“You know…..you guys didn’t even ask for my suggestion…..”

I mumble it quietly. Not like I can back down now. Aren’t this argument starts from Reina? Why did it blast off to me? I didn’t do anything wrong at all…..

We’re already outside of The Guild lobby, at the main street in . Man, why must it be here? We’re attracting too much attention. Does this guy deliberately want to fight here? Aren’t this called bullying? Honestly this kind of guy is really are dumb.

*Sigh*

Reina…..why must you make it so difficult?

“Any last word?”

And what’s with this arrogant guy? We haven’t even fought yet and you already act like you’re the winner. Aren’t knight supposed to be a noble figure? Yet in front of me he acts like he’s the most important thing. I can bet he is a selfish person.

I don’t think I have any problem with a level 10 players. Even level around 12 – 14 is not much problem for me. Though higher than that, it may be a little problem for me. I might be forced to use skill. I really want to avoid using that skill. After leveling up until level 7, I have put most of my stat points towards PHY and HLT stat. I’m pretty tanky and my damage is quite high now. Combining with my [ Magic Ball ] and [ Create ], I don’t think I would have any problem. I also want to avoid using [ Create ] skill, it will cause a big commotion in this kind of situation. So let just depend on my combo and body.

“Well then let’s start. [ Holy Prayers ]!”

Ah by the way, this guy is a healer. With that kind of equipment, he obviously targeting the Knight Class. The class can be obtained by upgrading the Healer Class too Advanced Class. It’s a class that is specialized in defending themselves and protecting their party members. They can use a small heal skill for themselves. But, I only know general information for each class. I still don’t know anything about other class skill. What does that skill do? Let just start off with this.

“[ Magic Ball ].”

With the magic damage, it should give him some damage.

From there, I charged towards him and ready my katana in a steady stance. Let use a low attack.

Uwah!? Wow! What is that? A skill!? That so awesome! It the first time, I finally seen a “genuine” skill! Does it reflect my

attack? Is there any limit of how much damage it can take?

“Wow, that is a very reliable skill!”

Oh man! I’m getting excited! I can use this chance to force him to use all his skill! I wonder what level he is now? Let me increased my speed.

After giving him a right slash, he uses his sword to pierce my shoulder. But that thinking is too naïve, I already predict it. Of course I deliberately left an opening to bait him. I wonder how long will the skill hold? I give him a vertical slash, and followed up with upper hook. The hook hit his face, and I chain it with a roundhouse kick. Now then, there is a flaw on that skill. It doesn’t reflect a body attack. I see, so I can still use normal punch and kick to hit him.

“You! Tsk! [ Light Mace ] activate!”

How many active skills does he have? Maybe that’s the last one? He only a Healer and already got a variety of active skills. And I only got one. What unfairness is this?! I don’t even know how many passive skills does he has!

The skill he uses right now is creating a condensed light form at his sword. It is making a form of chain mace on his sword. That is totally incredible! I think it increased the weapon range, but did it affect the damage of the weapon too?

He rushed toward me and striking at me using the weapon with all his might. Why does it look like the mace is heavy? Does it increase the weapon weight? But it is light though……Does light even has weight?

I use my katana to slick the mace and let it force go the other way. With how much strength he uses to strike me, he will totally be in a big opening. Not stopping there I slash toward his body and stab at his knees, making him stumbled and kneeled down. Well this is the finisher. It quite a fun duel.

Knight Guy POV

My party, [ Roses Thorn ] have just finished a quest. We are all around level 13 – 16 players. I’m the leader of the party and also the highest level player in this party. All of the party members are my high school friends. You could call us close friends, because we all have known each other from middle school. Our party is quite strong, at least above average. How can I prove it? Because we have just defeated a level 16 Boss monster from the quest we just finished! Even a full level 17 party can’t defeat it easily.

But because of the sudden achievement, it makes me very proud and I become arrogant for short while…..Because of this arrogant…I have met a misfortune.

After our party finished the quest, we all decided to went back to The Guild to take the rewards. When we arrived there, I notice a 3-member party, two girls and one young man. The first impression I got is, “Huh, just a newbie.”. That’s all.

That is the first mistake I have done.

After that, I search for an empty table and coincidentally there is an empty table beside the bulletin board. And the “newbie” party that I saw is searching for quest at the bulletin board. At first, I don’t really mind them. But when I saw the seal of the quest taken by the silver-hair cat girl, my eyes flashed. That seal is same as the Evertia’s Merchant Guild’s seal. It is pretty rare for a quest from that guild to post out.

This is the second mistake I’ve done.

Then, I stand up and walk towards them. The young man took a notice at me and he looked at me weirdly. After that I said,

“Hey, that quest. Give it to me.”

The young man looked at me with a dumb-founded face. I can’t really blame him. It is weird for a person, suddenly want to take the quest from other player. But then, an annoyed voice came out.

“Haaaah? What’re talking about? We already got it first.”

She is the silver-haired cat girl. She wears a kunoichi equipment. Still, what is this feeling that I got from her? Even a glance from her felt like I’m being intimidated at. Because of my domineering attitude, I gaze at her sharply. I don’t want to lose. Surprisingly, she gave me more powerful gaze.

“I know you guys already got the quest first. But you haven’t applied it right? Then it okay, you can give the quest to me. I think this quest might be hard for your current condition.”

Her face becomes even sharp when I said it like that. Then a leisure voice comes out.

“Come on Reina, it okay right? It just a quest. We can take the others.”

Hah, it good that they are still rookies. They still don’t know about the seal in the quest paper. I might just hit the jackpot now. After just defeated a Boss monster and obtained a equipment, and now I might be able to get a rare quest. What a struck of luck!

“No way.”

But this girl…..is going to block my way huh? And what with that high and mighty attitude?

“Reina-neesan, we can just take the others okay? Not like we can’t found a better one.”

Heh, the elf girl is really pretty. Does her real life also look same? I wonder. Her attitude seems very kind too. If possible I would like to take her into my party.

“No way. I said it already, no way.”

This girl…..she really is stubborn.

“You guys are too weak right now. It better to give us the quest then wasting it.”

“Huh? What’re talking about? We haven’t done anything and you already want to decide it? Who the hell are you?”

This girl is starting to piss me off. Why are you being stubborn? You guys are still a newbie. Go kill something and comeback.

”Hey we should just talk this out. And not like this okay?”

This guy looks quite pitiful. He must be ordered by this girl many times. As a man you shouldn’t act like that. You’re a failure as a man.

“We just want to take the quest, aren’t you guys can take the others? Why so hard?”

Why is it so hard for you to understand?

“I know that you guys found it first, but I don’t think your level is appropriate enough for the quest.”

“So what?”

Does she aware, that she really is acting like a queen. Be humble and obedient, that how girls should be.

“Reina, it okay already, just let it go. We can just take the other quest.”

This guy….at least fight a little. You’re making yourself look pitiful and weak.

“What do you mean it okay? This guy just came and said that they want to take that quest. They don’t even ask for permission.”

*Sigh*

Ugh, I’m tired of this, can’t we finish it fast?

“You know girl, you should just listen to that boy. We can take care of this quest better than you guys after all.”

*Twitch*

“What did you just say?”

Did I just trigger something bad? Oh well, not like I cared. She can’t even scratch me.

“Huh? Didn’t you heard it properly? I sa-“

“Then fight with our leader first. If you beat him then we will let the quest go.”

Just….what is wrong with this girl. Hahaha, oh my goodness. My stomach hurt like hell. There is a limit of an idiot can be you know? And this girl! Ahahaahaha! I never thought there is a person stupid like her! Whatever, let just beat him up and we’re done.

“Hahhh? Oh gosh….ahahahahaaha! This is funny! Whatever, let get this over with. Oi you! Come outside!”

So, I accept the duel.

That is my biggest mistake.
