“Please come this way," She then moved forward to guide them to a tea table in the midst of the garden.

There were a couple guards stationed at each entrance. Now that he knew this was the queen- it made sense. Narice wondered if she was always guarded.

Narice looked around the garden now- it had a plethora of beautifully arranged flowering plants and side paths as they walked towards the center. The queen moved her hand across at different plants along the way.

"This garden was my idea actually- i wanted a place of reprieve for anyone who came to the castle injured," she smiled.

It was an amazing garden. it seemed to have all sorts of colorful and unusual plants but it was tastefully done so as to evoke a sense of peacability and awe.

"I dabble in herbology- but we know a wonderful gardener that was able to put my idea into reality."

The table was spread out with plates, snacks and tea cups.

She picked a chair out for herself. Everyone picked a seat.

She poured the tea out for herself and instructed them to proper tea ettiquite while eating.

"You can hold your cup by pinching the hole between your finger and thumb..."

The queen took a bite and the others followed up.

"How are the treats?"

"Amazing!" Mika said excitedly and with his mouth full. The queen chuckled. The others nodded in assent. Venu was slightly more cautious and only tried one after everyone else was nodding.

"I'm glad you think so- they were made by a certain special friend of mine who wanted to join up with us

The rest of them kept eating and sipping from their teacups. After a moment of silent eating, the queen began to speak,

“You see. While we could have met at dinner first,” she began, “I felt it might have been too formal a setting. You see- other diplomats will be coming here tonight and i wouldn't be able to introduce you..."
