The start of the ball grew near.
Ella supervised the preparations, and everything was flowing naturally under her leadership.

in Rin's room.
Haru looked worried, while Rin was lost in thought, sitting in front of a mirror that gave a weird aura.
"So according to father, it seems like the documents they gave about the Sylvia kingdom were true. I guess us coming early to the ball was a plan of their own, to let us know by the hands of Archion's heirs." Spoke Haru.
"The Leoryn heirs seems to be already aware of the situation beforehand," said Rin. "Since their kingdom is the closest to Sylvia and dealing with them the most, they had to be spoken to first."
"Why would our father only let us know by the Archion's hands?" She asked in confusion.
"Those three siblings seem to be the ones leading the investigations and necessary preparations. It is in order to let us form our own alliance with them, that will act without having our parents make the move themselves. For now, even if we start a fight with the Sylvia princes they can't do anything, as it will only be a couple of jokes between the young heirs," he said after thinking for a moment.
"Then that means,"
"They expect us to provoke the heirs of Sylvia, or at least create conflicts. This kind of plan would not work with the Sylvia King or Queen. If it meant screwing the plans they worked on for years they won't retaliate back even if provoked. That's why it will work with the prideful young princes. Now it will only depend on our own teamwork with the others. I am sure her royal highness Sakura already figured this out, that's why she asked for everyone to leave early. Now she got time to let her siblings know our parents' intentions after affirming the truth with them." And Rin was right.

Hours later the ball finally started, inviting the most influencel people of all the kingdoms.
The palace hall was certainly a sight to behold, being able to hold this many people yet still look dazzeling and have more than enough room left.
Allen and his wife entered first, followed by Rai who escorted the gorgeous Ella, wearing a stunning blue dress. Ella was really a beautiful woman since birth, coupled with this dress she made everyone's eyes follow her footsteps.
Then entered Ryo and Haru, followed by Rin and his wife Yuki. Rin really had a broad body compared to the other heirs, looking handsome in his attire, a man who imposed his presence.
Sakuro slowly entered the hall, making the crowd hush, living up to her nickname. She was wearing a white and pink dress, making her beautiful face brighter than the jewelry she wore. Everyone looked up at her in admiration, shadowing Cassis who came alone right after.
---
Diana was standing in front of her room, wearing a beautiful red dress, as if she was the fire goddess herself. Her eyes were sharp, the most beautiful red rose, dressed with deadly thorns.
Cayn slowly immersed out of nowhere, wearing a black attire, his sleeves rolled up, loosening his tie a bit as he was lost in thoughts. Shiro got down from his shoulders as soon as they appeared.
Cayn bowed elegantly, holding his hand out to Diana.
"I will accept any punishement for making you wait," he said with his cracked voice.
"You knew i would still be here," She got closer to him, held his tie and pulled him to her, "you made me wait on purpose. Wishing for a big entrance to the ball huh?"
Cayn's eyes widened as he took a good look at her.

"Now that you are finally looking. Beautiful, aren't I?" She said with an evil smile.
Cayn smiled, "You put famous paintings to shame," he said.
Diana scoffed, "A sweet mouth won't help you in this situation, my dear."
He smiled like a villain too, raising his body to straighten his back, as his eyes turned cold. "Then what about the possessiveness i am feeling right now, not wishing for anyone else to see you this beautiful." He slowly pushed her hair on the side.
Diana stared blankly for a second, before turning cold, pulling him by his tie once again making him incline to her. "Afraid someone might steal me?"
"Who would dare?" Cayn smiled with a soft bloodlust.
"What if I am afraid someone would steal the perfect man I have from me. This may be the reason I waited for you." Diana spoke acting innocent letting go of him.
"Or you just want to make sure everyone knows I was off limits, otherwise they will suffer at your hands." Cayn put his hand on the wall next to her as he spoke.
Diana dropped her act, looked at him with no expression for a moment, then smiled coldly, "Weren't thinking the same, that's why you're late, possessive boy?"
He stood closer, making her raise her head to meet his cold eyes. "Boy?" His big hand slowly wrapped around her neck, grabbing her tightely.
She looked at him with calm eyes. "Next time," she said while making his tie, "Don't make me wait."
He let go of her gently, smiling as he stood straight and held his arm for her.
She elegantly held it, "Hoping blood won't be spilled tonight."
They started walking.
"We finally don't agree on something," he said smiling.
"Do we really?" she also smiled.
They dissapeared walking away, leaving Shiro looking at them like a couple of freaks. He shook his head sighing, hoping no fool will meet this crazy couple's way tonight.
---
They halted in front of the huge door, getting back to their cold expression.
Their names were annouced to the crowd before they made their way inside.
Diana entered, holding Cayn's arm gently.
Everyone looked at them in awe.
The third prince of the Archion kingdom and the princess of the Leoryn kingdom, publicizing their newly formed relationship.
