《A Stupid Hot Head-Natsu Dragneel fanfiction》My Father and Visit to the Estate

"Lucy!" my dad cried and came up to me. He tried to hug me but I pushed him away. No way does he think that he can be like that to me. Not after all the crap he has done to me. I mean he never even remembered my birthday!!
"Why are you here father?" I asked with venom in my tone. I was not at all the least bit happy to see him here.
"Well you did run away miss, you don't think I would just forget about you now would you?" he tried to act like he was concerned about me. Psh, yeah right.
"It has been a year dad,"I stated like he was stupid.
"Yes, and I was searching that whole year," he lied.
"Dad, I'm not even that far from the estate! You are filthy rich and could find me in less than a week. Stop lying! I'm sick of you, just leave already," I yelled at him. He was taken aback by my outburst.
"Well, I have great news to share with you!" he recollected himself. Man, this guy doesn't ever give up.
"What it your good news?" I asked.
"Well first, we have to go to the estate, I scheduled for us to be there tonight," he said looking at his watch.
"Um excuse me? I'm not going back there," I said in an angry tone.
"Don't be silly darling! Yes you are! I mean I am your parent and have fully custody to take you back," he said in a monotone voice.
I thought about mom's grave that was there. I haven't seen her grave in over a year! I should also visit the workers there. They were so loyal to me. But, I will not stay at the estate. I will go for the day and then leave the following day. It will give me closer from the bad memories that haunt me. I will just have to play along with his game for a while.
"Fine, I'll go," I said in a bored tone.
"Really?" he asked, surprised by my sudden change in mind.
"Yeah," I replied.
"Oh that is grand, the car will be here as soon as I call, no need to pack, I have clothes for you at home," he said in a fast voice as he typed on his phone.
In only a couple, silenced filled moments, a black car showed up at the curb. A man stepped out and opened the door for me, I silently stepped into the car. My dad got in the passenger side and the man got into the driver's seat. He started the car and started to drive. I pulled out my phone to message Natsu. My dad caught sight of it and gave me a disapproving look.

"Hand it over Lucy, there will be no need for it anymore," he said and held out his hand. God dammit. I handed him my phone and huffed. He threw it out the window, causing me to gasp. God, I hope I didn't get myself into a huge mess.
~Natsu's POV~
I was walking up Lucy's street carrying my cat Happy. He was a Russian blue cat and I wanted to show him to Lucy. When I was closer to her house, I saw her get into a black car with a man who looked three times our age. I walked faster as the car left. It wasn't driving at a fast speed so I ran to follow it. Then, at a stop I saw something fall out of the car. After it turned, I went and grabbed it. It was Lucy's phone. It was cracked but still worked.
When I turned it on, I saw it was on the messaging app. It had a draft that was supposed to be sent to me. It read, "Natsu, I have a lot to explain to you about my past...Right now I am traveling to the Heartfilla Estate with my "father". I plan to return soon, but I could get into a," and it was cut off there. That must've been when it was dropped out of the car.
I was very confused. I had no clue what was going on. But I did know one thing, I had to go after her. I have a bad feeling. The way she described it made it seem like she doesn't want to see her dad. I thought he was letting her be here...
"Well, looks like we are going on an adventure Happy," I told Happy and put him in my backpack so only his head was sticking out. Then, I rushed to the bus station.
When I got to the station, I looked up The Heartfillia Estate. I knew there was a slight chance of finding it, but I tried. I found a result that sounded like the place. It was a huge chunk of land only a couple hours from here that belonged to a wealthy Mr. Heartfillia. I took my chances and bought a ticket to the closest town to it.
One fatal flaw I have is that I have terrible motion sickness. As the bus moved I layed on a couple of the seats looking like I was dying. Happy pawed at my nose and I got many strange looks from people near me. My face was puffed up and I clung to my stomach. I needed this hell ride to be over.
When I finally got of that horrid bus, I ended up in a decent sized town. It wasn't very busy, due to it being evening. The estate was a 45 minute walk away from here. I decided to walk the rest of the way. Except, I started to run to speed the process up.

I panted as I made my way away from the town. It soon became a valley on hills as I got out of the town. Happy sat in my backpack, probably annoyed by all the jostling I was doing. But, I kept at it.
~Lucy's POV~
When I walked up to the mansion that stood in front of me, I saw many familiar faces. I ran up to them and was swallowed into a big group hug. I heard some sniffling as they hugged me. I found myself tearing up also. I was so happy to see them again.
"Oh Miss Heartfillia, we missed you so much!" one of the house cleaners cried out as she hugged me. They were more than servants to me, they did a big part in raising me and I felt like they were family.
"I hope you are ready to start going to your school again!"
"Oh we need to get you into a dress before your father get's angry!"
"Come with me Miss Lucy!"
"Why did you leave us like that?!"
Everyone was talking at once. I was trying to talk to them all also. They were a lively bunch. Then, they grabbed me and led me into the mansion. We walked up the all to familiar staircase and went to my room. When I entered, it was like I had never left. Everything was in the same state as it was when I ran away a year ago.
"Let's get you into that dress!" one of the lady servants who is known as Patty said as everyone else left.
Patty helped me get into one of my old dresses. I always hated these dresses. I couldn't breathe in them and they were big and itchy. This one was pink and white. It was a great big gown that looked like it was from a different era. But sadly, this is what I had to wear. Patty pulled my hair up into a nice, fancy bun and pinned it back. I looked at myself, I looked the same as when I used to be here.
I left the room and walked to a destination I was set on seeing. I walked down the grand staircase and out to the back of the mansion. I opened the big doors and entered the garden outside. I walked a little further into the garden where I finally saw it. It was my mother's grave. I sat one the ground next to it. I looked at the tombstone and felt my eyes well up with tears. I missed my mom so much. I needed her.
I started to talk about my journey this year. How I was lost and confused for a while before I finally figured out a way to live, my new school and house and job, meeting the girls and Loki, despising Natsu, the bet, falling for him. Everything. At some points, I couldn't speak, for I was crying to much, but I got everything out.
"I miss you Mom," I whispered as I got up. Then, I went inside.
It was almost dark, a slight sunset still covering the valley. I wanted to be out of this house today, but I might have to wait for tomorrow. So, I decided to go talk to my father. When I entered his study, I saw him sitting at his desk, a great window behind him.
"Oh, hello Lucy," he greeted, looking up from his papers.
"Dad, I'm not staying here," I said witha strong tone. He looked at me with a surprised face.
"What do you mean?" he asked.
"I mean, I came here only to see Mom and the people here, I needed to have a better closer from here than just running away," I started to raise my voice Lucy.
"You just can't do whatever you want Lucy!" my father yelled.
"Father! You don't need me here! This is not me, I am not a princess and don't want to be a rich privliged daughter! I want to live my own life and I want to be at my little house, in my little town, with my friends!"I yelled. "I'm not staying here, whether you like it or not, you don't deserve to be my father."
He was about to say something when I hear a familiar voice echo throughout the halls. I looked over to the doors, just in time to see a worn out Natsu burst in. He looked like he had run a marathon. I ran over to him and hugged him tightly.
"Natsu!" I exclaimed.
"Hey Luce, I came here to get you," he said, stroking my hair.
This was a longer chapter. But that is a good thing! I know I didn't follow exactly what happened in the anime, but I wasn't trying to! I hope you guys liked it! Make sure to like, comment, and follow me! Your feedback helps! Love ya!-AdyLuv
