The Night Cat

Most of the creatures would produce light at night but these night cats don't. They are dangerous creatures of the forests. Under the dark night sky, they are invisible. Forests at night completely ruled by them. There are so few natural enemies of them. They are completely black. Even their eyes are completely black. Around the iris, most creatures have a white region but night cats did not have that. Their teeth were also black. Some scientists checked their inside and learned that these cats were completely black both outside and inside. Their bones, their meat, their blood, everything they had was black. They didn't have any special ability but they are still the kings of the forests. Some call them panthers.

Other Big Cats

All the other cats had stripes or spots around their bodies. At night, these stripes and spots would shine with different colors. These big cats are predators that can be found everywhere. They are named differently tough, such as lion, tiger, cheetah, etc... Every kind of them had a different magical ability to wield. Cheetahs had the power of speed. They use mana to supplement their already fast body to reach even higher speed. They are considered the fastest animal on land. Lions use mana to supplement their power. They already have a strong body, with the help of mana they can even break steel with their claws. All kinds of cats had different abilities.

The Miniature Cats

These are small cats that had the same magical abilities with much weaker versions of them. Humans usually feed these. Some humans host them in their homes. They think that they are tamed but in reality, no kind of cat can be tamed. Scientists usually consider these creatures as co-existing with humanity instead of domesticated animals. There are many who worship these animals.

The Blood Dog

The most violent kind of dog there is. These can be tamed. These creatures, in the wild, usually eat fresh meat. They don't clean their face region thus their face turns to red within time. This is why people named these dogs blood dogs. Their bones are really hard. Their teeth can easily break the bones of their prey. They mostly live and hunt with packs. Humans sometimes hunt these creatures to make use of their bones.

Shining Bear

These bears live in the forests. They usually mark their territory and don't wander away. At winters they hibernate and choose locations near sound flowers. These flowers act as an alarm while they are sleeping. They are strong and agile creatures. They are not considered dangerous most of the time since their primary food is fish.

Sound Flower

These flowers stay bloomed at all sessions. When they are touched, they produce a loud sound. Many animals use these flowers to their advantage. They recognize chitin and don't make a sound if a bug touches them. Bugs carry their pollens so they don't react to them. These are also used to protect crops. Humans plant these to the edges of the crop fields so they scare animals if they are touched. Not edible by humans.

Spirit Herb

These herbs can grow anywhere but they are mostly found near a spirit's nesting place. These herbs mostly get used by shamans. Shamans use them to make long-distance calls to their spirits. This herb is also known for the sexual power it provides to man. This is the real reason for their expensive price on the market.

Domesticated Cow

These animals are mysterious. There are sayings such as 'holy cow' with an unknown origin. We believe that there is a cult around them. In a faraway land, it is said that these animals are considered sacred and rules over man. This is why are afraid of our own food all the time. This is why every cow and their breeders are checked regularly by the government. You never know what they think. They may be acting like a stupid animal but there are proofs that they may have intellect. The reason they let themselves be killed is still a mystery though.

Domesticated Chicken

These animals can be divided into three subgroups. The first group is used for egg production. That kind of chicken produces three eggs daily. It is thought to be using magic to produce extra eggs to stay alive. Who would want a chicken which lays no egg? One of the group is mostly the male of that species. They are raised up to a point to be eaten. The other group is called the roosters. They are used to produce the next batch of generation. These animals are considered safer than cows.

Spirit Fox

These foxes mostly live near lakes. They may be the only shamans of the animal world. Normally animals use magic instinctively or automatically. But these creatures can't use magic. They go and form a contract with the spirits just like human shamans. When asked, there hasn't been an answer from the spirits as of now. They are very secretive about how they communicate or why they give power to these creatures. They are mostly harmless though, as long as they are not attacked, they don't give a damn about humans.
