The Queen had just announced her order for us to line up and show her our tablet individually.

From my assumption there should have been a bright light once our blood has fallen one this tablet and then it would magically display our stats but this thinking was immediately proven incorrect.

Jin was thinking of the many manga her read where the mc would fight some adventures then after taking a few test they give him a card and give him 2 ways to identify his status.

First he could give it his energy or mana then it would immediately show the users status.

Second the mc from the manga would drop his blood to the card given to him and then with a few small light shows it would again show him his status.

Both of these Jin assumed to be the case but clearly he had been wrong. Just how would they check his status?

Jins faced the Queen only to see a radiant smile on her face as one her mages were just finished whispering something to her ear. Seeing as Jin was takin by his monolgue and to deep in thought he of course..

Didnt get any of it.

"Seeing the enquiring look on each of your faces i assume all of you are confused. Please dont make a fuss. Theres no need to worry as all things will be revealed shortly. My friend here is a court mage and he is also the one who will reveal your status. Once i am able to see your status this will help me to be able to train you all so that we may better help to increase your strength in what ever area you prove talented in.

If your talent lies in swordsmanship than it would be best if you learned skills in swords man ship. As for magic if you had a large pool of mana reserves then that doesnt necessarily you will be renowned or anything note worthy in magic at all.

Also let me tell you that if you use pure mana, the undiluted version it is of course indisputable in strength and something to be reckoned with in battle but it also drains energy at a surprising rate so even a mage wont use it recklessly.

Which bring us to magic Affanities. If you have an affanity with water or ice then it would be best to learn ice and water spells. Only a fool would waste his time learning spells the direct opposite of his nature."

"Wait" one of the students interrupted

"If im understanding correctly... You want to check our talents..." He swallows as he takes in everyone stares. He clearly wasnt expecting to have everyones attention on him. Figuring it wouldnt be good to hold everyone in suspense he continued.

"So that you can help us grow according to them?"

"Yes. This would be the fastest way to increase everyones strengths. Which would also increase our chances in subduing the demon lord... That is if we stand a chance haha"

"Phew" The boy and and few others near him wiped their sweat. But he wasnt done. He clearly had more to say.

"So... How long do we have exactly?"

" Well allow me to be complete honest with you... Ive no idea."

This answer caused a few heroes to nearly fall over. If she doesnt know thhen who does? Is the demon king coming now? If he comes now they wont stand a chance.

They were still newly summoned and being put on the battlefield now would be nothing but suicide. Panic washing over the heroes like a wild fire they were just about to start reacting when the Queen interrupted.

"4 years." The prince rolled his eyes and told the heroes before they could fall into a panic. If the heroes were to fall into a panic it would take time to calm them down and if they had to waste precious time on calming heroes more than training them how would they be any use on the battlefield.

Hearing this the panicking heroes looked relieved. Some heroes let their tension fall out of the window immediately. 4 years? Much can happen in that time even if they youre a simple student. As i have read many times and not only that but realistcally speaking looking at where Jin is now.

He was in possession of his gamer character who stood at the Apex in SSO and his wishes guaranteed him his place above everyone else.

He could say this happened after just 18 years of life or all in one morning but neither seems to be a lie. The mc's from stories didnt know whether this was real untill after a good nights sleep in another world.

Some not even until months had passed. Causing Jin to question the mental state of those mc's who questioned this new reality for months. He was certain after 1 nights sleep he would be sure about his sudden change. So far he considers his encounter to be rather fortunate. No more nagging. No more school. He could now do whatever he pleased.

Well if this wasnt a dream that is..

"*CLAP*" pulling Jin back into 'reality' she proceeded to give out instructions.

"I would like all of you to line up. Once my mage has cast his spell then all of your status will appear on the tablets. Then we will take the necessary steps after seeing the heroes talents."

After nodding to the mage who was now in front of the Queen he then began to chant as he raised his staff and some of the heroes could feel the energy gathering towards the mage. Which were most likely those who would have a skill like [mana sense] making them more formidable.

A few minutes later the mage finished and soon our status appeared before us.

Some were shocked while others seem to have expected this. Looking at his stats on the tablet Jin immediately studied it and made sure it didnt reveal unnecessary information. Also his sisters tablet.

Luckily it simply showed things like rank, name, age, entity, and class. Everyone seemed to be human causing the Queen to sigh in relief.

Time passed and after seeing the status of everyone the last up were me and my sister.

Looking at the tablet of my sister who made her way to the Queen with a slight pontificate air. Which caused the Queen to giggle slightly as she took the status board from my sister.

A few seconds later I saw the Queen looking at the tablet with wide eyes.

Did i make a mistake?

"Are you Jin? Jin Kaito." She said eyeing me suspiciously.

I responded with a nod.

I had no reason to lie. If people find out im OP then it will also reduce the load on my sister but i dont want to do that just yet.

Also i noticed when looking at the the other heroes status they had the hero title. So i quickly gave me and my sister a fake heroes title so we dont look out of place with the others.

After nodding the queen went on to studying my sisters status and nodded again and gave it back with a smile.

"You will be a great asset to blue grass empire. If you have anything you need please dont hesitate to ask. ^^ "

I had to stop my self from gaping at the Queen. She didnt hide her thoughts and said clearly she believed my sisters prowess too be better than the rest.

The words the Queen used caused the eyes of the students to wander over here. Trull didnt go towards their group though she recieved her tablet and instead took a few steps back and waited for me. While hugging it to her bossom keeping her stats from prying eyes.

"Next."(???)

I hear a different voice. It was soft but like the voice if an angel. I turned and saw the princess looking at me.

She had blond hair and red highlights, blue eyes, small nose, and a cute face to go with. This is definitely something those mc's call an otherworldly beauty and now i knew exactly how they felt.

"*Ahem*" i heard from behind me.

"Brother it isnt good to keep a lady waiting." My sister chimed in.

"Hehe its fine. My daughter is the jewel of the many hearts. She has already had 2.6 thousand suitors and all were immediately-"

"Hehe.."

"Dont mind me im just an old woman. Forgive me for saying unnecessary things."

"Youre only 27..." The prince also said something unnecessary. This caused the queen to glare at them.

"Son. Daughter. You arent saying unneeded things again are you?" She said with a light smile but her eyes didnt agree with those upturned lips. This seemed like a death warning.

The prince looked on warily and took a step back.

The Queen her self looked 20 while the princess seem 18 and the prince 16. I was slightly tempted to check with my [analyze] skill but it only slightly peeked my interest. I could check another time.

"haha." Seeing this family act like this i laughed.

My laughter must have brought been heard because they were now looking at me stunned. Oh was i forgotten?

I kind of felt sorry for interrupting but still given they were funny I let it go.

"*cough*" clearing the previous ambience she created she came back to the present.

"Sorry hero. Now will you please show me your status?"

"Certainly. I dont see why not." I passes her my status board and she took it.

I watch her face as she studies it carefully not missing a single detail. I wait and soon the Queen is looking at me horrified but it was instantly replaced with a smile.

What is it? What caused her to look like that?

Curious i say status in my mind.

Now how the hell am I going to clear this up? I'm an overpowered fool but I refuse to use my power on something so small. I can definitely handle something like this. Yes i can do it!

I look up to see something different about the Queen. Somehow her smile is slightly sinister now.

"We are finished. Im sure our heroes are most likely famished so allow me to offer you all invitation to a feast." She said smiling. I felt something bad. A foreboding. I sense something will happen soon. I hope it isnt too bad. But then again i have literally no reason to worry with the world at my finger tips. ^^

I tell my self that while allowing my self to be led away with the others and my sister following along by my side. I ignore the 2 hero trying to flirt with her as a girl from their group bash both their head together.

That girl and trull soon hit it off and were talking before we made it to the dinning room but not before we moving through halls that served to emphasis how magisterial our host is. The armour and decor along with a several small statues we passed. Made of seemingly high ranking material.

After eating like kings and with the entertainment of the heroes I managed to relax my guard a little but i never ignore my gut so i changed my status a bit.

I felt slightly different all of a sudden. I thought about my immunity to poison and wondered whether it was malfunctioning but after a quick check i realized that the sleep I love so much was coming for me. I looked at the Queen to see her smiling an laughing with the heroes. Then suddenly her eyes flashed toward me giving me a worried look.

"Are you feeling your self hero?" She asked appearing very concerned. My sister next to me looked at my face and mustve seen how tired I was feeling.

"Lilia, my brother isnt feeling so well!!!" Trull howled to our host. She was so close to my ear. She even linked our arms for some reason.

Why is she so loud I wondered briefly before damn near falling into my 80th serving of food. Dammit! My gaze wandered from my sisters precious lips and to the Queens.

"He looks tired. I have a bed for him. You may use it if you like. I will personally take you there." She turned to the the summoned. "I will leave my court mage here with the rest of you. I cant leave my heroes unprotected, now can I?" She smiled innocently.

I wasnt dumb enough to believe im suddenly sleepy after waking up in my room and talking with a God and her champion for a few hours then learning about our status with the Queen for barely even an hour.

Barely several hours has passed since hes been awake! Hes definitely been poisoned.

Should he dissolve the poison in him? Hmmm nope not at all. He felt he was very rudely interrupted this morning. He hasnt forgotten. He will definitely not waste this chance.

"Take care of everything for me." After leaving his sister that message Jin was lead to a magnificent room by the Queen.

It had few more statues, Some paintings, brilliant decor. But Jin didnt care anything for it. All he cared about right now was sleep and a comfy bed.

Thus after Jin spotted a beautiful grandoise king sized bed his body swayed as he then blurred toward it and dived into the soft pillows. This bed felt like his very own slice of heaven.

Feeling so comfortable i could no longer keep my eye lids open.

I sensed a guard running from the Queen. Maybe to give the heroes an update on me and to order them not to disturb me. Thankful for that i relax my guard completely and fall asleep but not before feel a different weight upon the bed. The Queen? Why? I try to open my eyes but dammit im to tired and for some reason theyre heavy as hell.

Tired. I resign my self to sleeping but not before hearing something I no longer had a chance to do anything about.
