《Businessman reincarnated in fantasy novel》CHAPTER 50: I WISH

"Looks like this prototype works good enough to kill someone. Well, I just have to give it some fine touches, and it will be good," Leon said, looking at his gun.
Alfred and Jared arrive there.
"We have cleaned out the phoenix squad," Alfred said.
"Good job, guys," Leon said.
"Now, there is still one thing left to do. Send this guy's head to the new emperor as a gift. This will mark the announcement of an all-out war," Leon said.
"As you say, master," Alfred said.
As per Leon's order, Jaden's head was sent to the imperial palace, which created a massive uproar in the castle. It was shocking news for all as the war hero of wales was no more, and the one bringing him to his end was none other than his nephew. It was clear that it won't end without bloodshed the way things were going.
At Elf village -
Leon makes a visit to spend some time with Aerin. Before going to war, he wanted to see her.
Both of them are sitting on the edge of a cliff, enjoying the fantastic view of nature from there.
"Leon let the elves also participate in the upcoming war, don't forget that the elves have sworn allegiance to you," Aerin said.
"I haven't forgotten anything, Aerin. And I know we will be outnumbered in the war, so the more, the merrier. But no one knows what the future holds. There is always a 1% chance of failure; nothing could be perfect in this world. If the elves show their support to me in the war and I fail, then your whole village might have to suffer due to my failure, and I don't want to take that guilt with me to my grave. So it's better that you guys stay neutral for now," Leon said.

"Okay, if you say so, but promise me that you will come back," Aerin said.
"Yeah, I promise I will," Leon replied.
"You know what, Leon, I wish the time could stop here forever" Aerin holds Leon's hand and smiles.
Her beautiful smile with the dazzling sunlight falling directly on her face, those snow-like white hairs were waving in the air, the feeling of that warm hand holding him. The way she looked showed pure emotion towards him. At that very moment, Leon realized, looking at her face, what he gained in his new life and how happy he truly was having someone by his side whom he could family.
Friends, family, subordinates, he didn't know the importance of any of these in his previous life. But in this world, step by step, he gained everything. Without even realizing the people around him became everything to him. He learned how to live.
"Me too..." Leon said.
He didn't say anything further; he just wanted to enjoy that time sitting with Aerin holding her hands, looking at the scenery.

Magical Girl Gunslinger
“Would you like to make a contract?” When eldritch horrors known as the Anathema began tearing through reality to invade Earth, aliens calling themselves the Zenith stepped in to protect humanity. Individuals were chosen and gifted with the ability to use magic and advanced technologies to combat the existential threat. Over twenty-one years later, the so-called “Magical Guardians” are still hard at work keeping the peace. With their flashy outfits, superhuman abilities, and reality-defying spells, they are the part-time heroes and full-time idols of modern society. But none of that really matters to Mai, whose biggest problems are dealing with her family, classmates, and the ever growing dread of her imminent future. As far as Mai is concerned, mundane problems are more than enough to worry about, and the idea of magic and monsters might as well be nothing more than daydreams. At least, they were until she finds herself in the middle of an Anathema invasion… A Dark Magical Girl LitRPG with sci-fi elements. Note: Slow burn and gradual introduction of LitRPG mechanics that become a focal point once introduced. Please be aware this story contains intense violence, gore, traumatic situations, and other potentially unsettling content. Chapter One and Two are considered the first “episode” and introduction into the book. As such, they are mega length to allow for uninterrupted reading. Enjoy! When It Rains, It Pours
A train of thought compendium.I have them every now and then. Or to be more accurate, they have me. One offs. Shorts. Tales. Parables. Fables. And other weird things. This line has no schedule. No track number. No set destination. Sometimes it's an El. At other times, a space shuttle, taxi, caravan or fast moving treadmill. And every now and then it's a subway passing through underground caverns, littered with cobwebs. These sporadic ideas pop into my head at the weirdest of times. Some end in the middle. Some end with a fizzle. Some end with a bang.

Return to Yesterday
This is a story about trust. A story about a girl with many names, none of which were hers, and a single second that wasn't really a second at all. It's a story about a friendship that shouldn't have been trusted but was, and a friendship that should have been trusted but wasn't. And most of all, this is a story of warning. Of a path that was taken when no other was seen, through a forest that can grow in an instant and may never fully be cleared. No two paths are the same. Nor are any two forests. But this is Io's path. And this is where it goes. (Also published on Quotev)

Short Poems
Hey guys!! This is where I'll be posting the poems I've written. I pretty much just write free verse. Although, I do try to rhyme. They're all very personal to me, so I hope you enjoy them. :)**This book is completed for now, but if I think of any more poems I'll definitely add them! :)
