Lockheart's Mansion

Inside the office, a golden-robed middle-aged man is looking at the invitation of the King on the desk.

"Why did he send us an invitation?" Arthur says to his advisor.

"I think he wants to discuss the two incidents that happened in the capital." Barry says after he thought more carefully.

"We must attend this meeting. The dispute between the King and the nobles families will become more intense in the future." Arthur says with a serious tone.

"Which side will we help?" Barry

"The Lockheart family always supported and it will continue to support the King." Arthur says with a firm tone.

"I am worried that the King will kill the young lady." Barry is worried because the young lady had awakened the power of the witch.

"The King will not touch my daughter." Arthur knows the King's secret. The King let his niece and his wife's sister escape the execution from the church and Arthur helped him to change the prisoners with two women that they were criminals.

"I will assign you as a guard for my daughter to protect her from." Arthur is worried that someone may abduct his daughter.

"I will protect the young lady." Barry leaves the room.

Taluka's Mansion

"Did you also receive the invitation from the King?" Kurt Taluka looks at two people.

"Yes." Tim Borena and Anne Lupen say simultaneously.

"Maybe the King knows that we try to dethrone him." Anne starts to worry. "Maybe I should change sides and support the King. Two from the five families that do not support the King are dead." Anne thought and this idea starts to form in her mind.

"He does not know anything." Kurt says with disdain.

"Will we attend the meeting?" Tim

"We will attend the meeting otherwise all the capital will know that we are against the King." Kurt

"The King may send people to spy on our families so we must not stay in contact." Kurt warn them

"I will take my leave." Anne leaves the room

"You must not let your guard around her." Kurt does not trust Anne and he warns Tim.

Royal Garden

Eric and Natalie arrive at the garden followed by Matilda. They see the Queen and the King relaxing as they hearing the joyful singing from the birds and the beautiful smell from the flowers. The atmosphere helps the people that are in the garden relax.

The Queen stunned as she sees her daughter together with a beautiful young man coming towards them.

"Who is the young man?" The Queen asks her daughter with curiosity.

"Mom he is my friend Eric." Natalie

"My little daughter has grown up and she brings a boyfriend at home." The Queen says with a playful smile.

"Your Majesty." Eric bows towards them

"Relax young man. We are one family here." The Queen gives a quick glance at her daughter. She sees her daughter blushes.

"Mom stop say nonsense." Natalie shyly retorts at her mother.

The expression of Eric did not change from the teasing of the Queen. The Queen observed Eric for a while but she disappointed from the lack of expression on his face.

"Sit here I have something to tell you." The King changes the subject.

Natalie curiously looks at her father and she sits with Eric together. "What do you want to tell me?" Natalie

"I want you and Eric to come together with me at the meeting." The King

"Why?" Eric

"You found the culprit who poisoned me. Maybe you can do the same at the meeting. Also, you are the boyfriend of my daughter." The King explains to Eric.

"I will help to find who are the rebels." Eric smiles at the King.

"Dad stop.." Before Natalie finishes the sentence Eric put his finger at her lips. He goes near her, he lowers his head, and he kisses her cheek. She stunned by the move of Eric and all her face become red.

"Why did you kiss me?" Natalie says with a low voice.

"Your parents say that I am your boyfriend so I must take responsibility." Eric has on his face a playful smile.

The couple that saw all this, they look at each other and they smile happily. "My daughter now has a boyfriend." The Queen teases Natalie

The sound of footsteps heard and all the people look at the direction. They see a middle-aged woman is running towards them.

"Your Majesty, Miss Anne Lupen come here and she wants to meet with you. She says it's important." Servant

"Bring her here." The King orders the servant.

The servant leaves and after a while, she comes back with a middle-aged woman. The woman looks at the people and she kneels on the ground.

"Your Majesty, please punish this low woman," Anne says with a serious tone.

"What did you do that you deserve to be punished?" The King

"Your Majesty, I schemed against you with other 4 families to dethrone you. Please show mercy to my family, punish only me." Anne is worried about her family.

All the people look at her with a complex look.

"Who are those people that scheme against me?" The King

Anne starts to say everything to the King. She said who is involved, she talked about the dark priest and other important things. She did not hide anything.

The King look at her with a complex look and he does not know what to say. "Do not worry I will not touch you or your family."

"Thank you, your Majesty." Anne starts to sob.

"Go back. Do not forget to bring some guards to the meeting." The King

Anne stands from the ground, she bows to the King and she leaves the garden.

"Father, why did you let her alive?" Natalie did not understand the reason.

"She came here and she told us everything about the other families that schemed against the royal family so it is an ally now. The Lupen family will be one of the most loyal towards the royal family. They will never forget the favor from the King." Eric explains to Natalie.

All the people are stunned by the explanation of Eric. "You are right." The King says to Eric.

"Your boyfriend is so smart." The Queen says to her daughter and she tries to change the subject.

"My daughter in the meeting I will announce that you will become the Queen of the Kingdom." The Kings says after he leaves with the Queen from the garden. "In 2 hours the meeting will begin do not forget to come with Eric." The King

"Let's relax now." Eric hugs Natalie from behind. Natalie nods shyly and both of them let all the thought in the back of their mind.

Eric stares the beautiful face of Natalie and he gives a kiss at her lips. The sudden kiss stunned Natalie.

"This is my first my kiss." Natalie hits at the chest of Eric with her fist.

Eric smiles at the reaction of Natalie and he does not continue to tease her. "I think it's time to go to the meeting." Eric. Both of them leave the garden.

Eric and Natalie stand in front of the door from the room that the meeting takes place. The guards at the door did not stop them when they went inside.

Eric looks around the room and he sees that the atmosphere is a bit strange. He sees some people around the table have different expressions on their face and others that stand behind them.

"The people around the table are the leaders from the nobles families and the others behind them are the guards." Eric thought after careful observation.

The King stands from his seat and he looks around the room. "The reason I gather all of you here is to discuss a serious problem."

"Before we start the discussion I have an announcement to make. I appoint my daughter as the new ruler of the Kingdom." The sudden announcement stunned all the people in the room.

"Your Majesty you can not do this." Kurt stands from his seat.

"Why?" The King

"She is too young." Kurt sits again.

"You are right, she has many things to learn when she is ready I will let her take the throne." The King "Now let's start the discussion."

"The major problem is about the massacre of the two nobles families." The King

"What did you mean your majesty?" Arthur did not understand why the King wants to discuss this.

"These two families schemed against the royal family." The King and Eric observe the expression from all the people in the room.

"Your Majesty did you have proof about them?" Kurt looks at the King

Eric goes towards the King. "He is the mastermind behind the schemes against the royal family." Eric whispers at the ear of King.

"Martin arrest the people from Borena and Taluka family. If someone resists you can kill him." The King orders the guards.

"Your Majesty, what is the meaning of this?" Kurt is angry by the order of the King

"You are the mastermind behind all the schemes against the royal family. The punishment for treason is the massacre of the whole family." The King declares.

"I should have killed you when i had the chance." Kurt screams at the King as he is dragged by the guards out of the meeting room.

"Martin takes the royal guards to attack these two families." The King

"As you wish your Majesty." Martin

"All you can leave now." The King

Arthur goes near the King. "Your Majesty I want to discuss something with you in private."

"Wait for all the people to leave the room." The King

The only people in the room are the King, Natalie, Eric, and Arthur. "You can speak now." King

"My daughter is a witch how can I hide her power." Arthur is afraid someone will tell about his daughter to the church.

The King looks at Natalie. "You can bring her tomorrow here." The King

"Thank you, your Majesty." Arthur leaves the room.

"Father, why will you help him after you know that his daughter is a witch?" Natalie

"I know that you are also a witch." The King leaves the room.

Natalie runs towards the King because she wants to know about her aunt and her cousin. Eric goes towards his room to relax.

The guards arrive out of Taluka's Mansion and Borena's Mansion.
