Azumi mumble to himself as he is trying to analyze the barrier that had surround the capital of the Holy Kingdom of Aster. It take him quite some time before

"Finally!" [Azumi]

"That was fast! Way too fast!" [Angeline]

"Well, it's quite a complicated barrier but with this we can enter the capital undetected" [Azumi]

"And here I am thinking fooling those barrier is nothing but impossible" [Angeline]

"Well, this barrier here is quite superb, while I did managed to analyze it, that doesn't mean my interference to it was perfect" [Azumi]

"Why is that?" [Angeline]

"Simply put, I just mingle around the periphery of the barrier, it will leave a mark and not only that, some advance barrier like this one will keep on changing its pattern so that.." [Azumi]

"So that things like this won't happen?" [Angeline]

"Exactly" [Azumi]

"And you said something about leaving a mark? What is that" [Angeline]

"For now, let just get inside shall we" [Azumi]

Angeline simply nodded, Azumi goes first before Angeline enter, with the four liches residing inside of her. Once Angeline enter, Azumi quickly close back the hole in the barrier that he made

"Thank god everything went smoothly" [Azumi]

"What make you said that?" [Angeline]

"Well, to answer your previous and current questions, let just said that the barrier still detect the people that have pass through it, it just doesn't relay those information to the centre of it. Those are the thing that we called as mark and it will linger around for sometime depending from person to person and also how much mingling had been done to it. Plus, every major city will surely have a monster detection magic set up in their barrier as well, to prevent monster from sneaking in" [Azumi]

"But you breath a sigh of relief, which mean" [Angeline]

"Exactly, well to tell you the truth, this is the same thing as those from the dark guild will do, smuggling monster around the barrier and selling it to the noble for cash, but for me this is my first time mingling around a barrier to let a lich pass through it, so I'm not sure what will happen" [Azumi]

"Still, everything went on perfectly" [Angeline]

"It is, but we still have to be on high alert as we are currently on the enemy territory" [Azumi]

"Understood" [Angeline]

With the cover of the night, the two figure manage to snuck inside the capital of the holy kingdom, with his detection magic being kept to a minimum to avoid letting it be detected by a mage, Azumi slowly but steadily make his way through. While the street is sparse due to the night time, it doesn't make thing any more easy as he's not oy have to care for himself, but also for Angeline. Nevertheless, he still try his best to remain undetected.

After an hour of sneaking around, he arrive at one of the inn called as Faizi inn. Once inside the inn, he straight away goes and greet the man behind the counter, a tan man around his age. The tan man notice Azumi and quickly greet him

"Good day sir, the usual?" [?]

"Yeah, and also no since I have someone with me today" [Azumi]

Azumi said that as he introduced Angeline

"I see, that shouldn't be a problem" [?]

"Thank you, but I'll still pay more since I want to make a request" [Azumi]

"And that is?" [?]

"Yeah, can you send someone to search some decent wear for her next morning?" [Azumi]

"Once again, that shouldn't be a problem" [?]

"Thanks, I will go to my room" [Azumi]

"By all mean, let me take the key first" [?]

The man take the key and give it to Azumi

"Thank you Faizi" [Azumi]

"No problems, hope you will have a good time meeting your "friend" afterward" [Faizi]

"I will, see you later" [Azumi]

"Have a good night rest, you too little girl" [Faizi]

Azumi take the key and straight away take go to the assigned room, the room allocated to him is right beside a corner

Seeing a bed, Angeline can't help but to dive head first into it

"A bed, after a long long time" [Angeline]

She rolled around the bed happily

"Well, take a bath first before going to sleep got it?" [Azumi]

"Will you go out straight away? If so I would like to accompany you" [Angeline]

"Well, if you don't mind going somewhere dirty" [Azumi]

Seeing Angeline confused face, Azumi simply take the room key and goes to the fire corner in the room. There, he activated his magic and channel it through the key, and an underground pathway open up

"Yes!" [Angeline]
