“So this is where you can do stuff with the raid right?”
Terrance merely nods as he stretched under a raptor’s legs with a wrench. The way his arm then started moving and without context some people might imagine he was doing something belonging in an adult movie.
“Give me access!”
“Nope!”
“Sweet, I’ll just... what?”
“Nope. You are an info broker. Everything you see you might sell. If I give you access to that then people are going to start unlocking things and beating it very consistently and rapidly. I highly doubt the dungeon will like that. It took me literally buying my way back into this garage. I am not risking that so you can make a quick and probably rather fat buck.”
The fairy bloated her cheeks but Terrance was already face first underneath a robot dino’s tail. With a few more motions of the wrench he sets the tool down and reaches for an armor plate.
“I am going to tell you what I am going to do after I am alone again though...”
“Other than work the dino?”
Terrance pauses and smirks at the double reference she was making. A bit rude and crude but it still a step up from his normal antisocial behavior.
“Yea, other than that. I am going to introduce some challenges, basically optional quests and tasks. Since those cost me out of my own pocket, I been reluctant to post any. I will also post bonuses for first discoverers with anything related to Dr. Jenkins and B.R,A.I.N.S. Which is Building Robotic Artificial Intelligence Network Systems. Based on this floor’s lore, they are the company that originally built all the steampunk dino’s. Dr. Jenkins, Sargent Jenkins older brother, was the lead researcher and was based in this very city.”

Terrance finished tightening up the bolt as an impact on his lap, which would have been fine if Amy did not trip over something stiff.
“Opps...”
“You did that on purpose.”
“Maybe...”
Terrance sighs and pushes himself and his passenger off from under the raptor.
“Fine, no sweet raid info, which is half the reason why we came here in the first place. Now, tell me about him.”
Amy points at the raptor he was working on and Sargent looks back at them as he starts walking off the workstation.
“Thank you creator. I feel the loose connection no more.”
Terrance nods towards the bot and looks at Amy.
“Long story short. I failed the acquisition quest. For this raid building. I mean, to get it is really hard. My pacifist achievement unlocked a unique path for me. Those others must have done equally difficult tasks. Look at the Nine Chief War in the Green Dungeon. You had to have beaten all nine warchiefs on the first five floors in a specific order for the first time. That means bypassing the first three floors without fighting their bosses. That is special circumstances and is a lot easier than not killing anything, solo, in a dungeon that could one shot me at any time till I got to the boss. At least once they researched what to do.”
Amy puts a finger to her chin to think about it.
“Yea, and making your character based on one of the characters of the novel the Bone Dungeon it is based on and following through would be very difficult as well. That is hardcore devotion.”
Terrance nods in agreement to her as she turns to the dino.
“Fine, remember how I said I bought my way back in? Well, I mean that literally. I started out just buying some technical books on the raptors. But soon, I found myself having to buy real life copyright documents. I mean each blueprint only cost a measly amount, but it added up. Then as I started piecing Sargent together, I realized, with some tweaking, he could be made in the real world!”

Amy blinked at that and looked at Terrance in confusion.
“ Wait, you can make REAL velociraptors?”
Terrance merely shrugged his shoulders.
“ That ain’t the best part. I found out, they are upgradable.”
Amy blinks at Terrance, looks at Sargent, points at the dino, then looks at Terrance again.
“I... What?... But... How?... Wait... WHAT!!!”
Terrance smirked.
“ Did you know a thin layer of dino plating can be substituted for tedikight armor. Stuffing can act as additional padding to reduce concussive force. I even figured out how to make a voice box out of those annoying monkeys. I think when I get to the fourth floor I can get superior metal from pirate weapons and probably use bones to boost the frame. Then imagine when I get predator tech from the fifth floor.”
Amy just stared at him as he took a look at Sargent.
“ That not the best part. I made or rather ‘bought’ access to external memory storage. I can make a real body for Sargent in the real world and he will be there with me.”
Amy looks at the dino again and it dips it’s head.
“ How the FU...”
“ Perhaps I would be better to explain that!”
The two of them turn to face the terminal for the raid and found a middle aged office worker in mild dishevel clothing. He taps the terminal a few times and Terrance could tell the man changed something.
“And who are you?”
“Oh, nobody important. I am Steve and I am a dev.”

8 2285The Programmer's Dungeon [Progression, LitRPG]
Vincent, a college student from Earth, has been transported to another world full of strange powers and fantastic monsters. Ideally, this would be the start of his journey to become a legendary hero, build an everlasting empire, and gather a personal harem. But no one said that this new world would be easy… After escaping an assassination that accidentally befell him, he was forced to become a Dungeon Master. What will an average programmer student do when he finds out that he can code the dungeon? Vanquish those savages above with his tech and savviness — along with an army of golems? “Wait, this world isn’t even medieval?!” With all the questions piling up in his head, Vincent is set to uncover all these secrets! And… conquer the world, perhaps? The hard reboot of “The Programmer’s Dungeon.” It has an almost completely different plot, cast, and storyline, so expect tons of improvement from the old one. Disclaimer: This is a softcore LitRPG story; there are stats but no levels. Also, the LitRPG element isn’t the main focus of the story itself and is more of a support. I have enabled the reader’s suggestion, and therefore, you can correct any grammar mistakes and typos you find in the story. There will definitely be some that I miss. Cheers! The cover was made by Jack0fheart, so a shout-out for him. Releasing 3 chapters per week at 12.00 GMT on Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday with at least 2000+ words. 8 81The Destiny Detour
In a kingdom putting together the pieces after a series of devastating magical wars, trouble is brewing. At least that's what the Seer's vague warning to Princess Lillya claims. That warning sends young Sorceress Rosaliy and enigmatic ruffian Drake from one end of the world to the other searching for answers (and lost magical children). The Destiny Detour is third in the Black Pearl Series, but the events of this story occur 10 years after the first two, and it focuses on different characters in the world. It should be able to stand alone. If you are interested, the beginning of the series is available on Amazon and most e-book places: https://www.royalroad.com/amazon/B01AYLLKK8
8 161Magician's Hill
As a magician Dias has run into a lot of problems. Not 'street magician' though that would carry a lot less baggage... For better or for worse he has run into the supernatural side of things more than he would have liked. In fact it keeps pestering him more than he'd like and after spending the night at a Motel... his life just got a whole lot more complicated. Expect that now that he owns a hill... the "Magician's Hill" now that the former witch/owner is dead. It doesn't help that most of the supernatural residents also seem to have taken an interest in him though it feels like a coin toss if thats a good thing or a bad thing. Especially when they realize that his problems followed him to their city.
