Oh, that went well. I thought she will beat me up. The one I’m talking about is Reina. Right now she is shaking hand with Akai while introducing herself. Reina registered today and order me too play with her tonight. She chose a Black Panther Beastman as race with silver hair. She also has whiskers on her face. She makes her appearance a little bit different, rather than refined, she look like a serious woman with domineering aura. Though, she still looks beautiful. Her first beginner equipment is a set of kunoichi-like equipment. Seems, her theme is fitted with my theme.

What make me curious is of course, the ears….I want to touch it…..

“Ah, I’m also one of his friends in here. Though I just met him yesterday.”

“Then you lead the way. Don’t worry, Reina-neesan will protect Akai-chan okay?”

“Ah….yes Reina-neesan….”

”Reina you take the right side!”

“Okay!”

“Akai move to the back, and guard the incoming mobs monster!”

“Yes!”

Right now we’re fighting a cave boss monster, Giant Troll, level 8. It’s a Boss-Type monster, so the difficulty for this monster is pretty high. The appearance for this monster is quite menacing. With its two large teeth that pops out from its mouth and huge proportion body. And that blue hide and mane, it was hard to penetrate into it.

We met it by chance when farming the Trolls in this cave. Even though it’s a Boss-Type monster, it’s not really hard. The only annoying part is its AoE attack and its large health pool.

“Graaaar!!!!!”

“Here it comes! Dodge it!”

“Okay!”

*BANG!!!*

“Nice! Reina move back a little! I’ll take it from here!”

Reina level is still low, even though we have farm quite a bit of level 6 and 7 trolls, she still at level 4. By the way I already level up to 6. Though, there’s no new skill unlocked.

“Hah! [ Magic Ball ]!”

With this, I’ll just end it with some chain attack. I just realize this, but when you’re timing your attack and momentum creating a set of chain attack, there is some bonus on damage. I don’t know if the critical chance also increase, but I got a lot of critical damage using this way. For this Giant Troll, hitting it is very easy because of it slow movement.

But the problem is our level. It’s too low. Even the damage given from Akai is not high. But we can’t really depend on her attack style. Because she using a heavy weapon, it too slow. The Giant Troll would probably just crushed us when there is opening. That why I ask Reina too attack it little by little. Even though her attack is still low, but her attack speed is the best between us three. Of course I’m comparing it without my cheating skill. She uses a double blade as weapons, though I think knife might suit her better. Not like we can change it now.

*Jump*

“Hah!”

I kick the Giant Troll head very hard and follow it up with a horizontal slash. But I’m not going to stop there, so I pierce its left eye. If possible I don’t really want to depend on my race broken skill. That will only be boring.

“For the finishing….”

I start to draw the formation for [ Create ] skill smoothly. After practice it a lot of time, I can draw it even less than one second. I’m quite proud of myself.

“[ Create ] Stone Spike! Fall down!”

Yosh! This utility skill is very helpful and easy to use! I started to love it more and more. Even though the activation is pretty annoying, it still worth it.

I make the stone spike arrangement to be around the Giant Troll, restricting it move. Now then, I already lock the Giant Troll between the stone spikes, it’s time for Akai’s turn too shine.

“Akai right now!”

“Okay!”

“Reina let’s go take care of the mobs!”

‘’I hate taking orders from you!”

“It’s not an order, but a request!”

“Hmph!”

Well then, this should settle it. With Akai attacking the Giant Troll, it will be dead shortly. We can’t let the other troll too disturb her. But suddenly,

*Ding!*

Congratulation! You kill the Boss monster, Lvl 8!

That was fast…..I guess my attack back there have damage it quite hard. Or maybe because of her Warrior skill? Warrior might have a powerful skill. I still don’t know anything about Warrior skill. I’ll ask her when she’s free.

Like I thought, it is a skill after all.

For Boss-Type monster, if a player gets the last hit from killing the monster, they will get a rare item. Right now we’re in a [ Companion Party ] so every item is randomly divided except the [ - Hardened Stone Club -], she sure has hit the jackpot huh? A equipment, not bad. Haven’t told this, but our party name is [ Jiyuu ].

“Only her? What about me?”

“Yes of course milady, your work is awesome!”

I pat her head as a reward. Usually she like this and ask me to it longer.

Yep, just like I thought.

“Well then, for now let’s go the city back and take a quest from The Guild, I think our levels right would probably enough to do a good job.”

“E-eh? Ah, yeah……”

Hm? What’s wrong with Akai? Aren’t she happy with the equipment she get? It even suit with for class.

By the way, she mysteriously becomes obedient when I pat her head. I like it when she’s like this.

Right now I’m at one of The Guild branch. After checking the quest in the bulletin board we’ve found some good one. And right after we want to apply the quest, a beginner party like us also wants to take our quest. I don’t really mind but Reina become rebellious and start to argue with the other parties.

“What do you mean you want to take it? We found it first.”

“I know that you guys found it first, but I don’t think your level is appropriate enough for the quest.”

“So what?”

The one she talking with is knight-like person, with a shield and one-handed sword. He also wears a full steel-armor equipment. I doubt he is a low-level player. He totally looks like a rookie knight. Still, I don’t think he can win with our party’s queen…..

“Reina, it okay already, just let it go. We can just take the other quest.”

“What do you mean it okay? This guy just came and said that they want to take that quest. They don’t even ask for permission.”

Well…..that certainly is true….

*Sigh*

The knight guy suddenly sigh. Seems like he doesn’t really care what he’s done.

“You know girl, you should just listen to that boy. We can take care of this quest better than you guys after all.”

Wow….this guy sure are arrogant. But…..this is bad.

*Twitch*

“Huh? Didn’t you heard it properly? I sa-“

“Then fight with our leader first. If you beat him then we will let the quest go.”

Hm? The leader? Who is this party leader anyway? Is it Akai?

“Hahhh? Oh gosh….ahahahahaaha! This is funny! Whatever, let get this over with. Oi you! Come outside!”
