In a quiet room, there is a pretty young girl in her teens that is currently writing in a sheet as she feels troubled 'Too many pirates that we subjugated and slay those we cannot control, sending them and claiming their bounty on the marines in the Sigio Island nearby!'

Looking at the account sheet, a huge amount of berries was amassed after many months of accumulation.

She can't help but think if they should upgrade their weapons "Capturing those wannabe pirates certainly give us a huge amount of money but if some fifty million or higher pirates come here then it would be a disaster for this island."

With her white long hair and bluish eyes that glisten in the dark as she pondered what to do, give her an elegant aura that just looking at her you would think she come from a noble family.

But contrast to this she was a reputable and respected person on this island as she control in her hands an Organization called 'Pirate Subjugation Group' that protected the peace of this island from pirates, bandits, and corrupt marines themselves which they deal with in the dark.

"Big sis! there's a raft that was discovered at the west dock site!" a short cute voice resounded outside of the room as its hurried footsteps got nearer and Bang! the door opens with a slam, a tiny version of her appears in her sight.

"Big sis! there's a raft at the west dock site!" the cute little sister of her repeated the report and she stood up and patted her little sis head "Okay, I heard. Wanna come!?"

"Yeahh! yeahh!" her little sister jump out and dash out of the room, excited to come with her big sis.

In the dark hallway, a big muscled silhouette of a man appears "Big Boss, should I deploy the west capturer team? they are on standby at the west dock!"

The young girl walked out of the room and follow her little sis and didn't even look at the big guy in the dark and only said "How many?"

"Just four, but there is an anomaly as we sighted and confirm that one ghostly black cat is in their midst." the big guy follows behind the young girl making sure he was three-step behind the young girl.

A frown appeared in the face of the young girl "Hhmmm, a devil fruit user?"

"There is a high possibility, big boss."

"Then don't deploy them, I'll deal with them myself!"

"There is an Island!" Pate shouted with delight while his eyes glittered with excitement and control the seawater to push them forward quicker.

Four days and they didn't even eat even a little fish, Pate really regretted what he has done. The only one who didn't suffer is PB who just keeps yawning from time to time and sometimes becomes a storyteller that annoys Pate.

Pate continuously controls the water to sail through the sea and seeing the two luggage who just sitting doing nothing, he controls the bamboo raft to grow a little wood and morphed them to be a paddle

Giving them to Raffa and Jic who have no energy left and wanted to refuse but Pate threatened them that he would throw them in the sea if they didn't help him.

Fortunately, they have Jic and Raffa as their navigator or else they will just wander around. It's just they don't have a cook and even if they have one, there is no fish in the sea and a bird in the air to be their food.

It's like lady luck is not on their side, Pate even makes a water whirlpool under the sea to suck whatever living things that they can eat raw but days passed by there is none.

Jic and Raffa paddle much faster as their newfound strength rise within them "Were saved!"

They eventually dock their raft that nearly shattered from their rush. Raffa and Jic immediately jump out and slump down on the ground, crying their heart out 'We'll never sail with them again, it's one hell of an experience!'

As the two enjoyed the warmth of the ground which is really hot but they didn't even notice, a small shadow appeared between them that keep enlarging as the second passed by.

Then in the eyes of Raffa appear a series of events that would happen later and it ended in a flash, he awakens from his stupor and heavily kicks Jic from the side as he rolled out of the area.

In a split of a second, a silhouette of a person landed in their previous location with a greatsword in hand slashing in the ground BANG!!!

Cloud of smoke scattered in the surroundings, Jic who suffered the kick of Raffa grimaced and shouted "Bastard!"

Raffa stand up hurriedly and unsheath his saber, readying himself to fight even though he felt hungrier than before as the activation of fruit power needed a certain amount of energy from him 'Ahh, I'm really hungry!'

"To be able to dodge a surprise attack and add to the facts that you wouldn't be able to see me with that kind of position, I didn't even make a sound but you are still able to dodge." a melodious voice sounded within the cloud of smoke leave Raffa and Jic at the side twitch their lips.

The cloud of smoke unveiled the attacker and to their surprise, a young white-haired girl look at Raffa with her bluish eyes and he can't help but unconsciously gulp as the view really surprised him.

In contrast to her gentle and elegant appearance, she easily lifts the heavy greatsword that she slashes with earlier that created a large gap in the ground.

"Blond hair, saber as a weapon, the impossible dodge earlier. You are Raffa Slasher, a saber wielder who was regarded that defeated his enemies without them touching your clothes. Rewarded with 50 million berries!" The white-haired girl said as she wielded the heavy greatsword "This would be good, don't disappoint me!"

The white-haired girl dash forward, clashing with Raffa who easily dodges her and counterattacks as the saber sliced like a living viper curving in an impossible path but was evaded by a slight movement of the young girl.

In a distance, Pate chomped a meatball in his bowl and chew with relish "So delicious!" after relinquishing the aftertaste he spectated again the battle between the pretty girl and Raffa "What are those two doing anyway, after docking the raft. They just jump out and hug the ground like a lunatic."

PB who is chewing the meatball that was given by Pate, replies with food in his mouth "They might suffer from too much hunger, you won't help them?"

"Nah, pretend that we don't know them ahahhaa, mister how much to this dish, how about this one?" Pate carelessly abandoned the two and look at the dishes that were sold in the food stall, It is really questionable that they missed the scattered food stall here and hug the ground instantly 'They become idiotic after sailing without food for four days, a bunch of weaklings.'

"What a cute black kitty you have, can I pet her?" a cute white-haired little loli come beside them as she looked star-struck at PB who transform from a normal black cat.

With Pate's advancement in Rules of Will, he can make PB a normal cat within a limited time "Ow, this cat? sure, if you want her then I'll give her to you."
