"I will head to their place, where this commander rules..if I don't do that, this village won't never be safe"
"you will go?! but we need you as our savior here!" Barry said his protest
"exactly. That's why I must guarantee your safety. If we don't take care this commander, he will always try to kill all of you"
"that's true but...."
"whatever sir Yana's decision is, I'll follow it" Shanti said it without any doubt in her eyes
"so i take there's no other question?"
"the only remaining question is why Khall did all of that... what he got offered by those soldiers.."
"there's a simple way to know that"
"how savior?"
"just ask the soldier directly"
"you mean....that man?"
"yes. He's a chief. Surely he knows something right?"
They started to silent. Every time Chanotte's name was being mentioned, the atmosphere became heavy.
"-sigh- I've a plan for him to join for the party tonight...seems it's to hard for all of you?"
They showed a suprised expression. It's only natural, and it couldn't be helped.
"this is your first war.. so whatever you do, will affect all of your choices in the future. Your perspective, and your actions will also depend on it"
"what..do you mean savior?"
"I mean.. if you choose to hate and resent your enemy, regardless their reason and condition, you will do that in the future. Potential ally or someone that will become a great help for you in the future, all of that will be lost"
"i believe.. friend or enemy.. it's only decide by the condition.." Yana added
"we will...try.. to listen to that man.." the elder and the villager tried to hide their feelings
"good then. I know it wouldn't be easy, but it'll worth it"

The lunch was over. The women cleaned the place, and the men were back to their house to have a rest. Shanti approached Yana.
"what's you gonna do next sir Yana?"
"I'll met Chanotte again. To tell him about that thing earlier"
"about the party tonight?"
"yes"
"then. let me accompany you"
"hm? sure. No problem"
Yana headed to the underground with Shanti. The guards still ate their lunch.
"ah, savior! do you want to meet him again?"
"yes. Are you giving him his food?"
"yes savior"
"good, and thank you" Yana went to the underground
They arrived at Chanotte's cell. He sat there and the empty plate could be seen near him.
"at least you're not a stubborn chief" Yana opened the conversation
"I need to keep alive. If what are you saying is true, I need to protect my family, my people"
"good then. I'm also needed you to stay alive as long as possible"
"-sigh- what do you want now?"
"I want you to come and explain what's actually happen.. at the party tonight in the village"
"....you do realize what are you talking about right?"
"definitely. And all of the consequences"
"fine... I don't have any problem with it"
"good. I hope you can control your emotion Chanotte"
"... don't call my name casually like that. I don't even know your name"
"it's Yana. You can call me Yana"
"you better be right about all of this Yana"
"don't worry, I won't go anywhere. You always have chance to kill me"
"haah, whatever"
"by the way.. how much time left?"
"...what do you mean?"
"the reinforcement. Even if he wants you to dead, but if the chief doesn't report and missing for several days, he surely will send his troops"

"you're right... three days. He give me three days to finish this mission"
"since you left? or your first report when you're here?"
"....just how do you... -sigh- after my first report here"
"so... that's mean two days left? hmm, i need to finish it tonight then"
"finish what sir Yana?" Shanti was curious
"better I explain later at the party"
"understood"
Yana looked at Chanotte.
"so, you will be there tonight, right?"
"yeah...."
"good then. Let's go Shanti"
Yana and Shanti left the underground room and walked till the elder's house.
"I'll think about the next plan. You can leave me now"
"understood. Just call me when you need something sir Yana"
"I will. Thank you"
Shanti bowed and left him.
"hmm.... one important thing still missing.. let's see how to handle that..."
Yana entered the house and went to his room.

He is the first soul in recorded history with a psionic affinity, and he is either feared or laughed at for his abilities. If he fails to make repayments, he will be taken into forced labor. If he flees, he himself will become a bounty target. Outside faction boundaries in the lawless wild, bandit gangs run rampant, and Sorath quickly discovers that many of his past schoolyard tormentors and rivals are on the King's bounty lists—and that far more sinister influences are at work driving the kingdom's descent into crime and corruption. A LitRPG set in a dark fantasy world with innate game systems.
8 108Cast Under Ellitis
Ellitis, a world of sword and magic. Massive in size, with most of its surface unexplored. Where dragons and spirits dwell amongst men and demi-humans, where gods and devils alike barter with mortals and immortals. Beautiful as it might seem, mystical even, Ellitis is not a world for the frail. It is a place where the strong prey upon the weak, and where the weak struggle with every fiber of their being to overthrow the strong. It is here, in an unsuspecting corner of this world, that an unfortunate soul was born an orphan by the mischief of beings untold. Eliot Wyon, formerly known as Eliot Alderman, was just a mediocre engineering student in his past life. Perhaps without any help, this life of his will be just as boring as his last. But throw in an impish ex-goddess to help him along. Maybe, just maybe, he could make this life a bit more interesting. ----------------------------------------**Author's Note**---------------------------------------- Hello Everyone, I am Vi, Cat Vi. This is my first attempt at writing a story. I am a complete beginner at this. The closest thing to an organized story I’ve ever written is essay reports back in high school. There might be syntax errors and weird language all over the place. So, apologies in advance. I’ll be trying my best to make this story as interesting as possible, and with your feedback I am sure I can make something nice out of it. Constructive criticism is appreciated. And you are welcome to comment any errors you might notice. I’ll try to fix them up as soon as I can. For now, I don’t have a schedule. But if the story gets traction, I will try to work something out. **Cover Image Drawn by me.
