《In Pursuit Of Accolades》Grade A Moron

Given the chance I would like to think that I am quite happy.

Greg sat on the bed of his college dorm and looked once more from his phone to the door.

Greg loved this time of day with its quiet air, and stale feeling. Of course he was still indoors, but he felt like he had time to spare today. A rare occurrence indeed.

He wasn’t really inclined to be that productive this early though.

While he was a night owl for the most part, he found that it was a bad habit to have in his early high school days.

Now that he spent a month going through all of his college orientation, and be gained classes he found that it was possible to switch sleeping habits. If only a little bit

It just took a metric ton of coffee to wake him up.

“…I definitely blew my budget this month”. He said with a sigh.

He once again looked at the door.

“Is it about time now?” He asked himself

He stared at the door for a minute before deciding to go make another cup of that been juice. Mmm how he loved that cheap taste now. He was absolutely addicted to the stuff but it made him feel pretty good for the first 40 minutes of the day. Before making him pass out in Mr. Benitas class.

Not that the old mans lesson did much to keep him awake though.

At this point in time he started to ramble while waiting for the Grade A Moron to make his first appearance of the day.

“Is he going to be late again?…”

“Damn, why did I get into tutoring again?”

Oh right I need the money

"Could I sell myself for money?"

In the end it would just be too much effort and not enough pay.

7 minutes later he heard some heavy footsteps in the hallway.

Which Completely disregarded the fact that most in the dorms were not even awake right now and wouldn’t be for the next 20 minutes.

Heck some are probably even hungover.

Greg decided that Terrance needed to learn how not to be an obnoxious idiot.

At least not this early in the morning.

Terrace entered the room after quickly rounding the corner and slamming the door open.

He stood at an impressive 'I never took the time to size his height up'.

Still he looked taller than he was wide and that bodes pretty well for his health I guess.

Anyway the poor door swung open fast after he tried to buldoze my door. While he stood there arms on hips in a vauge gesture of superhuman strength.

If not for Greg having placed his bag between the door and the wall after he woke up it was quite likely that the RA would have chewed his ass out for a new hole in the wall.

For the fourth time this month…

Greg decided that Now was a pretty good time to tell Terrance off. Coffee in hand he approached the over enthusiastic idiot at the door.

“God Dammit Terrance, Why the hell are you here anyway?”

He barely looked at Greg before flashing a pearly smile, turning around and walking back down the hallway.

“Here because you need the money and I need the grades bossman”.

Greg Looked down at his coffee for a second.

“Why the hell do I still keep forgetting to cancel these sessions?”

"I think it's time to revisit the idea of selling myself."

He picked up his computer bag and jacket before slowly catching up with the moonwalking Terrance in the hallway. Pondering the pros and cons of being paid with coffee directly.
