Sorry, I'm too busy with irl studies so I can't write chapters.
I'll write chapters when I have time, but for this week and the next there won't be any new chapter.
After the two weeks end, I'll start posting chapters on the same schedule again.
You can also leave suggestions for the novel in the comments down below, and what you would like to see added, or improved.
As for the 'Indefinite' in the title, the hiatus might do up to 2 months, but I'll post chapters right after it so this novel isn't dropped!

Alyx never thought he’d find himself in his current situation. Surrounded by a forest of unique but seemingly familiar trees, the world he’d been transported to was much different from the one he’d come from. During his journey, he will come face to face with both enemies and friends alike. Friendships will be made and tested, sacrifices will be made, and the line between good and evil will be blurred. In his new life, Alyx will find himself torn between the many paths he could follow, because in order to break the cycle in Patriam… You need not change the world for the better.

The two Hattorans are forced to rely on each other and a few unlikely allies to solve a problem they for once can't simply fight their way out of.(Technically Star Trek fanfic but outside of existing storylines and I'm considering how easily the serial numbers could be filed off) This is all in progress and constructive feedback is strongly encouraged!
