"And that is?"

"Tell me, why waste your time with one man while the whole city suffers? Is your mission to find one man more important than neglecting all the poor people here?"

"If you're connected to the comatose cases, removing you from the picture will be beneficial for all."

My darkness rhime starts to encircle my right hand until it creates a demonic hand with long claws, each the size of a blade.

"One last chance. Surrender quietly or I will use force."

"Tell me," he says again, "how does it feel to be nothing more than a puppet?"

My demon wings of darkness rhime reappear on my back, and I rush towards him at full speed.

"Wait!" I hear a voice yell.

At that moment, Oren moves between me and the man. I land, just a few centimeters from his body.

"Get out of my way, newbie!"

"Aren't you taking this a bit too far?"

"GET OUT OF MY WAY, DAMN IT!!!"

I push him lightly out of the way.

The man is gone.

I look around again. Now Oren is gone.
