Inside the Royal Palace.

The King is sitting on the throne and looking at a middle-aged man. The King looks haggard and downcast. The middle-aged man is his advisor.

"Can you tell what did I wrong with my son?" King

"You did nothing wrong your Majesty." Advisor

"Why did my son all these vile deeds? I raised him with values and all the things wanted I gave to him." King

"Your Majesty, may I speak?" Advisor

"Yes, you can speak." King

"The Prince was influenced by the children of the noble families and changed his personality." Advisor

"What do you mean?" King

"As you know your Majesty, the Prince was not smart and he was naive when you announce that he will take the throne, most of the noble families sent their children to form ties with the Prince. After that his personality begun to change." Advisor

The King shocked by the information his advisor told.

"So you mean when my son would become a King the nobles families would control the Kingdom because he would be under their control." King

The king was enraged by the action of the nobles families. He wants to take revenge for his son but he can not do this now.

"I do not know who is behind this but I believe they will appear soon. Before take action, we must find enough evidence." Advisor

"Did they know how my son die?" King

"From the spies, we have inside them they only know that the Prince and the guards died from a monster attack. They will change their plan now." Advisor

"You mean their schemes will involve the Princess?" King

"The only possible way to control the kingdom now is through marriage for them." Advisor

"I must not let them succeed. Tomorrow gather all the people that can be trusted and bring them here. We must make a plan before it is too late. You can leave now." King

The king stands and left the room. The advisor looking at the departure of the king and sigh.

Inside a dark room in the city a meeting takes place.

"Now that idiot is dead, we must change our plans. We must pressure the king to marry the Princess to one of us." Middle-aged man

"I will send a marriage proposal tomorrow to see the reaction of the king." Middle-aged woman

"We will see the reaction and decide later." Masked man

All the figures stand and leave the meeting room.

Inside the Princess's Mansion

Two figures discussing their next step to the plan.

"Matilda go tell Eric that we must speed up the plan. Tomorrow at night the plan will start. We will attack the Modano family. I will send Eric with 10 assassins. Let's teach a lesson at the nobles families." Natalie

"As you wish." Matilda

Inside Black Bear Inn

"Bart give me a beer and some snacks." Eric

Bart nods and starts to prepare the beer and the snacks.

Eric finds an empty table and sits down. Takes out of the storage space the map and put him on the table. The kingdoms border is near the Fisen Kingdom that belongs to Stellar Empire.

"Bart, what is the relationship between this kingdom and the Fisen Kingdom?" Eric

"Both kingdoms are hostile to each other. Every year they will start small skirmishes and steal food because their land is barren." Bart

Eric put the map back to the space storage and wait for Bart to serve him. After finish Bart clean the table. Eric pays the money and goes for sleep.

The morning Eric wakes up by the knock on the door. He stands up and opens the door.

"Matilda, what do you want?" Eric

"Natalie wants you to come to her mansion and discuss the plan." Matilda

"Wait to change clothes. " Eric

After done change clothes Eric follows Matilda to the carriage. Both get on the carriage.

"Start the carriage." Matilda

*5 Minutes Later*

The carriage arrives at the entrance of Natalie's manor.

Eric gets out of the carriage and saw Natalie at the entrance. He goes to her.

"Hello, Natalie."

"Hello, Eric."

"What do you want to discuss today?" Eric

"We must go to the library to start the discussion."

Natalie and Eric go inside the library. The two people sit and start the discussion.

"I want to speed up the plan to take the throne." Natalie

"Why?" Eric

"Because some of the nobles families will make their move." Natalie

"What is your plan?" Eric

"My plan is to eliminate them." Natalie

"That is your plan?" Eric

"Yes." Natalie

"Have you information about the nobles families?" Eric

"Yes, I have. They hired a deacon of the dark church and corrupted my brother. The dark priest stays at Modano family. We will attack at night and catch them by surprise. I will send 10 of my personal guards with you." Natalie

"Is the deacon powerful?" Eric

"Yes, knights cannot win against a deacon. They can cast spells." Natalie

"What is the rank of the church?" Eric

"The ranks are Deacon, Archdeacon, Bishop, Cardinal and the Pope. The ranks are the same for both churches." Natalie

"I will help you but I must fight alone with the deacon." Eric

"Yes, you can fight him alone."

Matilda opens the door and goes inside the library with an ugly expression. Natalie and Eric look at her.

"Princess I bring bad news." Matilda

"What is the bad news?" Natalie

"The Priston family have sent a marriage proposal to the king. They want the son of the leader to marry you." Matilda

"How my father responded to the marriage proposal?" Natalie

"Your father rejected the marriage proposal and he said that you can decide who you want to marry in the future. Also, he announced that you will inherit his throne." Matilda

Natalie shocked by the actions of her father.

"I believe other families will send marriage proposals." Matilda

"Do not worry Natalie, I found a way to stop sending you a marriage proposal in the future." Eric

Natalie and Matilda look at Eric with a curious look.

"What is it?" Natalie

"It's a secret but does not worry I will not send you a marriage proposal." Eric

Both females laugh with the words of Eric and the mood lighten up a bit.

"See both of you at night." Eric

Eric stands up and leaves the mansion with a happy mood.

"Natalie I hope you continue making fun and interesting things like the event at night. Let the party start." Eric thought and his cold face changes to an evil grin.
