The group enter their second day of exploration, with the objective of collecting and refining high grade magic core, preferably those of fire magic core as much as possible, with the secondary objective of training, especially for Princess Alfin. Azumi primary objective to train her is not to has her provide support to them if things go south, but is more of survival, since she is a royalty, her safety is the utmost importance, thus if she can retreat safely and guard herself in a chaotic battlefield, Azumi consider his training objective to be successful, though of course he would rather have none of it happen and pray for smooth journey ahead

Unlike other adventure who would look every corner for treasure, hidden room, valuable ore, the group just go straight to the next floor, not exploring the ever changing dungeon for any loot. This make their pace extremely fast as compared to other

"it's like we are speed running the dungeon, how fun" [Kucin]

"now that you mentioned it, it do feel it like we are speed running" [Azumi]

"speed running? what is that?" [Alfin]

"Oh, you don't know about it sis? well you see there are some higher rank adventure that in order to prove themselves or simply to train will dive in into the dungeon and clear it as fast as possible, and for them, it's a show of strength, so it's kinda like a extreme sport among some of the high ranking adventure" [Kucin]

"The guild master Karonlir have told me once about it, he also use to do it and would bet with his fellow adventure friends on who would finish the dungeon first" [Azumi]

"then you have to solo kill the boss, isn't it dangerous?" [Alfin]

"It is, that is why only a really good high ranking adventure would do it, even I don't think I will try it right now" [Kucin]

"so you would try it in the future?" [Azumi]

"Of course big brother, I would become the saga after all" [Kucin]

"Prohibited, if you try to do it, I would force the guild master to punish you" [Alfin]

"but sis..." [Kucin]

"No" [Alfin]

Kucin try to gain support from Azumi, Azumi avoid any eye contact with her as she knew Alfin will be mad if he support Kucin

just as they continue their chatting, they arrive at a large deep hole

"This hole will take us straight to 17th floor, it is really deep, so unless the adventure can fly or use some support magic to dampen the impact, it is rarely use" [Kucin]

"Alfin, don't scream ok" [Azumi]

"Huh?" [Alfin]

While Alfin is confused by Azumi statement, Kucin know what he is intention, so Kucin just straight away applied magic to her body and with support of the wind magic jump straight into the hole. Alfin is really shock seeing Kucin action but then Azumi "princess carry" her and do the same thing as Kucin while also providing extra layer of support to Alfin

Both of them landed gracefully, and Alfin suddenly scream

"WHAT WAS THAT FOR!" [Alfin]

"Shortcut" [Azumi]

" Don't do something so dangerous! and at least warn me before hand" [Alfin]

"you would object right since you worry about Kucin" [Azumi]

"Don't worry sis, i do this every time i explore the dungeon" [Kucin]

"YOU WHAT" [Alfin]

"nothing..." [Kucin]

"Alfin, Kucin is already a D rank adventure, even master Karonlir acknowledge her strength, so stop worrying too much about her" [Azumi]

"of course I would worry!" [Alfin]

"sis" [Kucin]

Kucin being touched by Alfin's word proceed to hug her, causing Alfin to calm down

"don't do unnecessary dangerous thing, ok"

"yes" [Alfin]

(nice one Kucin, if not she will continue the babbling) [Azumi]

"you are thinking about something rude, aren't you Azumi" [Alfin]

They then proceed to the 20th floor dungeon where they fight the second mini boss, it is that of the elemental tiger, a tiger that can change the nature of its Element depending on the season and location

"what a terrifying monster" [Alfin]

"it have the lowest spawn rate among the 20th flooe mini boss, though of course it's a common monster in the higher number floor" [Kucin]

For this fight, Kucin and Alfin once again do the same tactics they use while fighting the fire horse but since the elemental tiger is stronger, Alfin have a hard time chaining it, not only that, the tiger dark magic and time acceleration magic prove to be quite a challenge for them as the tiger is quick to react to both Kucin claw and Alfin light chain arrow

."if that is the case, Kucin, i will use some sound magic based on mirage magic so i will cover your ear with my magic, is it alright?" [Alfin]

"I leave it to you" [Kucin]

"O sound, deafen my enemy and took away his concentration, thunderous clap!" [Alfin]

Just then, a very loud sound that of a thunder continuously played near the tiger ear, this causes the tiger to be confused and agitated, the tiger then went straight to Alfin, but this is within Kucin expectation, so she emerge from behind, grab the tiger tail and throw the tiger to the wall, the tiger confused about what happen doesn't have the time to react to Kucin next strike, right into the heart, causing instant death to the tiger

"we did it! again nice support sis" [Kucin]

"you too, now let us process the elemental tiger" [Alfin]

"ok" [Azumi]

They process the elemental tiger and got a time element core. they then go uptill 26th floor rest area where they decided to spend the night here

"we really are speed running this dungeon aren't we" [Kucin]
