"It doesn't matter." Pate stepped calmly as he said, "if you guys won't attack then I'll make a move, either you die without a fight which is kinda lame."

Pate vanished from his position "Or die fighting as a pirate should have!" and his last word reverted throughout the forest.

Devil Monk closed his eyes, he was trying to sense the air around him and like a slow-motion in a movie, he flicked the staff in the air as it produced a metallic collision and the figure of Pate appeared who tried to kick the Devil Monk.

"Amazing!" Pate said 'To think he can block me even with this kind of speed, he predicted where I am going to hit specifically!'

Pate backs off a little bit planning to distance himself but Devil Monk didn't let that happen.

"Where are you going!?" a barrage of staff strikes rain down against Pate who calmly blocks and dodges all of it but he can't distance himself.

Swish!~

With an absolute perception for over five miles around Pate, he discovers that Red Devil Marga jumped down at his back slashing her saber at him and he ducked down to dodge it.

But a swishing staff landed precisely at his face that threw him to the distance.

"Woah, In the face!" PB's voice was heard by Pate who is currently crushing to the ground and only stabilized himself as the momentum weakened, he squatted with one knee in the ground and looked ahead.

To see that Devil Monk dash towards his direction, circling himself and the staff were swinging with the gusting gale as the leaves and dust followed its pace "Kid, don't underestimate us, Gusting Gale Blast!"

Then Pate felt the need to dodge but a murderous intent plunged in his mind and gawked above him to see Devil Red Marga holding two silver pistols, firing a dozen of unique bullets in every direction that he could escape from "24 Lock Shots!"

With this checkmate situation, Pate's mind was pushed to the limits as his psyche couldn't keep up with the fast-paced battle, then suddenly it sank into Pate's sanity - 'I'm lacking experience!'

Pate's thinking went blank as a blasting gale with a hard staff crushed to his face and sent him flying. Every tree in his wake was destroyed, creating large havoc of dust.

"That's quite painful, well he should know now the difference between fighting dozens of monsters to humans." PB watched the scene with interest that even his black tail was swaying "It just that sighs, I hope he didn't become dumb because of that blow."

Red Devil Marga landed beside Devil Monk "Did it finish him?" she asked as she fastly loaded her two silver guns.

"Yup, that attack of mine could kill as long as I hit the head but with this kid's strangeness. It would be enough to put him into bed for one week at most." Devil Monk gazes at the far away wreckage with some of its areas still having dust smoke blanketing the location.

Devil Monk's brows frown as he sees the debris trembling and can't help but be amazed as it shows the kid's silhouette who is still shrouded with a blood-red aura.

Shoving the big rubble that flattened him in the ground, Pate crawled out as the blood kept seeping out of his head "That's quite a blow in my head." Pate weakly said as he felt the chaos inside of his body.

The Lush Aura Mode was fully occupied throughout the battle as it healed every damage that the Blood Rage had done to Pate's body.

And now with this injury, the damage would accumulate as the balance between the two modes was shattered "I have only a short amount of time before the trauma would start to reach a severe stage."

'By then I'll have to revert to normal or my body would not be able to take the burden.'

"This kid is starting to get on my nerves!" Red Devil Marga glared at Pate who was staggering to stand up.

"So tenacious, I'll give you that kid!" Devil Monk said as he admiringly looked at Pate "If you're not going to die after that power-up state you have, I'll let you be my right hand."

Devil Monk really admires the kid's ferociousness and tenacity after slaughtering the whole people here on this island, showing that the kid has the potential to be much stronger in the near future.

But the reaction of Pate from this admiration was only the shaking of his shoulder as he chuckled and eventually laughed maniacally that made Devil Monk frown in displeasure.

Red Devil Marga points the muzzle of her pistol in the head of laughing Pate "Let me silence him right now!"

"Sorry sorry, I thought you were joking just now!" Pate said as he struggled to stop his laughter and Bang! as the gunshot reverted to the forest, Pate evaded it and appeared in front of them and said "Let me show you what tenacity is like!"

This time as Pate appeared in front of them, his red blood aura that cloaked his body slowly receded in existence, reverting his original appearance and a strange green mark of runes materialized on his forehead "Embodiment of Forest: Dryad!"

Within a second all of Pate's injuries were restored, even the stain of blood in his face was gone miraculously, in both of his ears a few green leaves grew.

"Huh?" Devil Monk was shocked at the fast transformation of the kid, the burning of vitality was entirely gone and it was replaced by a questionable feeling as he can't put his mind into it 'It's like he becomes one with nature!'

"Heh, is your life empty now kid!" Red Devil Marga who didn't sense the change of Pate and just thought that the red blood aura was gone then his final struggle was finished she fired rapidly without stopping, emptying her magazines.

She wants to see Pate drowning in his own blood, "Die!"

And soon her pistols ran out of bullets but Pate was still standing without the desired wounds or blood that Red Devil Marga craved to see.

All of it just sank into the body of Pate like mud as it didn't even make any splash of blood.

"W-what is happening!?" she was still confused but she was pulled over by Devil Monk and as she wanted to struggle, a tree grew in the ground they were standing previously and attacked them by swinging its massive roots but it was successfully blocked by Devil Monk.

"Hey kid, you forgot someone!" Devil Monk shouted with a devilish grin.

"Heh, did I?" Pate respond and he noticed he was covered by a massive shadow but before he can even turn his face to look a huge ax slashed him into two parts.

"You bastard, you break too many of my ribs!" Mad Ox growled in anger and repeatedly slashed Pate's body until it was shredded into many parts but he noticed that there was no blood and meat at all, only slices of wood with body parts of the kid's in appearance.

Devil Monk shouted in panic "Back off Mad Ox!"

But all of it was too late as the pieces of woods that Mad Ox cut, it grows into big vines of wood that wrapped Mad Ox entirely "Let go of me, Arrggghhhhhhh!"

On the side of one of the big roots, half of Pate's body materialized out of it and said "You three will die here!"
