31st Cycle of Luna
Somewhere in an open field of the frontier outside the kingdom of Uttramar.
"CHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGEEE!!!!!!" some Cyrenic Imperial cavalry, seems to be a noble and the commander of these Cyrene Imperial Punitive Army. The army only consisted of horseback riders for they favor a much more mobile force.
Kyle Farester · Cavalry Charge Sound Effect
"HOLD YOUR POSITIONS!!! SPEARS TO THE FRONT!!! HOOOLLLD! HOOOOOOLD! BRAAACE!" it was the Prince, and his caravan of Exploratory Expedition Force. Although the Expeditionary consisted of mostly levied soldiers, some were even from the cities, towns, and villages that they had come by through. The prince had also recruited Adventurers in this quest given by the Oracle. Poor farmers made the bulk of his expeditionary force, most of them were equipped with only simple shield and spears.
The common folks that had come to ventured with the Prince had seen him take one rebels and cultists at the forefront of every battle. The fervor that he radiates gives a much needed boost of morale for this simple farmers. And so they raised their shields and put the butt of the spears on the ground to give a much more sturdy support that could thwart the charging cavalry. They believed in their Prince. They revel in his presence. They gain strength seeing that a Noble is giving his life for them simple peasants. But nay! He is nothing like any other nobles that cower at the back lines. These peasants that's seeing the cavalry charge at them are not faze, not by any chance. They braced themselves for the incoming impact.
The cavalry commander seeing the many spear points bellowed an order, "WEEEEEEDGE!" And the rest of his troops followed suit. But not enough time for them to completely form the Wedge Formation. It still did what it's supposed to do. And from that point where they made a breakthrough on the spear wall. Every other horse rider poured in like a river had just broken a damn.
"SLAUGHTER THEM ALL!!! LEAVE NONE ALIVE!!" bellowed the Imperial Noble.
"WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!!!"
Even with the breakthrough of the cavalry, the peasants still seems not fazed. They are willing to give their lives for the Prince knowing that if they win this battle, the kingdom will have a brighter future. Their families would at least fare better than what they have gone through these past years. Knowing that their prince cared for them, the common people. They will die, but they will at least take the Imperials with them.
While the Imperials were having the time of their lives, someone out there had already began galloping, going to where the clash is. Him and his retinue were back from being the vanguard and scouting the surroundings. Little they have known that these Imperials were waiting for an ambush here in an open field knowing that they have much advantage with their mounts. But same goes for the Imperials, little did they know that the expeditionary force had an advance party. This is an element in which they have not predicted. And suddenly their flanks took a hit.
"IT'S ME! SER PRICE! WAAAAAAAGH! YOU MONGRELS OF THE EMPIRE WILL NOT LIVE TO TELL THE TALE OF THE ELEMENT OF WHICH YOU HAVE NEGLECTED!"

The vanguard unit that Ser Price have with him were one of the elite units of the kingdom. One that was always on the frontlines, the Uttramar Firstborns. This elite crack troop consisted of ever first born male of noble birth. They were tasked by their king to assist the prince on his quest. And so they were assigned to be vanguard.
After the initial clash which seemed like the imperials are gonna come out victorious and the sudden appearance of Ser Price which turned the tide of the battle, nothing out of the ordinary happened. The imperials were quite easily destroyed by the Firstborns.
The Uttramarians then had setup camp, to recuperate and heal. They have lost quite many, especially the levied commoners. The prince then had Ser Price arrange a proper burial for all the fallen. Including the enemies'. The common folks had seen once again this noble act of their prince. Their eyes looked up to him with pure admiration. He is a Prince, not only of their kingdom, he is a Prince of the people.
After the burial rites, Ser Price went to where the prince is.
"With all due respect, Your Highness, but this expedition seems to bear no fruition. We only kept running into impediments. It has already been a year, Your Highness."
Ser Price stated. They were inside a tent large enough to fit a round table 4 meters in diameter. On the said table was a map with small figurines representing their band of expedition. Other areas on the map was also were also highlighted as points of interest, whether possible bandit encampments or cultist hideouts, or destroyed bases of bandits and Cyrenic Imperials.
"Our people needed much help. And since the King could not provide much needed support out here in the frontier, it is I that is here and now that must do what must be done. We cannot just let our people take the brunt of the frontier for they are doing what they can to help our kingdom prosper. The PEOPLE is our kingdom, not just the land that they toil. It is our duty to provide protection to the common people." Prince Kymar remarked.
The Prince made sure not to disregard nor neglect any possible threats to the kingdom, the people. The prince being known for his sympathy for the common folks have garnered him much respect and love of the people of the kingdom that is his to rule one day.
"Now then Sir Price, please prepare for our departure. We shall continue our expidition."
"Yes your Highness."
Sir Price responded with a salute of putting his closed fist to his chest. Unsurprisingly, he is the aide-de-camp to Prince Kymar.
Meanwhile inside a certain mountain.
Throughout the whole time that I was creating Isshin's body, the SYSTEM had actually assisted me. It compensated for my lack of knowledge about human anatomy. Maybe it took from my memories all the things that I lacked and compensated with it. I am a bit thankful to the SYSTEM for it. Whatever the SYSTEM is, I don't know. It existed even before I became a dungeon. The SYSTEM that I know of on Earth are mostly of games or programs on PCs and Smartphones.

'Is this planet, is this reality that I am experiencing right now real or just a game created by Earthlings? Did I not really die? Is this some kind of JAKE GYLLENHAAL' S SOURCE CODE shit I'm experiencing right now? Man that would suck. Reliving the same experience time and time again.'
But thank God or the Gods and Goddesses that still didn't happen. I still did not return to any point in time in any way.
Ok, back the SYSTEM and what it had done for me so far..
I finished creating the heart, the SYSTEM helped with the creation as well. Though it's not beating for now, I am hoping that when I transplant this Mana Heart/Core, everything will work out fine. I am not some kind of scientist that would be ok with failure, no. There is so much at stake here. The time and effort I put through this endeavor is too costly for me to just disregard any kind of failure. "Time is Gold" as they say, so much as failure here could be my demise. I can feel it. I know it, anytime now, I could be discovered and be shattered into however many pieces. I just could not bear to fail this.
And so I start fusing the heart to the body.
A large ball of mana becoming a cocoon that wrapped around the body of what is to become Isshin. It then floated in the air. Tremendous pressure could be "felt". Pressure made out of mana, it's like suffocating me of mana. I can't even harness the Winds of Magic. All of the surrounding mana seems to converge on the cocoon. It glowed all kinds of blue. From the palest blue I could ever remember to becoming like that of an ocean deep blue. I could feel tremendous mana coming from the cocoon.
'How long would this take? If I can't get "Winds of Magic" then I can't do anything.' I thought. It would really mean that trying to create dragons out of nothing but mana alone would kill me literally. I might shatter in the process. Even right now. This tiny me, the size of a thumb, is trembling at the pressure that's building up. 'Won't the mountain explode?'
I could not take a break even for a moment here, not that I can or have the capability to though. But still I have to watch closely. And watching closely made me see how the SYSTEM fixes and compensate all that what's lacking that I made.
'Thank you SYSTEM!'
The blue light then subsided. Gently, the cocoon floated down on the floor. It only took a better of 8 turns of an hourglass that equivalents to one and a half hour on Earth. 'Yeah I could tell even if I don't have said hourglass, it's been engrained since becoming Azunai. Just by seeing from outside where the sun is before and where it is now.' Meaning a day and a half on Earth equals a day here.
The cocoon of mana then got absorb by the being laying now on the floor.
'Did I succeed?'
*DING*
I heard, as if it was the pizza I reheated in the oven.

Unknown Level 1
Species Health 500
Mana 200 Homunculus (Human, Male Variant) Creation In Progress COMPLETE!
I myself also gained a level or two or three, or more possibly. I can't be bothered with by these bluescreens popping out. I would check them later. First order is Isshin. He looks alive to me. His chest is heaving as if he really is breathing. He seems to be peacefully sleeping at the moment. If that's the case, then I wouldn't bother him for the moment. And since now I can harness Winds of Magic ones again, I started siphoning the surrounding Winds of Magic. Isshin seems to be doing the same too but his mana is not increasing any further than 200 points.
One thing that strikes out differently was his specie. He's not a construct, like what I wanted. He's a Homunculus of Human Variant, 'But why is it Golden in color?' I wondered. As far as I could remember being Azuina, Golden names for items means Legendary Rating. 'Would that mean Isshin is atleast a Legendary being?'
It may seem like I have a bottomless mana pit in me, bot nay. I could only mostly store up to a million. The previous few years that I was creating Isshin's body was only possible to do because I was able to replenish amazingly fast. This mountain seems to be situated in a conjunction of mana. Mana seems to easily gather here. Not that I have any complaints.
Well now I might as well check all that I have gained.

There are many more other blue screen popups, some were just notification about me leveling up, but this is what I think are the more important ones. An increase in chances to spawning legendaries? 'This I still do not get how this works.. spawning? Damn system, no help or whatsoever.' I already thought that SYSTEM is already getting on my good side. If SYSTEM is just a physical entity I would have Isshin smack it to death.
Well, while Isshin's still not "awake", might as well try to impart to him some of my knowledge if the SYSTEM have not already did. This only concerns the movement of the body and it's other uses. So... let me telepathically connect with him like I'm some professor on a wheel chair.
