Slash! Slash!
"Found every clue, even if its insignificant details!"
Every marine was busy looking at every hut as they tried to find every clue they could to pinpoint where the villagers planned to gather. Lieutenant Merv looks at the chaotic subordinates as they rummage to every hut while his gleaming eyes scan every place and stop at the back of the village - the humongous forest!
"Gather some of those who have decent scouting skills and task them to go to the forest!"
"Yes, sir!"
"And call Egor, I want him to lead them and I'll give him some instructions." Looking at the village with a background of a big forest, 'So all of you are there tsk tsk, thinking you might fool me but I know the history of this island better than you ignorant fools!.'
"Stop fooling around and set a campsite here! stop wasting your energy and make a feast as all of you will stay all night to hunt ignorant fools!"
"Yes, sir!"
In the marine ship at the shore, a guest appeared as he stood up face to face with Captain Jiggs who calmly sat and sizing up the man in front of him.
"Where is Drath Fang Pirates!?"
Captain Jiggs just put a piece of torn clothes on the table and blandly said, "You should not waste our time and deal with the current situations."
"Don't teach me what I should do, marine!" the bulky man turns around and with a forceful kick destroys the wooden door as it smashes to pieces, saying in a low voice "Teaching me what to do, dream on!" leaving with a snort.
Captain Jiggs just looks at the fading back of the man as he lifts a wanted poster of the man who just left, with a 45 million bounty in his head - Winged Jaw.

Reading the wanted poster makes his eyes dangerously gleam in the lampshade's light.
Splash! Splash!
Seeing her round stone get thrown farther away than her friends makes her jump in joy "Hahaha I won!"
"Jas, really has a talent for throwing things!"
"Yeah, let's change the game this time."
Right now, the kids are playing near the peaceful pond in the underground space underneath the Forest. The evacuation site got crowded, as the villagers arrived one by one.
Seeing this makes Jas think about her grandma 'Mom, where are you?'
"Waaahhh! the ill cat is here!" Jas turned her head to see her friend pointed at the black cat whose busy licking its paw but interrupted as a stone whoosh in its position.
"What are you doing!" Jas tries to scold them as she sees the cat agilely dodge the thrown stone.
"What!? a black cat is the representation of misfortune!" the kid who throws the stone argues back while picking some random stone and this time some of his friends also pick a nearby stone.
"Stop, the cat did nothing wrong!" Jas blocks them with her body as she stretches her arms wide, trying to cover the cat wholly.
"Jas, stepped aside!"
"That cat must be the culprit of why we are always in the hide!"
"Yeah! And also that Pate too!"
"T'-this!? How could you say that to Pate!?" Jas tears up as she remembers what her grandma said when she found about the tattoo 'You better distance yourself to Pate! Understand!?'
"Pate did nothing wrong! He is a victim too, I know you know it too. What will you do when that happens to you huh!? what would you feel when everyone is calling you a misfortune kid! a-all of you are bad!" Jas sobs as she tries to wipe her eyes, but it still gushes with tears "All of you didn't think what Pate is feeling right now after what he experiences."

"Jas, we're not friends anymore!"
"Me too! I can't see you as a friend anymore!"
The black cat just looks at them silently and after a while walks away without caring about them, unknowingly the black cat looks at the rock ceiling with many roots penetrate just to deliver the pure raindrops to the pond.
Everyone didn't notice that in the reflection of the eyes of the black cat, a silhouette of a young man is protecting the undersea with his monstrous strength and size as a - Guardian Forest and the villain, none other than but a human with powerful strength.
Fighting the wicked humans at the bottom of the sea is an enormous advantage to him, as he reaped many human lives. As for the evidence, it will be found in every part of the forest in which you will see every skeleton or body parts that rolled in a green vine.
Covered in green algae and mucus speeding the decomposition of their body than in the land. Every rib and skull was made to a vacation home like a coral reef of the little generation of the fishwheels.
While burying another bunch of human corpses as trophies in a one-sided battle they had earlier, thinking, 'What are they thinking? Sending their subordinates to graves?'
Underneath him, a surging domineering thought gushes out, making the undersea send powerful waves of shocks that alert every water monster in this area.
"Little Shrubs, my time has come. Beware, they will come in batches as they try to get a piece of my body and strengthen themselves."
"Ancestors! What do you mean!?"
"Depend this sanctuary with your life. I know you are not fighting for the favor you owe me, but you fight harder because this place has become your home, that's why -"
"I'll give you everything I possess, as I once was a member of the Sea God Legion of ancient weapon Poseidon, but now it would become yours, Accept - my life!"
Pate wants to stop his benefactor, but space holds him still as a powerful rippling power slips through his very core and makes him faint in pain.
But this time unbeknownst to everyone, destiny turns to be hard sometimes as two different powers were sandwiching the villagers when the Winged Jaw Pirates dock at the backshore of the island.
And with an eagerness to slaughter every pirate jump out with murderous vibes seeping out to their surroundings as they were led by the grizzly Torres who growls in the direction of the forest.
The growls were converted to a terrifying growl of a beast as it travels in the forest making the atmosphere eerie.
Torres, with a four meters height and like a grizzly bear body shouted to the excited pirates "Captain just flew to the hypocrite marines to settle some things and he permits us to satisfy our thirst! So go and hunt them and if you see marines - kill them too!"
"GRAAAHHHHH!" "WOAHHHHH!" "YYYEEAAAHHHH!"
"You guys, leave me a beautiful girl to f*ck!"
"Let me kill as I desire!"
"What is the feeling of torturing a marine!? Hahaha"
They rush into the forest as they are excited to take action because a week of inactions makes them a pack of bloodthirsty hyenas craving for a piece of meat.

Dungeon Core Chat Room.
This is a slower-paced "experiment and dungeon building" web novel that tries to use the idea of peer-to-peer communication with Dungeon Cores instead of Dungeon to slave monster communication to break up the detailed dungeon building. Rank 1 description: (minimum met for system initialization...detailed description as follows) Each race was given a system by the gods to make up for their shortcomings and balance their place in this world. Humans: Abysmally bad at understanding and using magic unable to use more than the lowest of magic were given the "Skill System" magic in the form of premade skills with use, study, and mastery tied to experience. Elves: Intuitively understand magic and have long lives leading to vast knowledge and skill in their chosen fields. However, as a species, they have nearly zero sex drive and less than low fertility, so they were gifted the "World Tree System" with experience gained through the care of natural areas – gifting the chance of children to increase their numbers without dirty copulation. All “natural” or “wild” monsters are given an "Evolution system" designed around killing and consuming as many creatures as possible, slowly increasing strength and, at thresholds, allowing mutations to alter them multiple times. Dungeon cores are different. Unlike humans, they can see, manipulate and live off mana. Unlike Elves, they naturally crystallize after extended periods of time in high mana level areas. However, they cannot easily move or communicate and typically go insane without companionship. As a species other than the odd eccentric they are unimaginative. Brute forcing solutions without the drive to truly innovate. Thus they have been gifted with the "Dungeon Connection System" a magical version of the internet accessible by their peers that allows them to barter and sell: bait, traps, monsters, and knowledge, as well as entertain each other with “adventure streams” using exciting recorded battles and humorous reels of arrogant chumps biting off more than they can chew to often fatal effects. This is the casual story of a dungeon unluckily spawned far from potential adventurers forced to innovate beyond its peers to find its place in this world. Rank 2 Description: Justification. I've been on a dungeon core kick for months and while I love the genre – it's sparse with entries. Often the forced conflict gets repetitive and frantic solving of threats "power levels" the protagonist to god levels to progress the plot – taking away the nice steady progression fantasy I'm looking for. (Progression in this story is linked to how strong of monsters/traps/whatever he can create not his "level"...this is demonstrated by some of his newer monsters beating his older monsters not with discrete "this monster has 10 attack this one has 40") Additionally, the focus on 3rd parties with their drama takes away from the reason I’m reading dungeon core novels in the first place – I'm looking for magical crafting, experimentation and kingdom building – not defence from higher and higher levelled enemies looking to steal/destroy/control the MC. This novel is kind of just me writing the story I wish I could read. I like thinking about the experimentation that can be done in fantasy settings using 'mana' as an excuse to make up rules and try to keep them internally consistent. IE once I define how a rule works, I'm going to commit to keeping it – no breaking hard truths I've given when it's convenient, even if it backs me into a corner. Hopefully, that should make the story interesting to read even if it's SOL and less action-oriented. There will be problems to solve and a clear progression in strength (of created monsters and knowledge) however due to not wanting to force conflict for the sake of conflict the general theme will be closer to slice of life with few action sequences and no overarching goal so please keep that in mind when picking this up as the genre is not for everyone. Finally, I have a clear goal of what I want from this story (not an endless romp but a series of arcs and then a conclusion that's a couple of dozen medium-sized chapters long) I want to commit to finishing it or at least bringing it to a point of rest. I hate all the engaging stories that stop with a “hiatus” indefinitely so in the event I lose motivation I'll work to end this even if the ending becomes rushed/unsatisfying just to give a sense of closure. I’m planning on including several polls in terms of direction and taking feedback heavily into account if I get enough readers (but may choose to ignore it if it deviates too far from the direction I want to take this as in feedback like: “The MC needs a cartoonishly evil arch-enemy that wants to enslave him and force the mc to pump out magic items” or “the MC needs to make a body and learn teleportation then live with humans” will get shot down without consideration.)
