《As You Wish : Loki Fanfic》The Mirror Dimention

I smirked when I realized I could break the mirror dimension. I didn't know if it would get me out of it, but I was willing to try anything.

"Well, that's interesting." I said and slowly turned to look at the Ancient One, my eyes and hair returning to their natural color. "Should we test a theory?" I asked and tilted my head.

The Ancient One pried her eyes from the crack to look at me. She then sprung into action. She dropped the walls of the room, so we were outside, and warped the buildings around us. It took me a second to realize that she was trying to restrain me.

A metal rack warped as it reached for my ankles and wrists. One of the inky-black tendrils of my power cut the metal pole in half, but that didn't stop it. The remaining pole only stretched, like it was growing more metal out of thin air.

The metal wrapped around my leg and started to pull me down until I cut it again with a tendril. The Ancient One sent more and more materials to restrain me, all it did was piss me off further.

I was about to put an end to her tricks until she surprised me. The Ancient One sent duplicates of herself around me and whipped her magic to restrain me. Some of her duplicates held my arms tightly with the rope of magic, while others held my legs.

I grunted in frustration as I tried to pull away, but her magic was holding strong. The problem with duplicates was that I had to hit the real Ancient One to actually do any damage. Every duplicate I sent tendrils through just reappeared again. Good thing I had more than one power.

The magic wrapped around me was also, somehow, keeping me from teleporting, so I reached out with my consciousness and pushed. The concrete wall blocking the Ancient Ones mind didn't feel like concrete anymore. It was still too hard to push through, but it felt softer. It might have been because she was focusing so hard on restraining me.

"Ah-" the Ancient One gasped and fell to her knees, clutching her head. All of her duplicates vanished when she collapsed. The magic whips around my arms and legs dissipated and I wasted no time sending all of my energy to the edge of the mirror dimension.

A giant crack fractured through the dimension, but it still held. I would be able to break out in one more hit... probably.

"Stop, You don't know the damages you'd cause!" The Ancient One told me. I turned to tell her that she should have thought of that before attacking me, but she sent a portal at me before I could. The ring of orange magic moved over me, transporting me to another place, out of the mirror dimension I noticed.

I looked to be in the desert, the middle of nowhere. The ground was flat as far as the eye could see. It was dry and cracked with very little signs of life.

Just before the portal closed, and I could teleport away, the Ancient one whipped her magic around the Eye of Agamotto in my hand and pulled it back through the portal as it snapped shut.

"God. Fucking. Damnit!" I yelled in frustration. My power flared when my hands balled into fists. The earth under and around me concaved as my power slammed into it. The once flat ground now looked like a meteor had slammed into it.

I took deep breaths as I tried to think of what to do next. I was positive that I wouldn't be able to get my hands on the Time Stone again without something to trade.

...Or someone. I just needed someone important enough to that they would trade the Time Stone for them.

I immediately knew who they would trade for. A smirk pulled at my lips as I teleported back to the Avengers tower. I was in the living room on my floor and limped into the kitchen to make two drinks.

While I was making the drinks, I thought about who I needed to have show up. Halfway through pouring the tequila, Dr. Stephen Strange showed up in a flash of dark purple power. His eyes went wide as he looked over my apartment before they landed on me.

"This isn't the way I wanted us to meet." I told him and set the bottle of tequila down to take my first shot. It burned down my throat as I swallowed and I welcomed the warmth. "But," I continued. "The Ancient One isn't being very nice to me at the moment and I need something she has."

"So take it up with her." Strange said carefully. "You're that Avenger, right?" He asked. "You look different."

"That Avenger," I laughed sarcastically. "I guess." I told him with a shrug. He was standing on the other side of the kitchen island, so I slid his drink over to his side of the counter while i refilled mine.

"What does all this have to do with me?" He asked and slowly approached the counter, but didn't pick up the glass. "I don't even know enough to be able to heal my hands." Strange told me and looked at his hands while they rested on the counter.

Dr. Strange was a brilliant neurosurgeon when he got into a car accident that injured his hands. Through surgery and rehab, he got the function of his hands back, but he had a tremor and would no longer be able to preform surgery. After going through all of his options, Strange found out about the Kamra Taj. He flew across the world to be trained by the Ancient One and hopefully get his hands back to normal.

Strange was just coming into his power now. I tilted another shot back and cleared my throat before responding.

"A lot, actually." I said. "With you being the future of the Kamra Taj and all." I rolled my eyes. "You're the one thing the Ancient One would trade just about anything for."

Strange carefully absorbed the information before looking around my apartment again.

"So, where am I? How did I get here?" He asked.

"Oh, come on, Doctor. You're a smart guy. I'm sure you can figure it out." I taunted and glanced to the window. Strange took quick steps to the window to look.

"I'm back in New York." He answered. "And you have a teleportation power."

"There, see? Smart." I said as I teleported next to him, keeping my weight on my good leg. He looked at me before looking to my hands and arms.

"What happened there?" He asked. I lifted a hand up to examine it. My hand was ink black, as well as my wrist. The black my skin was dyed faded out about halfway up my forearm.

"Hm?" I mockingly hummed. "Don't know." I said in a way that suggested that I didn't care.

"So, what, you're holding me hostage until you get what you want?" Strange asked.

"Precisely." I nodded.
