Outrageous!" Wang Chen exclaimed in anger. "A child dared to throw his weight inside this sect and dared to kill in broad daylight?! This is unacceptable." Wang Chen was fuming with rage.

Wang Gui said nothing but his expression showed that he was extremely angry. They both exuded auras that could easily make a lower-leveled cultivator out of breath.

"Zhang Xiaofeng... Zhang Xuan, even if you are the third elder of this sect. You must judge this case fairly, if you don't, you will die in my hands."

Wang Chen declared.

Zhang Xiaofeng crawled to his father's room while holding his hand. The hand that Wang Tian used to beat his own face out of curiosity. The room was rather spacious. It looked like the room of a king. It had ancient carvings on its walls, the tiles were crystal white and there were statues of a dragon made out of ice. .

"Father!" Zhang Xiaofeng cried out hysterically. His face was very pale and he was shaking all over. A middle-aged man clad in black with his hair tied walked out of the courtyard. This man was Zhang Xuan. The third elder of the Seven Star Sword Sect. "Son?" He asked nervously.

"Fath...Father" he said. Zhang Xuan hurriedly ran to his son's side. He slapped his bag of holding and a pill appeared. He fed it to his son and his son immediately became filled with color. This pill was the healing pill. The pill that could nurse you back to more than 50% of your health. This pill is quite expensive but nonetheless, Zhang Xuan didn't feel the slightest of hesitations to feed it to his son.

"Son, what happened?" Zhang Xuan asked with a hint of anger in his tone. He and his father thought alike. They were both people with an unruly nature therefore he immediately changed the truth from black to white. "Father, somebody pulled my hand and gripped it tightly to the point where it almost broke my bones." Zhang Xiaofeng said. "What?! That happened? Someone dares to hurt my own son!?" Zhang Xuan growled.

"Then he...he used it to hit his own face!" He continued with fear written on his face.

"What he - he used your hand to hit his face?"

Zhang Xuan's eyes constricted and his face had bewilderment written all over it.

The night ended and in the blink of an eye it was already morning.

"Zhang Xuan! I demand an audience!" Wang Chen screamed ferociously while Wang Gui was standing beside him, not uttering even a single word but if you look closely into his eyes, you would be able to see rage hidden in the depths. Wang Chen had an unsightly expression. This was the father of Wang Jhiayi! A father that would tear apart heaven and earth just to get justice for his son. A father who could very well sacrifice his own life just to prolong his son's.

. "Who dares speak with such audaciousness hear in my abode?!" A voice replied.

"Don't be so cocky, get out of there and show yourself. Lest I give you a beating" Wang Chen said coolly. Wang Chen was furious. This audacious Zhang Xiaofeng dared to heavily injure his son and now his father put no one in his eyes! He was really really about to erupt in a fit of anger.

"Oh so it's you" Zhang Xuan clad in black appeared with a wide grin but beneath that grin hid a clear disdain towards Wang Chen.

But Wang Gui with his tremendous amount of experience, could easily see it. Wang Gui harrumphed and said, "a wise man does not hide his feelings for one knows that honesty is one way of making amends especially in these situations."

"Ha! And who are you to speak of words that should be far from my comprehension? A weaponsmith? A craftsman? Don't make me laugh! You with your puny status along with your dog-brained brother dare to be arrogant in my Seven Star Sword Sect? In my courtyard?!"

Wang Gui's eyes shone with a strange light but did not respond to Zhang Xuan's taunt.

"What? Not gonna reply? Are you a coward?"

Zhang Xuan said with a nasty giggle. He was trying to goad Wang Gui into violence but this cheap trick was seen through by Wang Gui easily.

Wang Gui remained calm and silent.

"Stop with the utter bullshit Zhang Xuan! Your dog-brained son injured my son who's only a little kid! Who can't even defend himself! Is this an action worth of being in the Seven Star Sword Sect?" Wang Chen said angrily. He was really fuming with anger and you can only imagine his face when he said these words.

"And who are you to teach me about morals? About the laws of my sect? A lowly person like you? Don't make me laugh" Zhang Xuan replied with a smirk.

"You come into my territory and slander me? I'll extract justice in place of the sect!"

Zhang Xuan waved his hands and shouted, "ice blade!" And then a blade made out of ice appeared in his hands. Zhang Xuan said, "accept your death Wang Chen!"

Wang Chen's expression remained calm. He looked at Wang Gui, "Brother Gui, I will handle this." Wang Chen said. Then he flicked his sleeves and a hammer appeared in his hands. He charged towards Zhang Xuan and the two exchanged blows.

Wang Chen saw an opening and then kicked Zhang Xuan in the stomach. Zhang Xuan tumbled backwards and then coughed out blood. His expression a bit unsightly. While Zhang Xuan was coughing out blood, Wang Chen seized the opportunity and blinked towards Zhang Xuan. Raised his hammer and then bashed Zhang Xuan on the head. But unknowingly, Wang Chen was the one who got blown away from the backlash.

Wang Chen struggled to stand up and coughed out blood. Just from that clash, he was seriously injured!

Zhang Xuan stood up from his embarassing position and then waved his sleeve. Instantly 6 blueish crystals appeared. But if you look at the crystals closely, you would be able to see that each crystals contain myriad worlds.

"Wangxian...Wangxian Adepth!" Wang Chen called out in shock while his face turning more pale by the passing second.

'Dammit! If only my cultivation base wasn't sealed! Otherwise this fool wouldn't even dare to be arrogant in my presence!' Wang Xuan Chen thought to himself.

Zhang Xuanlooked at Wang Chen in disdain while Wang Gui remained expressionless.

"Now, are you ready to face your own mistakes and admit that you're the one in the wrong?" Zhang Xuan uttered cooly.

"You may be stronger than me but we are from the same sect! It's against the rules to turn the black into white!" Wang Chen said while standing firm. But one could clearly see

fear lingering in his eyes.

Wang Chen rushed towards Zhang Xuan and then 6 crystals appeared above him. But those crystals of his clearly paled far in comparison with the crystals above Zhang Xuan. But nevertheless, he braced himself for what would inevitably come. He is not willing to accept the fact that this man, a man with a high standing in his sect, didn't care about discriminating the right from the wrong and only did as he willed. Moreover, the son of this man severely injured his son! His most precious son!

He roared ruthlessly but with pride. He swung his hammer into the air and then ferociously slammed it towards Zhang Xuan.

Zhang Xuan merely sneered when he saw this. A Zifu realm expert daring to fight a Wanxiang Adept?

What a joke!

The difference in their strength is of the heaven and earth! The land and the stars! Zhang Xuan only regarded him as an ant! An ant that could be crushed with a flick of his sleeve!

Zhang Xuan then whispered, "Ice cage"

And a cage made out of ice appeared out of thin air. It's bars were crystal clear that even a devilish genius could not break! The cage gave off a chilling aura that could pierce ones bones.

He grinned evilishly and then raised his hands. Two black ice blades appeared in his hands. He kicked Wang Chen and then he slashed him 32 times! He then pushed Wang Chen into the cage ruthlessly. Wang Chen groaned and then coughed out a mouthful of blood while hurling through the air.

The cage seemed like it had a mind of its own because when Zhang Xuan kicked Wang Chen into the cage, the cage shut itself leaving Wang Chen zero chances of escaping.

Many things happened in a blink of an eye!

Wang Gui was still emotionless. But one can easily see a cold light flickering in his eyes. His brother was getting thrashed by an esteemed elder of the Seven Star Sword Sect!

From a fair distance, Shangguan Yi was watching on in this show. He didn't want to act because he thought that Zhang Xuan would think his decisions over again and then discriminate the right from the wrong. But then he saw that Zhang Xuan used his power to not only turn the black to white but injure a member of his sect. Shangguan Yi sighed.

'Oh Zhang Xuan, i held you in high esteem but you didn't know how to act properly. I wouldn't have acted this way if you had apologized and admitted your and your son's mista-'

But then, when he was thinking to himself, he noticed Wang Gui's eyes. He knew that Wang Gui was about to move even though his face remained emotionless. He knew that if he did not step in, one of his member would die! And this was Zhang Xuan! A Wanxiang Adepth! An asset to his sect! Even though Zhang Xuan was in the wrong this time, he didn't want him to die because he is still an elder of his sect.

Shangguan Yi then stepped with his right foot and then in an instant, he appeared above the others.

"Okay that's enough Zhang Xuan" he said.

Wang Gui noticed him when he was still watching from afar but he did not pay him any mind.

Wang Gui calmed down when he saw that Shangguan Yi had stepped in. He knew that he did not need to act this time around since the Sect Leader was here. He had to give him some face. But he still sneered in the end.

Zhang Xuan saw the Sect Leader and heard him speak but he still casted a spell, "Ice rain!" he shouted. In an instant, hundreds of thousands of ice crystals that were shaped like blades appeared. It went down towards Wang Chen in an extremely fast pace. Shangguan Yi saw that Zhang Xuan didn't take him seriously. He was the Sect Leader but Zhang Xuan didn't give him any face! He didn't even pay his respects to him!

Shangguan Yi then uttered, "time stop".

The time instantly stopped. Everything remained unmoving. The blades, the birds, Wang Chen and even Zhang Xuan! Only Wang Gui remained unfazed. Zhang Xuan's eyes constricted and then he thought to himself,

'Impossible!'

'I've worked hard all this hundreds of years, trained till j felt that I was about to die! I thought that I have surpassed him but...'

The blades stopped in place and then the Sect Leader said, "Time reversal".

In an instant, the injuries of Wang Chen healed. The blades and the cage disintegrated. Their ash was dragged by the wind. It was like that vicious fight didn't even happen!

Shangguan Yi then waved his palm and the time stop spell was gone.

"Zhang Xuan" he said chillingly.

"You not only turned the black into white and injured your fellow sect member, but you even dared to disobey my orders?! Do you think that you're so powerful that you don't even respect your Sect Leader? I'm the one who gave you your position and status. I can also be the one to take it from you!"

When the Sect Leader was saying this, he was slowly floating towards Zhang Xuan. Zhang Xuan's face went unsightly when he heard these words.
