EPISODE 49
Catherine's POV:
I didn't know what to do but watch. Ace was holding my hand in an iron grip and I had no idea on what to do. I stood there with an open mouth while watching him.
"What are you doing here, Ace?" Mrs Hampton asked him, her face as neutral as possible. She wasn't giving anything away. I guess Ace took after his mother. They both have the same personality.
"I should be the one asking you that question, Mom. What are you doing here?" Ace fired back.
Talia glanced at me nervously and cleared her throat.
"Ace, Mrs Hampton was just talking and congratulating us. There was nothing more to it." She said calmly.
Mrs Hampton smiled and turned to face Talia.
"I'll see you some other time darling." She said and glanced at Ace. "I'll see you back home."
She walked out on us and I released a sigh of relief. I didn't know what would have happened if Ace didn't show up. It would have been a disaster. A big fucking disaster.
Ace started dragging me with him and my eyes widened. Where was he taking me to? I had no idea.
I glanced back at Talia and she was watching Ace and I, a stunned expression on her face.
I mouthed 'I will call you' to her before turning to face Ace.
"Where are you taking me?" I queried, my heartbeat thinking inside my chest and beating rapidly more than ever.
I was scared, nervous and excited at the same time.
I didn't know what would happen. I was nervous,I was scared.
Ace led me inside the school and continued dragging me until we reached the confinement of his private pool area before releasing my hand quickly as if he was disgusted.

Maybe he was.
My face dropped and I searched his eyes looking for any sigh of care in it but found none.
He must really hate me so much.
His eyes were as dark as the night. Soulless. Hard. Creul . Cold-hearted. There was no feelings at all.
"What are you doing?" I asked him when I finally got my voice back. He stared at me from head to my toes, his eyes scrunitizing me which got me excited in places I shouldn't be.
Stop it Catherine. I know you miss him, it has been long since your p**** felt his cock but you need to think straight at the moment.
His eyes dropped to my hand and he raised his eyebrow. He was staring at the artificial butterfly tattoos on my wrist, then he started walking slowly towards me. I subconsciously stepped back, my head alerting me that I did something totally stupid.
When he got closer to me he took my wrist and raised it up to his face, he stared into my eyes.
He was searching for something. He was probably trying to know if I could remember anything.
It was my perfect chance to tell him everything that happened. I couldn't bear to mess things up. I needed to do something.
"Ace," I whispered nervously. "I have missed you so much, I'm sorry for not recognizing you."
He stood there motionlessly for a while before understanding what I was trying to say.
"Butterfly." He whispered and I nodded my head, trying to force the tears that had gathered in my eyes back.
I could feel it in his voice. He was vulnerable and broken.
"I remember you now, Ace. I remember everything about you. The things that we shared and everything that we had. " I said and sighed.

I placed my hand on top of his and move closer to him so that our skin was touching.
"Fuck it." He growled and grabbed my face in his hands before smashing his lips on mine.
We were both devouring each other's lips. It was like we couldn't get enough of each other.
Well I guess what I wanted to say to him will have to wait until the sexual tension cool down.
Oh shit. I've missed him so much that it hurts.
I couldn't believe that I survived four years without my soulmate. Without him. It was hard for me. Very hard.
I break the kiss, I needed to take in enough breath because we were drinking each other in.
He kept staring into my eyes, his hands still holding my face.
"I missed you." I said once again. He removed his hands from me and turned his back.
No. I dont want him to turn his back on me. I didn't want him to turn his back on me. It hurts me.
I wanted him to face me, look into my eyes while I explain everything to him.
I slowly and nervously walked up to him and wrapped my hands around his waist, my head against his strong and rigged back.
I was getting teared up. He didn't even want to look at me.
"Talk to me please, please babe." I begged. I couldn't hold it in anymore. Call me pathetic because I was.
It was like all my emotions got combined in one and I couldn't stop thinking about how he felt throughout those years. I know that I went through a lot too but he must have thought that I left on my own free will.
He must have thought that I purposefully refused to return to London according to plan.
He must have been exhausted and sad.
"What happened to you?" He asked, his voice now calm and emotionless. He has built that wall between us again.
"Can we go somewhere quiet? It is a long story." I asked hopefully.
He turned around and I removed my hands from his waist.
He brushed his hand on his hair and his jaw clenched.
"Okay. Meet me at the parking lot." He said before walking away.
I let out a breath of relief and started walking back to the auditorium to meet Mom.
This is a huge chance that I couldn't mess up.
When I got to the auditorium Mom was still sitting at her chair.
"Catherine." She called immediately she saw me.
I grabbed her hand and smiled.
"I'm going to be leaving with Ace, we need to talk it out." I told her and she nodded her head.
"Yes, I understand. I'll see you at home." She responded and I kissed her cheek.
I am grateful for the woman I called my mother, she might have changed herself physically but her heart is still the same.
Now I have to find Talia and tell her that I'm leaving.
I left mom and started searching for Talia but only to see Liam and Anitra groping each other's shirt.
Oh no.

The Mischievous Mrs. Maxfield
***The wrong girl is sometimes The Right One.*** Charlotte Samuels thought she'd be stuck waiting tables at Marlow's until all her debts are paid off-in about ten thousand years or so. She definitely didn't expect a marriage proposal from the arrogant Brandon Maxfield who was blackmailed by his father to make her his wife if he didn't want his least favorite cousin to run Maxfield Industries. Charlotte's instinct was to say HELL NO! but she's stumped by a few obstacles: 1.) His old man Martin Maxfield is dear to her heart and has been recently deteriorating in health. 2.) She gets a million dollars if she stays married to Brandon for a year. 3.) She would rather like the opportunity to teach the attractive but awfully rude man a few lessons he didn't think he needed from a 'teenage gold-digger' which was his term of endearment for her on their first date-er, business meeting. So what's a girl got to do, right? Sure, she's young and a little rough around the edges but there's something her would-be husband didn't know about her yet-she's nothing like he ever expected. Thrust into the glitzy world a standard-issue Mrs. Maxfield would fit perfectly and rule with impeccable social grace, Charlotte will either have to force herself into the mold or break free of it, risking what little she has left for everything that she can gain.*** Copyright © 2014 by Nina Tippett. "You don't own me!" I shout glaring up at him as he smirks down at me tightening his grip around my neck. "You're mine sweet cheeks. Ever since I walked into your life 15 years ago, you became mine. Then finally, one day my parents both decided to make my wish come true and gift me with 3 older siblings. Since both my parents both didn't have time to actually make me siblings, my mother decided to adopt 3 boys from one of the adoption center my father was sponsoring at the time at his work place. They weren't blood brothers, I could tell by their different genetics as soon as I saw them, but there was something about how close they were that made it seem like they were inseparable triplets.I should've known my life was going to change right after I met my new, what my parents wanted me to call them, step brothers. Especially the one that kept his attention on me since the minute he walked into our large house.
