Several pieces of equipment, forging items and weapons dropped on the floor as the wolf king's body started to disappear from sight.
Issac tried his best to hold on to the feeling he had when he had reached his zone while fighting the wolf king. He tried some movement tactics and started to swing his sword around trying various different combat techniques he had learned by watching the top apex experts.
He felt as if his training abilities had skyrocketed by a huge margin as he was in the state right now. But, this feeling didn't last long. After just a few minutes, he got the normal feeling as always.
He had given it his all while training for those few minutes and he could already feel the results. His combat techniques had become more refined while training under that feeling.
The last time he had felt his training and skill execution improve by a large margin was when he had gone to the top floor of the Tower of Stars: The place having the most spectacular view at night time in the whole of The Heavenly Domain. The mana density of that place was really high and going to that place was one of the major reasons for his great improvement before.

If he could train in that state forever, he could undoubtedly become the best player in just a matter of some months.
After this, Issac grinded all the remaining monsters in 'The Dark Woods' getting upto level 15 when he left from there. He could undoubtedly be called the player having the highest attributes in the whole game unless someone else also had a divine rank item.
Issac checked his map as he left the forest. He was currently far away from Blue Sky City.
In The Heavenly Domain, most of the cities were under the control of big guilds. But, there were some cities which were dominated by strong adventurer teams. Some of these adventurer teams were so terrifying that they alone could face a Mega Guild by themselves.
The city nearest to him was such a city. Although he didn't know much about the condition of the adventurer team ruling there, he could say that was the perfect city for him right now. He was currently an independent player and hated guilds more than anything.
As adventurer teams didn't have much restriction to its members, he decided to join one as he could gain some of its support later on while destroying the guild Dominators.
After travelling around for about 2 hours, he finally reached the city of Lecburgh.
As soon as he entered the gates of the city, he was welcomed by a great view of a fantastic city. This city was even more prosperous than the Blue Sky City in which the dominators ruled on.
It was extremely hard to believe that this was a city ruled by just an adventurer team. The adventurer team ruling must be a great one. Issac's lips curled up into a smile as he thought about it.
After roaming around the city for a while, he caught some slight glimpse of the condition of Lecburgh.
The current adventurer team 'Chaos' ruling over Lecburgh had gone into a full out war against the previous guild ruling here and won against them by a large margin. So it was more like the guild developed the city and the adventurer teams took it from them.

This was the natural law of the world and it was not so uncommon in the game. The survival of the fittest was a harsh truth that everyone needed to face.
This explained the prosperity of Lecburgh. Just by looking at the players roaming on the streets, Issac could tell that the average level and the number of experts in this city was way more than Blue Sky City.
Issac decided to gather more information, so he casually entered a bar on the streets. This was one of the most efficient ways to gather information. Many different people came to bars in The Heavenly Domain just because the food and drinks taste a hundred times better than the food of the real world.
He could gain information by listening to the different people talking in the bar. Currently, Issac had equipped a top-tier Fragmented Legendary Dark Cloak that hid all information about him.
He had gained this cloak from the loot of the Wolf King and he could tell that this was the best item that had dropped among all the others.

Was fragmented when escaping from the rampaging God Slayer.
Can be restored. Can be dropped.

"Did you hear the most recent news?" A man near Issac suddenly started to talk with what looked like his party members.
"Huh? What news?"
"Chaos just released news that it is recruiting more members for its first division army."
"Woah! really? I heard that they almost never recruit members nowadays. The recent war with the Starfish Guild must have weakened them greatly then."
"It seems so. I really want to join but I heard that they are recruiting only the best of the best. I heard only about 30 people are being recruited. Should we try too?"
"No way dude!! Have you not heard about Deteroy? I saw him around the city this morning. And guess what, even his party is interested in the recruitment. No chance to win against his party."
"Really? That beast and his beast-like party members. Seems like all hope is lost for people like us then. Better to give up now." The man sighed as he said that.
Saying this, they left the bar.
Issac was sitting just behind the group that just left after talking. He was listening to each and every word they had said. He gulped down his remaining juice from the glass he was drinking. He rubbed his lips as they formed a faint smile.
"Recruitment, Eh?"

Adventures of the Goldthirst Company
Get the quest, kill the monsters, grab the loot, don't die. How hard can adventuring be? When the party is a fashionista wizard who'd rather stare at her reflection than dirty herself with actual combat, a thief that picks locks by ripping them apart, a paladin trying to do the right thing, and an archer that's better at talking to plants than people, then even a simple quest can prove a challenge. Hired for a variety of tasks, from retreiving the legendary Dragon's Veil to bodyguarding the wealthy, thwarting apocalyptic prophecies, or uncovering not-so-abandoned elven ruins, the problems in their way may well prove their undoing; lonesome medusas, sticky-fingered psychopomps, agressively passive golems and fearsomely violent geography stand in their way, as well as the minor issue of simply not actually trusting, or even liking, each other! Releases twice weekly, generally Tuesday and Friday (Art by Sin Soppitt)

The Choice is Not Yours
Author's Note: (As of November 20, 2021) I rewrote all the chapters perhaps more than a year ago, but haven't announced that I did so. Because that kind of announcement would include something along the lines of, "I'm working on the story so expect new chapters!" But the truth is, I lack motivation to do anything. And I would hate myself if I broke a promise. I'm extremely sorry if you have been patiently waiting for uploads. These days, I've been studying, not well, but studying somewhat. I will definitely bring more to show, with regular uploads. If not this story then there's another story I've been writing that's really exciting to me. It's not exactly similar to this story since it has a male lead and he is a baneful asshole with even less morals. I hope you'll like it when it comes to existence. And I'll leave my announcement off with the aforementioned promise. Meet Amber, a tomboyish, unstable, and cheeky lass who likes to keep to herself. According to her, she'll live the rest of her life on auto-pilot mode, awhile holding onto the few things that make her remotely happy. However, she forgot that people never really leave you alone, be it humans or even the Gods. And exactly that happens, ending her monotonous life on such the Gods' whim. But at what cost to her? Will she be able to hold onto the things she holds dear? Or will she fail miserably and lose herself in the process? That's what the Gods want to know. Disclaimer: I do not own the cover photo.Warning: If you are easily triggered, I am not writing this novel for you.
