《As You Wish : Loki Fanfic》Saturday

Dr. Helen Cho showed up at the tower the next morning after we got back. I was worried that she only came to New York because of the injury I avoided Clint from getting, but luckily that wasn't the case. She had business here and asked to use Bruce's lab since it had state of the art equipment for her to use. She was only supposed to stay for one day, but Tony dangled Thor in her face to get her to stay for the party he was having Saturday night... in four days.

I had a few days to replenish my energy. I slept a lot. Thankfully, because of being on new seizure medication, and how hard I had been training, nobody got suspicious. That didn't mean that I wasn't paranoid that someone would figure it out, though.

I had about a two hour period in the afternoons that I had horrible 'morning' sickness. It was like once I actually knew I was pregnant, my body kicked into overdrive. That was a lot harder to hide, especially from Loki.

I was still craving yogurt with fruit and had no problem stomaching it, so my diet consisted of mainly that. I still wasn't showing, even though it had only been a few days since I last checked, and figured that it was normal since my body was so toned.

I was able to make an obgyn appointment for two weeks out. I just had to make it through Ultron... and then make it through telling Loki I was pregnant... and Tony.

Oh, god, Tony... how would he react? He'd gotten used to the fact that Loki and I were together, but pregnant? Oh, and Clint! Our relationship just got better, would this make it worse again?

It was far too much to think about and I didn't have the mental capacity to do that and get ready for a party at the same time. I had already hid Eldr and Íss behind the main bar at the party. All that was left was for me to get dressed.

Tony told me I actually had to wear a dress to this event since I was one of the hosts. I would had argued, but I was keeping away from Tony and Bruce this last week. I didn't want them asking me anything about Ultron. It was bad enough that I knew that they were working on it in Tony's lab.

I chose a dark, navy blue maxi dress that had two slits to the hip to show off some leg, but I chose it because it would be easier to fight in. The top of the dress was a sweetheart neckline held up by spaghetti-straps. I curled my hair and pinned it up, to show off my neck.

I looked into the mirror one last time and caught the light glinting off of Loki's ring. It was still on my middle finger. I hadn't given him an answer yet. I planned to give him an answer if I survived everything with Thanos. I didn't want to say yes and then die on him. I couldn't do that to him. But now...

I placed my right hand on my lower stomach and looked at my reflection. Would I still sacrifice myself for Tony if it came down to it? I didn't have an answer and that scared me. Not knowing scared me.

I turned to the door when there was a knock. I chuckled to myself knowing who it was. Loki wanted to get ready separately and pick me up like a 'proper gentleman'. He said it would ruin the surprise of me in my dress, if he watched the get ready process. I rolled my eyes at him, but it was cute.

I walked over to the door and stopped.

"What's the password?" I called out. I made him watch Tangled with me a few weeks ago.

"Kitten..." Loki warned.

"Nope!" I said. I heard him sigh.

"Open this door." He played along.

"Not even close!" I laughed.

"You have three seconds..." Loki continued. "One..." My smile got bigger. "Two..." Loki's voice was muffled slightly from behind the door. "Three." Suddenly, his voice was clear and behind me.

I squealed playfully as he spun me and pinned me to the closed door. His mouth was on mine a millisecond later. We were both smiling. After he kissed me, Loki pulled back and looked me over.

"You look incredible." He told me and looked into my eyes. I was a sucker for eye contact.

"So do you." I said. He was wearing an emerald green button down with black dress pants. "Oh, hold on." I told him and unbuttoned a few buttons. "There, perfect." I smirked. Loki scoffed and shook his head at my teasing.

"Come on." He said and brought my left hand to his lips, kissing the back of it. "The party is starting."

When we got to the party deck, there were already lots of people, the three story space filling up quickly.

"Little sister!" Thor called out to me and stood from his seat. "Come! Meet my new friends." He said happily and waved me over. Loki sighed in annoyance and I laughed before kissing him on the cheek.

"Could you get me a water?" I asked. He looked down at me with furrowed brows.

"Water?" He questioned. "We're at a party and you want water?"

"There's, uh-" I stuttered for a moment. "Something I want to be sober for." I told him, which was true, so he didn't question it.

"Of course." He said and lifted my chin up so he could kiss me fully.

"Loki, let Sammee go, stop being selfish with her time." Thor teased. Loki groaned as I pulled away. I laughed when he tried to pull me back to him.

"Go." I laughed and pushed his chest. He finally gave in and turned to the bar. I shook my head as he walked away before I went over to Thor and his group.

"Sammee, finally! Come!" Thor said and gave me his seat while he took one on the couch. "This is Donald, Ed, John, and Mike." Thor introduced me. They were all much older gentleman, most likely veterans telling by their hats. "I was just telling them about about our first battle together."

"Oh, really?" I chuckled. "I doubt you told it accurately." I teased.

"Of course I have!" Thor protested. "We fought amazingly together! Well... until you had that whole coma thing happen." Thor commented. "But Loki fixed it," I raised my brows at Thor and shook my head to tell him to shut up. The public knew about Loki and that he was under a form of mind control, but a lot of people still didn't like him. "So he's the real hero of that story." Thor finished, not getting my warning.

"Thor, do shut up." Loki voiced my thoughts as he came up behind me. He placed his hand possessively on my shoulder and handed me my drink. "We all know I was anything but a hero in that battle." He commented. One of the older men, Mike, I think, grunted his agreement.

"Technicality," Thor waved off.

"Some technicality." Mike sarcastically said as he sipped his drink. The others laughed, Thor and I didn't. Loki ignored him, thankfully.

"Aye, Sammee!" A voice yelled out and saved me from having to stay in this conversation. I looked to where the voice came from to see Sam pointing over at the pool table. "Twenty bucks says I can kick your ass." He taunted.

"Oh, you're on, Wilson!" I called back. "Excuse me, gentlemen." I said with a fake smile before teleporting to the pool tables. "Who won?" I asked since I knew Sam had just finished playing Steve.

"Me, obviously, or I wouldn't have twenty dollars to bet." Sam told me.

"Well, you're about to kiss that twenty goodbye cause I'm takin' it to buy me a beautiful apple pie from a bakery I've had my eye on for days." I said and walked over to Steve to get his pool cue from him.

"Do your worst, Sammee." Steve told me as he handed it over. I winked at him before turning back to Sam.

"Who's breaking?"
