Another hour passed and I was still see through, which pissed me off. I currently had a list of things to do when I got back to my body.

1. Thank Steve

2. Become best friends with Sam

3. Kick Nat's ass for the last name

4. Punch blonde nurse in the face if she touches Loki one more time

...Especially the last one. Being away from him definitely made me feel a bit possessive. I didn't like the fact that I couldn't touch him right now. He was holding my unconscious bodies hand as he waited for me to wake up, but I couldn't feel it. I wanted to check on the others, but I couldn't leave my body. I was so close to being able to transfer back. I needed to make sure I was touching my body for the switch to happen.

Bucky was watching silently from the doorway. He was watching where Loki's hand held mine, a blank expression on his face.

"If you have something to say, Barnes, I suggest you say it." Loki said without looking at him. Bucky slowly stood up from leaning against the doorframe and walked into the room more.

"She was with me for almost six months, she never said a word about you." Bucky told him. "She talked about the others. She talked a lot about the others, but not a word about you."

Loki didn't even react to Bucky's words, he just kept looking at me.

"I'm sure she has her reasons." Loki said as he watched my steady breathing. I did have my reasons. If, for some reason, my plan didn't work and Bucky relayed everything I told him, I didn't want HYDRA to know about Loki. But, of course, Bucky was going to be an asshole instead of using his goddamn head.

"Or you don't mean as much to her as you think you do." Bucky told Loki.

5. Kick Bucky's ass for being a dick

The comment did it's intended purpose and Loki stood from his chair. He spun quickly and summoned a dagger to his hand. Loki lifted the blade to Bucky's neck, but Bucky was ready for it. He blocked the knife with his metal arm and pulled his own knife from his waistband.

Before anything serious could happen, Steve and Sam rushed in, pulling the two apart.

"Are you two serious right now?" Steve asked angrily. "Out, both of you." He commanded. Both Loki and Bucky spoke at the same time.

"No!"

"No!"

"You two really wanna fight it out with her in the room?" Sam asked. He was holding back Loki while Steve held Bucky back.

"Nobody is fighting in the damn hospital!" Steve corrected. "But I don't want her waking up to the two of you arguing either. So, we are all going to step out for a second to straighten this out."

"I'm not leaving her alone." Loki said firmly without breaking the staring contest with Bucky. Steve sighed through clenched teeth and looked at Sam.

"Sam, can you stay with her for a bit?" Steve asked.

"What?" Loki asked. "No, at least get Ms. Romanoff, someone she knows."

"Natasha and Bruce went home a half an hour ago. And she does know him, Loki. Just like she knew you before actually meeting you." Steve reminded him. Loki's jaw clenched and his fist tightened around the blade.

"And, technically, we already met." Sam added. Steve automatically glanced at him disapprovingly.

"Sam, not the time." He warned.

"I can stay with her, don't worry. I'll make sure to get you if she wakes up." Sam assured. Loki finally broke his stare at Bucky to glance at the other two men.

"Fine." Loki muttered before shoving Sam off of him and walking out of the door.

"Buck?" Steve asked and gestured to the door. Bucky glared at Sam for a second before walking out.

"Good luck." Sam told Steve as he followed, Steve muttering an unenthusiastic 'ya'.

For the next ten minutes, Sam stood half in the room to watch me, and half out the door incase Loki and Bucky got out of hand and he was needed. I could occasionally hear some of their conversation when they got too loud.

6. Apologize to the other patients and staff

After another minute, I felt the familiar electric shock of transferring back to my body.

I didn't wake up with a gasp this time. I didn't even open my eyes at first. Everything felt so heavy and there was a cloud of fog on my brain. There was also a slight pain in my abdomen.

I took a few deep breaths with my eyes still closed before forcing them to open. Sam was looking out the door with a worried expression, so he didn't notice I was awake.

"On your left, Wilson." I croaked out. Sam's head snapped to me as he took a few steps toward me.

"That's going to take some getting used to." He sighed with a small smile, not used to me knowing things I shouldn't yet. "So, you're finally awake."

"I am." I smiled back. "I'm Sammee."

"Sam." He greeted back.

"Sorry about your car, by the way." I told him. "I couldn't resist seeing your face when Bucky ripped the damn wheel out through the windshield." I chuckled, but it hurt a bit. Sam nodded and crossed his arms.

"Ya, that was messed up." He dropped his smile and told me. He wasn't mad at my teasing though. At another loud voice from outside the room, I rolled my eyes and started to sit up. "Woah, I don't think that's a good idea." Sam said and rushed to my side, placing a hand on my shoulder.

"I'm fine." I waved off and swung my legs off the bed.

"You just had major surgery, you're not fine." Sam protested, but I ignored him.

"I've been in worse pain." I told him and I meant it. HYDRA would make me train even after passing out, or getting my ass beat. This was nothing compared to that.

I put my bare feet on the cold tile floor and stood up completely. I tied the strings of the hospital gown I was wearing and rolled my shoulders out before ripping the IV from my arm. I hissed at the pain. Movies made it seem like it hurt way less than it did.

"What the hell are you doing?" Sam asked, trying to stop me.

"I'm going to go kick some sense into dumb and dumber. Want to watch?" I asked and turned to look at Sam.

"As much as I would love that, you need to stay in bed." Sam told me. I sighed and rubbed my eyes before glancing at Sam again.

"You can either stay here and wait, or come with me and have a good laugh. Your choice." I shrugged and teleported out of the room.
