《Colorful World》Prologue finale 1 - Ripples turn to Storms

A red glow streaked, sending bends and waves throughout space, her body that was filled to the brim with mana made her organs or rather her being, transcend the need la of protection against the hazards of space. Her flight was reckless as Lillian who was barreling through, shifted almost phasing in and out of reality as she weaved and threaded herself between each war cruiser along the way.
A thought appeared as we thought to herself taking a note.
”There seem to be more and more cruisers as I come closer to where teachers gem is... But it doesn't matter 15 more minutes and I’ll be there”
As Lillian made her way to the gem with her teachers' aura the ships observed Lillian and marked her with the radar, discussing preparations on the communications.
”We lost track of their divinities Wen and Gunther however we can now continue from afar again”
”Everyone, be sure to stay far enough out of the mana trail she left behind or wait until it disperses, if we interact with it, she will automatically fee the shift in mana”
”Men activate the warps follow everyone else”
Lillian continued speeding in a desperate attempt to claim the gem first, worrying whether the Divine realm would reach the gem first or would she find the gem with her teachers' aura, nonetheless if they had reached the area first she would not stop until she had the gem. With the last thought, she accumulated her mana and propelled herself multiple short bursts of distances with mana explosions at her heels, directly warping herself with each burst.
However, she was not fated to arrive first. The crystal that was slowly orbiting and closing in on a planet was snatched, right before it entered the atmosphere. Withdrawing a container the duo from the divine realm stored the stone away.

”The divine mana on the crystal is rapidly fading, we're very lucky to reach here as soon as we did”
”Then let's hurry back to the realm Wen, when the mana on the gem disappears, it’ll return to its neutral state”
Mana thrummed and vibrations shook as they stepped on solidified space and trusted off into the direction to return to the portal.
However not an hour into the trip back did Gunther's eyes widen as a sense of dread filled his heart, he quickly gathered mana into his fist, compressing and smashing the orb of light, causing a miniature and contained supernova, the light directly obliterated the target. The area target attack however could not hit anyone else.
”Who dares to launch sneak atta-!!”
As soon as he unleashed the attack a few dozen assailants appeared, turning off the camouflage on their suits and firing multiple ion projectiles at Gunther, Wen phased right in front of him creating a mana barrier blocking the bullets.
Agitated he roared through a mental attack, sending needle-like mana shards into the attacker's minds.
”Warring beast tribe! Why did you attack”
The beastmen snickered to themselves, the officer in charge of the attack sent a telepathic message with his nano suit back to Wen with only a couple of words to summarize a situation that was about to unfold.
”Spies, warships, tracking... Your deaths”
As the sentence finished the beastmen fired their blasters, while the hiding mercenary war cruisers appeared their cannons aglow dazzling space as they charged. Web and Gunther knew that just defending would not and in that split moment When overloaded the mana field increasing the area massively while hiding themselves in the glow of mana, as the particle cannons fired destroying the shield and causing a silent explosion, using what was akin to a flashbang Wen and Gunther unleashed all of their power to fuel mayhem.

With each punch of compressed mana fiery star-like explosions rang through the battlefield, with each mana-filled kick, the compressed space promptly shredded and cracked reality. Eruptions and sonic booms constantly appeared as the two rapidly burnt their mana at the same rate diminishing the enemy forces.
”Gunther in 30 minutes I want you to take the gem and run”
”So the clown does have some brain... but this is not the time for it, we are almost don-??!!”
Before he could finish the sentence and boost their morale, tens of thousands of cruisers warped to the battle with each fleet bearing a distinct symbol a simple drawing of a galaxy surrounded by 4 stars.
The Galactic Federation has joined the fray.
”We’ve lost sight of Lillian but that does not matter now, everyone let's make some fireworks to celebrate”
Cheering resounded in their ships while each of their turrets locked onto their designated targets, as the light was drawn towards the barrel, constantly cycling throughout the turret, plasma started to form. Arks of electricity and plasma flashed with each rapid volley
”Energy Shields up men! Start the short distance warps and phases, we'll show them that being a mercenary lets us dance on a battlefield”
Ships warped and phased in and out of positions constantly firing, the federation and the mercenaries played a fiery tango with one another, streaks of energy cracked through the air webbing out as more and more energy gathered, in between the lightning, plasma, ions, and radiation, streaks of blue with hints of gold streak crisscrossed through the air, shattering and ramming through ships and soldiers. The battlefield began to build in deaths drastically as charred limbs melded together with metal, as ships pressed and dented crippling and attempts of escape.
”Wen use the rest of your powers to destroy half of them, with that chance I'll drag you out... Your area of destruction far surpasses mine”
”Gunther...you better haul your ass after I do this, you always fail at the important times, so if not, even if I have no energy... Watch yourself”
Gunther twitched his eye, gritting his teeth and giving Wen a look before standing directly in front of him and weathering all attacks attempting to kill.
In the midst of the gore staining the area, and the dull blackened metal filling the visibility Lillian floated behind the planet, her deep red mana and energy were hidden by the ongoing battle. She had unceasingly been compressing the mana around into her body, the reaction to her prowess had caused space to directly shatter, voids began to fill the area around her, and the mana whipped wildly, as her body gradually heated up into a gorgeous blazing ball of fire and light
”Wen has stopped moving... There will be only one chance for this surprise attack, I'll use 70 percent of my strength for this... Teacher, I know you best, when I grab your legacy, this disciple will find your inheritor directly”
After mumbling and giving a silent oath to herself, she gazed at Wen, directly through the planet. Murderous aura solidified, humming the region as the void issued loud thrilled in a polar opposite reaction, and with a blinding flash, she vanished in a straight line to Wen.
