"BECAUSE FATHER ALWAYS LOVED HIM!" Jackson cried.
×
"Tsk that only happened because i always carried his assignments better than a scaredy cat." Jungkook taunted him.
"Look at you again, you couldn't even kill her dad. I had to kill him because of you and you know i even loved doing it. Consider yourself lucky, despite being my step brother I spared your life several times and forgave you for all the mess you created." Jungkook spat at Jackson.
Everyone's jaw hung low including yours too. You needed assurance if you heard it right that Jackson is Jungkook's 'stepbrother'.
"Jackson is your step brother?" Taehyung questioned.
"Yes I'm. But I'm nothing like him!" Jackson yelled.
"You can never even become like me. I'm someone who holds great power unlike you who hides in the dark." Jungkook taunted Jackson again.
"Atleast Jackson is a good person unlike you Jungkook. Y-you killed m-my dad...the person who was there for me when dad was gone is the same person who killed him." You started breaking down.
A feeling of betrayal rushed all over your mind and soul. It was too much to consume for you. Jungkook at first invaded your privacy, was the killer of your dad, someone who pretended to be good to you but was evil.
"Of course i had to kill him. He always poked his nose in our business. My father has suffered so many huge financial loses and our men are still in jail because of your dad. I mean he got what he deserved." Jungkook smiled.
"I was so naive to not do a deep background research on you before making you one of us." Taehyung spoke disappointed.
"Well that's sad." Jungkook pouted.
"I don't care if i treated you like a younger brother. You are gonna pay for what you did to y/n." Jimin growled.

"Ugh only if you are alive to do that. Okay children chop chop now that you got answers please die. Oh and my lovely y/n, i changed my mind you are coming with me." Jungkook smirked making his steps towards you.
"Jungkook you better stop! Don't touch her!" Taehyung shouted when Jungkook pulled you up by your arm.
"Jackson now do me a favor. If you wanna live, kill these bastards." Jungkook pointed towards both the men who were tied down helpless.
"I'm not gonna do it." Jackson said.
"Why you still don't have the guts to shoot a bullet? You shooted my shoulder without any hesitation few minutes back what happened? Back to being pussy?" Jungkook stopped in his tracks.
"Let her go." Jackson said.
"Are you ordering me right now? You filthy useless human. You better make father proud now and kill them!" Jungkook yelled.
"WHY DO PEOPLE ALWAYS LOOK DOWN ON ME?! DO I HAVE TO KILL SOMEONE INNOCENT TO BE A PROUD SON OR A BROTHER?" Jackson cried.
"Jackson Jackson i don't understand why are you always so sentimental. Men aren't supposed to be cowards! Fight back asshole." Jungkook was now losing his cool.
He couldn't tolerate Jackson's behaviour which he found kiddish. All Jungkook wanted was get out of here and then have a good time with the girl he loves and Jackson was ruining it.
"You have always hated me too. I never did you anything wrong. I tried my best to be a good brother to you but you always showed me your back." Jackson replied.
"But now you know what?" Jackson looked coldly into Jungkook's eyes.
"I'M GONNA SHOW YOU WHAT THIS COWARD PUSSY CAN DO!" Jackson shouted and pulled the trigger of the gun he was holding with shaky sweaty hands.

A bam sound was echoed in the bedroom. The bullet pierced through Jungkook's chest, resulting him to lose his balance a little.
You crouched down, completely terrified with the unexpected occurance. Taehyung and Jimin shouted together.
Although they hated Jungkook endlessly. They weren't ready for it, when this happened.
Jackson didn't listen to anyone. He didn't stop, he pulled the trigger again and shot multiple bullets into Jungkook's body.
Jungkook sat down on the floor helplessly. Blood started oozing out of every gunshot wound. He started coughing blood.
Even though your hands were tied you went towards Jungkook and kneeled down.
"Jackson help me out with the ropes!" You yelled for help.
But Jackson didn't move an inch. He just stood there with a straight face. Jackson was badly triggered by Jungkook which ended up being the reason of why Jungkook is lying down helpless.
When you repeated yourself again Jackson heard you and walked slowly towards you. He crouched down and untied the ropes.
"It was difficult for me to cope up with my dad's accident. With all of my strength i tried to get out of it, my life became even more worse when i got to know a stalker invaded my privacy. In this entire shithole, there was still hope in my life cause i had a rope to pull me up and come out of this entire mess." You said with a heavy voice to Jungkook.
"That rope was you, my bestfriend. I started climbing up and as soon as i was about to come out, reality made me realise that the rope was damaged from the start and i was living my life just on a leap of faith." You continued.
You felt Jungkook tucking onto your shirt indicating you to come closer. You bent down to his level.
"Y/n e-even though i was the one w-who killed your father it doesn't change t-the fact that my love for you w-was always real." Jungkook managed to speak.
You didn't knew what you were supposed to feel at this moment. Mixed emotions is all you felt. You thought it would be better to just stay quite.
Taehyung walked towards you and rested his hand on your shoulder.
"Let him be y/n. He deserves it." Taehyung spoke in a low voice.
Jungkook's eyes wandered towards Jackson. He really underestimated Jackson, now look at him.
"I h-hope i didn't go too h-harsh on you b-brother." Jungkook smirked looking towards Jackson.
You saw Jungkook's eyes were fixed to Jackson's figure. It was that moment when you realised he wasn't breathing.
"Taehyung i-is he d-dead?" You gulped.
Taehyung leaned in towards him and checked his pulses.
"He's no more."

Return of the Woodcutter
Aito Walker was a self-proclaimed martial artist, a criminal, a broken man, and a fishing slave who later became a woodcutter before dying due to his heavy consumption of alcohol. With thousands of other humans, he is forcefully revived into a boundless grey space by the gods of a foreign world, Iris, to take part in a never-ending war waged against Fearmongers. A race capable of corrupting living beings and inducing fear, even the bravest of warriors cannot resist—when the Fearmongers do not kill them, that is.To bait humans into this conflict, the gods offer the mortals powers in exchange of eternal servitude and the completion of trials before finally entering Iris.Even though Aito doesn’t agree with it, he sees in Iris a chance to atone for his past misdeeds, in this fantasy world of swords and magic filled with many races, where everything seems possible. He will pave his own path despite the gods he despises trying to manipulate him into doing their bidding.Aito will start with almost nothing but his wit, a peculiar system, and increased strength—much like other revived humans.Bearing a sin—he could not, cannot, and will not forget—haunting him to this day, Aito will strive to regain what little honor he has left.He will suffer and, at times, fail. Taking advantage of his weaknesses, the Fearmongers, demigods, gods, and many others will hinder his path. But a powerful yearning will keep him from falling apart. An ever-burning flame melting away the despair and welding back the broken pieces of courage.A single desire.«I will find redemption no matter the cost.»………Or not, hun, who knows? The book isn’t done yet. Haha—SLAP!«Who put this guy in the synopsis narration?! Get him out of here and launch the warnings! Now!»***WARNINGS:— The MC is human. If you’re looking for a perfect MC, you’ll only be wasting your time here. However, if you’re looking for an MC who will LEARN, GROW because of his flaws. An MC who will try his hardest to overcome adversity, then you’re in the right place.— No harems. However, it doesn’t mean the characters can’t fool around without having love interests. A relationship isn’t necessary for people to satisfy their physical desires.— You will find a few typos, grammatical and wording issues, that’s certain. I’ll do my best to bring you guys quality content and such issues will either be nonexistent or extremely few. However, one man can only do so much. If I get enough support, I’ll hire an EDITOR that will look at the chaps with a fresh eye. And POOF! Issues no more. Improved quality. Happier author and reader. Not sure if the editor will be happy tho.— The first three chapters are fast-paced as to quickly get into the nitty-gritty but slow down afterward to give the story the time it needs to progress accordingly.— The book can, never mind, it will contain «strong» language, gore and violence.— Comedy, as you know it (and if you don’t, now you know) is subjective. So you might not like the jokes.— If you truly read that until the end you have my virtual congratulations ‘cause I sure as hell wouldn’t have done that.

Algier, average human and recent convict, has committed the gravest sin of all: demon slaying. His fate? To participate in the Culling, a battle-royale style tournament that’s televised live to the world, where all the worst criminals go to die. As with all tournaments, a prize is on the line. If Algier survives, he can have any wish granted by the Marquises, the new rulers of Earth following the demons’ invasion. However, there’s little hope for survival in a tournament designed to have demons do the work of the executioner, especially for a human. Demons are stronger, faster, wiser, and more talented than the average human, and, despite his crime, Algier is no demon hunter. Mentally defeated before the tournament even begins, Algier is torn between becoming another demon’s points and fighting on in his dead mother’s legacy. But should he choose to fight, there is one advantage that Algier has that can tip the odds in his favour: Demons don’t lie, but humans can. How to read this story Demons Don't Lie is written from the perspective of an unreliable (lying) narrator. There are many inconsistencies within the story which are placed there intentionally. It's up to the reader to decide what is the truth and what is the lie. Promotion Full quality cover image
