While the group had an early start this morning, their arrival toward Mrs Grais hometown, Sabah, were delayed, as they had to exercise caution, a conflict between two countries in the past with clear sign of provocation from Kingdom Below the Wind, if Alfin and Azumi make any hasty move, things can get nasty pretty quick, so they proceed cautiously. While nearing the hometown, Angeline ask her liches to scout ahead, eventhough the sun are still up in the sky, the blessings they had received from Ray and Mile parents make them free to walk under the sun, albeit their power decreases. Still, since their mission is to scout, not to engage in any battle, it's more than enough. Filaurel on the other hand, ask the wildlife over those area if any suspicious activity had been done, and the results of the two conclude one thing

"Desolate?" [Alfin]

"It's true, there are no sign of any human activity" [Mother Elaonora]

"The bird also commented on how the villagers had been moved by someone" [Filaurel]

"I see, this is suspicious" [Azumi]

"Suspicious indeed, kidnapping I guess?" [Kucin]

As they are pondering whether they should proceed to investigate the village or not, Azumi detected someone through his constantly active search magic. Alfi , Kucin and Filaurel who knew Azumi habit when detecting something through his search magic, simply nod and Azumi proceed towards the direction of a forest, and soon after that, he come back with an adult Dragonewt with a pendant necklace. Mrs Grais had told them about a certain adventure that she used to be friends with during childhood. Seeing this, Alfin instantly ask that Dragonewt

"Are you by any chance the adventure Salim?" [Alfin]

"Yes..." [Salim]

"By any chance, do you know who is Lady Grais?" [Alfin]

"How could I ever forgot about her, the daughter of the baron here, if it wasn't for her... we all will" [Salim]

Upon hearing the name of Grais, Salim suddenly became emotional, before collapsing

"Azumi!" [Alfin]

"Relax, I found him in a wounded state, I treated him Beforehand, his collapsing right now were due to stress and fatigue" [Azumi]

"I see, in any case, we should bring him with us first" [Alfin]

"Still, why was he wondering around? Could it be because of the kidnapping incident?" [Kucin]

And with that, Filaurel, Kisa and Lisa use the forest canopy magic while Fizumi surround them with barrier spell, setting the condition so that only they can detect and enter it, she also included Aqua as well so that Aqua won't search hard for the canopy magic afterward, and after two hours have passed

and as usual, they introduced themselves, and when Salim got to know that Alfin and the hero were here, along with the soon to be saga, he let out a sigh of relief, but nevertheless

As it turns out, it all started with someone claiming to be from the church, coming along with those soldier from country below the wind, claiming that calamity will befall them if they don't open up the artifact at the old temple, the villagers, knowing what it meant simply chased them away. The new lord send a message to the nearby town asking for help but his message weren't replied. So, Salim were tasked to send them a letter by the new lord. Along the way, he heard rumours of kidnapping and when he was about to reach the nearest town, someone attack him, it was the Pegasus unit. He managed to escape and when he realised that he unintentionally went toward his village direction when escaping, he saw the figures of Garuda

"Bad news!" [Aqua]

"Well, she certainly have the same mana wavelength as Fizumi and Aqua" [Khamishah]
