they turned and saw Zack.
For some reason, he felt the bees were amazed to see him.
He threw the two bombs, which scattered, killing the last of the bees.
The two high-level beasts flapped their wings and charged at Zack.
He waited for the right moment, and when they were as close as he could get, he applied great force to the swords as he launched two attacks in the direction of the bees.
The swords collided with the stingers, which caused both the blades to break and the stingers to crack.
Losing both of his weapons, he unsheathed the sword on his back and channelling enough energy to cause his other sword to start showing small cracks.
He launched a horizontal moon-shaped attack.
[Energy: 300]

[The beast sacrificed its soul to reincarnation and left an attribute tattoo].
Zack let out a sigh. He had expended a great deal of energy, but not so much. He also felt happy; he had gotten another tattoo, though he didn't know what species this one was.
Approaching the bodies, he absorbed them. When he thought of approaching the other bodies to collect the cores, he felt suffocating pressure.
His skin was bristling, and he felt a tremendous amount of danger. A crystalline coloured bee appeared and looked towards Zack.
His body moved on its own, and activating his power, he moved through the trees at an incredible speed, but he could still manoeuvre well.
His stats had increased, and with his eye power, it was easy.
Soon he sensed danger; even so, his instincts told him not to stop.
After a while of running, when his energy ran out, he stumbled and rolled along the ground until he hit a tree. 'What the hell was that?'
