“Hi everyone,” the woman speaks "thankyou for coming on such short notice."

“Who are you?” Venu replied cautiously.

"Ah yes, introductions are in order... my name is Sardis," She politely curtsied.

The queen?!

"it's nice to meet all of you," she spoke as she slowly looked over the group.

While everyone else seemed to be in shock.

She stopped at Sari and knelt down, “It’s very nice to meet you-“ she spoke and hands out her two hands to hold one of hers, "are you perhaps Sari?"

Sari responded with a smile and nod curtsied in front of the woman.

"It's nice to meet you," Sari replies with a proper curtsey as well.

The woman covers her mouth for a moment and chuckles but composes herself a moment later. She stands up and and turns her attention to the rest of the group.

By now the rest have taken formal stances.

"Please stand .." Sardis speake, “There was a time I wasn't a queen at all... I hoped to invite you all as friends and not as subjects."

She continued after seeing them stand.

Thankyou so much for meeting with me- I've wanted to meet you all for quite a while now and i'm grateful you could come to have tea with me..." she smiled.
