New term have begin for Alfin school, name after the founder herself, she actually rejected the name at first, saying it would he embarrassing to name it after her, but

"now now, Azumi aside, I do think naming it after you is important, not only does it have a nice ring to it, it also serve double to make sure that other girl have their eyes on education" [Usagina]

"True, I agree with Mrs Usagina, and I believe I speak on behalf on everyone here that they want it to be name after you" [Azumi]

All the member that were there nodded and thus by name of democracy, Alfin lose this battle while sulking at Azumi

Today, at the start of each year, a new batch if student will come, they are mainly those around the age of 9-11 but there are actually no age restrictions as Alfin always stress out there are no age boundary in pursuit of education

At the start of each new term, Alfin will be giving a speech, she herself will be bored when hearing long speech, something that is unexpected from her so she will always prepared a nice short script and those script were proven effective as it raises the motivation of those attending the school

"Now then, 1st of all I would like to congratulate all of you here, the fact that you are here is the 1st step in your life to better yourself and your family" [Alfin]

a loud clap can be heard from the audience, mostly from the senior who respected Princess Alfin

"Every year i was asked by your parents why bother with education since they can survive just fine uptill now to bring up their family, but please I hope that you guys will change those mind set" [Alfin]

"I am not here to belittle what occupational background you guys are from, farmer, village guard or even adventure, they are all important in our daily lives as we the society can't function without them" [Alfin]

"But, with education I hope some of you will change the mind set of the people living in your area, not to be easily fool by traveling merchant scamming you, become a better farmer by producing a better wheat and paddy, or becoming and upstanding merchant yourself, in short, I want those who are here today not only to change yourself for your own future but other people in your surroundings who are less fortunate than you guys! Once again all the audience clap, Alfin believe that she just have to use short speech with some daily example as to stir the heart of her student in this speech as their teacher will further stir and guide those heart over the year

"Princess Alfin, you once again have implanted a seed of education into their heart" [Usagina]

"Well, those are the 1st crucial step" [Alfin]

After the short interaction between Alfin and Usagina, its her time to get into the stage as headmistress

"Now then, I am sure some of you are burning with passion right now, please go to your allocated classroom, those teacher will guide you there, and don't forget right at 1200pm to gather around the training hall for this year tradition!" [Usagina]
