The group currently travelling to the 36th floor of the dungeon, here the fire horse become a common enemy albeit they are weaker version of the one they encounter as mini boss, but that will change in the higher number floor. Both Azumi and Kucin are in the front while Alfin provide magical support from behind and they keep on doing this strategy

"Are you guys ok, Alfin, Kucin?" [Azumi]

""We are fine"" [Alfin, Kucin]

"Don't push yourself too hard ok, especially you Alfin since you are not used to fight continuously" [Azumi]

"It's ok, i will keep on going, plus this is part of my training" [Alfin]

"There are rest area on 39th floor just before the mini boss floor, we should aim to get there before evening" [Kucin]

"Do you know what lies on the 40th floor and above?" [Azumi]

"Nope, the furthest i have been is on 40th floor with a temporary C rank party, we fight with the monster elephant, and it's main threatening feature apart from it size is that it can use poison and paralyzing spell" [Kucin]

"I see now, Alfin for that fight you should mainly focus on supporting us" [Azumi]

"Right" [Alfin]

After a while, they reach the rest area of the 39th floor, before proceeding to fight the mini boss, they make a quick potion to increase their resistance toward poison and paralyzing spell

They then enter the boss room where they find 2 small elemental tiger and the monster elephant.

"Alfin, Kucin, both of you will distract the elephant, I will kill those two elemental tiger and join you afterward" [Azumi]

""right"" [Alfin, Kucin]

The elemental tiger are that of the lighting and dark element, both of them are agile, so Azumi start off the fight by applying acceleration magic on himself and charge toward the lighting tiger

The lighting tiger dodge the upcoming attack but Azumi having predicted that use an earth spell right underneath the tiger and launch it toward him

In midair the lighting tiger use a lighting howl toward Azumi but with earth shield, it was easily block, just as he is about to land the finishing blow, the darkness tiger use darkness claw, so Azumi by using a light chain grab the elemental lighting tiger tail and throw it toward the incoming attack, injuring the lighting tiger

"Oh earth, make my keris as hard as your core, steel amplify" [Azumi]

"oh space, never separate my weapon from my side, translocation" [Azumi]

with that spell he throw the keris into lighting tiger, piercing the heart and cause an instant death, the keris flew just beside the darkness tiger and with the translocation spell, Azumi teleport right beside his weapon, grab it and cut off the darkness tiger neck in one slash

She then proceed to join Kucin and Alfin where he notice they are using a hit and run technique to slowly chip away the elephant health and stamina. The elephant from time to time will fire a poisonous ball breath where Kucin either use a wind magic to make it disappear or Alfin entrapped in in her space magic. Alfin try to chain the elephant to slow it down but it prove to be beyond her as the elephant have such massive strength as compared to Alfin

Azumi then proceed to use the ice missile shark and aim at the elephant eye, once the elephant got hit by it, it bleed profusely from it right eye and the focus change toward Azumi, both Alfin and Kucin have a rough idea of Azumi plan, they then proceed to attack the elephant from behind when the elephant charge at Azumi

Currently, the elephant were attack from both front and back, realizing that, the elephant breath out a large amount of poisonous breath

"Azumi, Kucin, Now!" [Alfin]

"Oh earth, surround my enemy with your body, earth dome" [Azumi]

"oh fire, become as big as the sun and roast up my enemy, large fire ball" [Kucin]

"Oh mirage, by your nature, increase the power of my ally, magic boost" [Alfin]

With Azumi earth dome and Kucin large fire ball they entrapped the monster elephant and roast it alive, suffocating it in the process, of course Alfin magic boost is a great help, the elephant try to break out free but Azumi earth dome with Alfin magic boost prove to be stronger until it show sign of stop when they can't hear any sound of rampage

The elephant, being an intelligent monster stop for a while and use a hardening spell on his head and tusk and break out of the dome and charge straight toward Azumi, Azumi then uses ice spell to make the dungeon floor slippery and without any grip and strength left, the elephant stumble and fall to the ground where both Azumi and Alfin quickly uses light chain magic to pin it down to the ground

Kucin uses this chance and use a wind sickle magic to slice the throat of the elephant, ending the battle

Azumi show a thumb up sign to both Alfin and Kucin and they are happy to receive those praise

They then proceed to dismantle their loot

"can i have the harden tusk of this elephant, i can use it to make a new claw weapon" [Kucin]

"sure, why not" [Alfin]
