《Zombie Book》Base building

I assigned one room to an armoury. It was a room without windows, originally an office. All weapons would be gathered here from now on. But since Eve considers everything to be a weapon, I told her to only deliver items that even I could use to kill someone. I declared another room to be a library. It was a room with a window that already had some shelves and books. Probably the office of a financial clerk. Next to the janitor's office a small room was set up as a storage room. Light came through the small windows. Most of the room was empty except for some tools, A leaf blower A lawn mower and shelves with boards and other similar items. It was a perfect storage room. After all, the real storeroom was full of rum, and much too close to the exit. The whole building was quite dark because we had no power, but nevertheless the windows were positioned well. Apart from in the armoury you could see enough to find your way around.
Adam could barely wait to dive into the mass of books we had collected for him. [But first of all, we should drag the corpses out.] Drop Database This was partly for the obvious reason, but also because I had no desire that someone reconstructs himself in our building. Besides, it could also happen that they just rise and start to redecorate. Initially, my idea was to dig a pit for the bodies. But that turned out to be tougher than I expected. So we decided to make a pile. I told Eve to strip everything off the bodies. Everything except the underwear and clothes that were either covered in blood or otherwise unacceptable. It was a disgusting job. But it was perfect for Eve, who seemed to feel neither shame nor disgust. I, personally, preferred to remain in the building. The very thought of it almost made me puke.

In the safety of our base I could watch Adam devour one book after the other. It didn't take long before he didn't read one word at a time, no he was reading one page at a time. Our library didn't contain much. A lot of books about management some finance books some about how to communicate properly. a bunch of manuals One by one, he read them all He carefully studied the schematics and diagrams. Without any understanding of electrical engineering whatsoever. I watched his eyes fly from side to side Every book he read led him to more questions. So he inhaled them all. With great interest I stared at the monster I was creating.

She just wants to live her normal life; gambling with fairies (the not-so-nice kind), befriending ghouls and painting the future all over the whitewash. No boy is going to get in the way of that. Excerpt: He snagged her wrist gently before she could flounce away, his fingers warm and firm. “You need to come with me, girl,” he said earnestly. “I don't need to do anything.” She was indignant. She knew that sometimes her kind of abilities could be unruly but Nyssa was quite capable of taking care of herself. She’d lived with her abilities since she was thirteen. She’d learned to handle them herself. “It’s dangerous for you to be on your own,” Del said, tightening his grip on her wrist. She pulled her arm from his grip and he let her go. He could force her to go with him, she knew, but he wouldn’t. “I don’t need your help, Superman.” She didn’t look at him. “I’ll be back in a week,” he said, ignoring her protests. “Be ready to leave with me.” He breezed past her, discarding the necklaces he still held on the desk and leaving. Nyssa sighed, watching his back as he disappeared down the street. “Fat chance, Superman.”
