You have earned the achievement Elitist': elites are 1 time spawns of a dungeon. In order to regularly spawn elites, you must have a symbolic way for elites to spawn on a dungeon floor. Due to the nature of Random type mobs, requirements for each mob type to have elites have been lowered, but do not carry over between floors.
Unlocked elites:
Dickens: have a group of at least 15 dickens with the population of dickens to other mobs 50% or higher. (there will be a 10% chance any dickens meeting the requirement to be an elite.)
Velocity Raptor: have a unique building in your dungeon that represents the DCPD in your dungeon. Velocity Raptor police grow in experience and rank with the more crime they stop. (unlocks player bounty system. 25% of all issued bounty fees goes to the dungeon core once the bounty is complete and 50% goes to the bounty hunter(s). Bounties can be placed on players by players for crimes such as ninja looting, kill stealing, and more)
Undead Pirates: have a group of at least 15 skeleton crew on one ship. The captain and one other (to be named first mate) will become elite. (elites of this type can not exist with the boss ‘Davy Jones’ present on the floor)
Those were nice, but they were not why Glyax was smiling. It is because he finally had access to RIVAL. But only for dungeon wars and skirmishes.
-----
Terrance was surprised when he saw himself outside of the Dungeon City Police Department when he logged in. Considering he logged out of his player home.
Building upgraded.
DCPD HQ: a unique building that can only be unlocked by creating a police force unit. They act as town guard and unlock the bounty system. As owner of the DCPD you receive an income of 10% of all bounties collected. This also unlocks unique features.Floor 1- sheriff badge: your ‘fake id’ has turned into a ‘sheriff badge’ due to your relationship with ‘Old Man Jenkins’. This will allow you to collect bounties on this floor without breaking your ‘Pacifist’ trait.

Floor 2- Engineer license: your sheriff badge has been upgraded to have a true engineer mark. Any mob healed will have extra damage against ‘bountied’ players. Bounties killed by enhanced mobs will have bounties collected by the dungeon, with an extra 10% reward going to you. JCPD maintenance station has been turned into a landmark of the floor. It will spawn elites and a SPARS unit will be based in this location. SPARS units will now respawn here and can be upgraded here.
Floor 3 and beyond- has not been reached yet.
He barely got done reading the notice when SPARS appeared in front of him.
-----
The tour of the police station was what Terrance expected it to be. Holding cells and offices for detectives, an armory and a police commissioner's office. What surprised him most of all however was the gateway straight to the second floor. Granted it was for only a special instance so he can manage the SPARS unit and upgrade it, but that was fine for him. He was really just glad he got his bots back.
-----
Over the last few days Terrance had been gathering intelligence and schematics and parts to rebuild the velocity raptors and SPARS. All the while skirting detection from BLU and hoping his fake id would not be revealed. It took a full immersion cycle and part of the next to get all the parts to rebuild them. Not only that, but he took the time to learn about the logic of the units from the lore and was looking up how robots and drones in real life worked. What he ended up making was a velocity raptor police officer that could work in the real world.
-----
After some final tweaks and a huge smile on his face Terrance lowered the leg armor plate of one of the raptors and patted its side.
“ How about we go to the third floor now.

I Have Even Read the Rulebook!
As all stories begin, Prof died. Yes, truck-kun had something to do with that, but also a bird, a cat and some rebar. When he was presented with with the opportunity in the Afterlife Administration Bureau to be transmigrated into a game-like fantasy world, he did something, no one ever did: he read the Rulebook. Follow Prof on his road to be rich without working, touring a whole new world without a care and witness his realisation, that despite having read the Rulebook the folks living with the System for untold millennia know more about the rules. Important notes: 1, I'm not a native speaker, so be prepared for occassional typos, iffy grammar and maybe awkward sentences. The spell check was running, when I wrote the chapters, but it works in strange ways... If you point out mistakes, I will try to correct them 2, Scheduling will be two chapters a week, posted Saturdays before noon (CET). Depending on how much new chapters I can write consistently there will be probably more but as long as I have leftover chapters, the two per week will be posted no matter what. Chapters will be around 1500-2500 words as MS Word counts it. 3, I did not and will not post this novel on another site, if you find it somewhere else, please inform me 4, The Main Character's progression is slow, there will be no Levels, Skills, Abilities, Feats, Perks and Cheat Powers raining down on him 5, I've put Comedy as a genre because of my writing style not because the novel is a comedy per se. On the other hand, Traumatising Content is there because there is a lot of speciesism - those Elves are not nice people. 6, I put a lot of pop-cultural references into the chapters, try to find them! Enjoy!

In The Shadows (Star Trek TOS/AOS)
Gweynneth Rosenwyn (roz-EN-win meaning "fair rose.") Morvoren (mor-VOR-en, meaning "mermaid" or "sea maiden.") Congdon-Williams was new engineer/helmsmen on board the USS Enterprise under the command of Captain James T Kirk. A close friendship between the two quickly formed and that friendship became love. I wrote this on two devices (School PC Google account and Apple notes) so the main characters name changes because of rubbish autocorrect.
