《God Slaying System》Battle with the Wolf King

Issac became shocked by the notification before him.
Legendary Rank ?
He had never even thought this rank existed moreover even known anyone who had achieved it. All those apex experts he had known and heard about had only been able to execute a Purple Diamond rank skill after much training.
And the extra effects of a legendary rank skill was heaven-defying. Getting the additional effect from a Diamond and Purple Diamond rank was already considered a legendary feat among the current players. If anyone knew that he was able to achieve a legendary rank skill execution, they could even establish a temple on his name calling him a god.
When he had executed his skill, he had felt like a flowing river, moving around in its natural course in nature. Making it's path slowly until it connected with the ocean far away. It was the most mesmerizing and addictive feeling he had ever felt. He felt calm, confident and clear the feeling was so as if he could do anything he wanted.
Issac's lips suddenly curled upwards thinking about the skill.
Aaaooooooo!!
Suddenly, he heard a massie growl coming from his back. He then remembered that he was still in the middle of a fight with a lord rank wolf, the Wolf King. The excitement he got from achieving a legendary rank on his skill made him forget even this situation.
In the blink of an eye, the lord ranked monster appeared before him attacking him with one of its claws. As the effect of the Space Movement was still in effect, the Wolf King before him couldn't use any of its skills.
The Wolf King attacked Issac as its paw descended faster than a bullet train towards Issac. He tried to defend but, his reaction speed was not as fast as the moving paw.
Bam!
The descending paw hit Issac as he was sent flying towards some trees. The impact with which he was hit was so powerful that, even after crashing with 3 trees, Issac was still flying in the air. Issac suddenly felt a feeling he had never felt before. He felt as if death itself was looming around him ready to snatch his life anytime.
Just a simple strike from the Wolf king had dealt more than -2000 damage. He couldn't even imagine what would have happened if it could use its skills freely against him in an one-on-one battle.
Also, each time he collided with a tree, he would receive some minor damage. Now, he only had around 8000 HP left. This was only due to the buff provided by the berserk skill Blessing of the Great Sage.

Issac then rotated his body in mid-air landing safely on the spot. The Wolf King before him still had 150,000 HP left. If he rushed into the battle thoughtlessly, he would undoubtedly die by the hands of the Wolf King.
He knew that killing the Wolf King was only possible in his berserk state. He looked at the bar at the top corner of his eye.
Blessing of the Great Sage : 27 seconds remaining!
Even though it was only a short amount of time, it was not completely impossible to kill the Wolf King within that 27 seconds.
Suddenly, Issac disappeared from in front of the Wolf King. For a split second, even the Wolf King didn't sense his presence.
Eye of storm!
Wind Shield !
The 150,000 HP of the Wolf King decreased to 120,000 by the effects of the Eye of the Storm skill. Also, with the help of the skill Wind Shield which provided him with an extra 30,000 HP, he currently had 38,000 HP.
Immediately, he launched a strike against the Wolf King.
-1000
Issac frowned slightly looking at the damage his normal attack dealt to the Wolf King. If he could attack the Wolf King Freely, it would take him 120 whole attacks to kill it. And that was also only considering if. Not to mention, the Wolf King also attacked him, so he had to dodge, attack and finish the battle before the 27 seconds were out.
Suddenly, Issac started to attack the lord before him like a madman. Most of his skills were on cooldown right this moment so, he could only execute normal attacks to deal damage to the Wolf King.
Before the Wolf King could even turn, Isaac had already executed 7 whole normal attacks. As he had the assistance of space movement, he could teleport anywhere around the Wolf King endlessly during the skill's duration.
Issac dealt a little more than 80,000 damage including the occasional buff by triggering the passive skill Wind Slash and the damage of the skill Eye of Storm before the duration of Space Movement had ended.
Now, was the time the real challenge began. He did not have the assistance of the Space Movement to completely dodge the attacks of the Wolf King like before.
As soon as the duration of the Space Movement ended, the Wolf King became enraged as it increased it's stats by a massive length. Also, its HP increased as the duration of Eye of Storm had ended.
Currently, it had around 40% of its HP.

Aaaooooo!
It growled even fiercer and louder than before. Quickly, it looked towards Issac who was at its back. All of its speed, reaction time, strength had increased by a large margin. It was like if the monster Issac was fighting before was a baby and now it had evolved into a full grown King.
Death Claw!
It used one of its major skills right off the bat as it got freed from the restrictions of the Space Movement's additional effect. The claw approached Issac at a speed faster than he could even see.
Slash!
Suddenly, before Issac could even react the claw had already struck him as a damage of -10,000 appeared above his head. Just by the impact of the skill, he was sent flying 20 yards away from his position.
Issac was dumbstruck by the unexpected strike. Although he had prepared himself to defend the strike, the speed at which the Wolf King executed the skill was so fast that he didn't even have time to react.
The damage of this skill was massive. Just three more of these skills would be enough to finish him off. Not giving any chances, the Wolf King started rushing towards Issac who was about 20 yards away from him.
Earth Destroyer!
The wolf, with all its force slammed the ground beneath it. Suddenly, cracks appeared in the area of 30 yards before it as dust and debris started flying around everywhere.
Just after a second of the dust and debris being scattered around the area, the whole area trembled as the ground itself started to tear apart. As the skill ended, there was nothing to be seen in front of the Wolf King.
The Wolf King then turned around thinking that it had succeeded in killing Isssac.
But, in reality Issac had used his invulnerability skill Void Shield the moment the Wolf King had launched it's skill. Right now, he was buried down in the ground because of the skill.
Bang!
In the next second, a force shot out from the ground like a bullet from a gun. Before even a second had passed, it had already arrived behind the Wolf King who was walking away from the scene.
This force was none other than Issac. Currently, he felt like he had found a whole new world open up for him. Issac had heard many people say that only in the face of death, one would grow stronger.
At first, he had not understood what those apex experts really meant but, after having such a fierce battle with the Wolf King, under the constant pressure of death, he finally understood its meaning.
He had already analyzed all the moves that he had exchanged with the Wolf King in his battle with it. It had helped him realize one thing after another regarding combat. He had been really foolish to think that he even qualified to become one of the top apex experts in the game.
But, now that he saw this new realm, this new world opened up to him. He felt that he needed more training and hard work to reach a realm that no human had ever reached. Only then would he be able to survive properly in this cruel world.
He made a vow in his heart to never give up until he became the very best. To survive in his world one required power. And power is what he sought.
After just reaching the Wolf King, he struck it 10 times before even a second had passed by. He realized through his previous battle that it was not attributes but the proper techniques and timing that he was lacking.
Now that he had grasped the timing and technique, the whole environment around him was like the back of his hand. He could see each and every movement in his surroundings. Those he couldn't see, he could hear and those that he even couldn't hear, he could feel/sense it with every cell in his body.
'Is this the feeling that those apex experts call their zone?' A sudden thought ran through Issac's mind at this moment.
He felt like he could do absolutely anything and everything in this moment. It was simply breathtaking.
The wolf king suddenly turned back to search for the one who had stuck it. But, to its surprise, it couldn't even sense anyone much let see them.
"Die!!"
Before even 10 seconds had passed by, the Wolf King's body dropped to the floor dropping a hell lot of items as it fell. Issac felt like time hadn't even moved for a second from the start when he had entered his zone.
It was just so breathtaking, every action was so focused that he lost all track of time in this battle.
Only when he saw the Wolf King's Body drop to the floor, he came back to his senses.

Lost In Translation
If you're one to travel the roads, you may have heard of me. You may have heard my Names in the stories, the songs, and the whispers of the road. Perhaps you've even seen me during my travels, speaking to a bird of blue light, or on a city street, performing small acts for coin and repute. Or perhaps you may know me as the Skystrider, who walked with the wind. Or the Voiceless, a man of song without speech. You may know me as the Tutor, who taught the Lion of Summer how to fight, or the Traveler, who has walked all the roads of the earth. I am all of these things. And people have branded me a myth. But people don't understand what a myth is. They haven't heard the songs lost to our tongues, nor have they seen the things I've seen. They haven't gone to the places I've gone. My feet have walked the plains, the seas, and the clouds. I have spoken languages unspoken; tongues lost to time. I have sung to the earth, held the moon in my arms, and walked the roads that your heroes hesitate to even mention. I have outwitted Demons. I have danced with the Fae. My songs have been heard by lords of wind and ash, and my steps have echoed in the bellies of gargantuan beasts the likes of which you have never seen. These are what real myths are. And me? I'm no legend. I'm just the bard stupid enough to poke the real ones with a stick. Discord link here.
