Yana observed the situation. Not in his best scenario the people responses were, that's for sure.

Some of them showed their fang. The children were hugged by their mother.

Yana took a wooden chair and put it in front of Chanotte.

Chanotte's expression didn't change at all. He sat there and waited for his fate.

"don't need to afraid everyone. If he want to run or kill all of us, he already do that" Yana confirmed their situation

People in there were kinda expecting that's answer. Only Yana smiled.

"sure. In fact, I only need you to answer yes or no. You don't have to spill any details"

The villager whispered to each other. Would that be really effective? how we could know just from a simple answer like yes or no?

It's really unexpected turn of event. More over, they could see tears were running down on his face.

"I THOUGHT THEY WOULD TAKE THEM AS PRISONERS!! YET THEY....DO ALL THAT SHAMEFUL THINGS! EVEN TO THE CHILDREN! THE MEN WERE TREATED LIKE A RAG DOLLS!! THEY USED THEM AS THE TARGET FOR THEIR PRACTICE!! THEY USED THE WOMEN!! THEY!!!!!"

Chanotte stopped his ramblings. He could feel a warm sensation on his head.

It was Shanti. She put her hands on Chanotte's head and closed her eyes. She was crying and couldn't hide her feelings.
