Namjoon and Jin entered Jimin's cabin not knowing that a huge chaos was erupting inside.
As soon as they opened the door, they were met with you looking pale & overwhelmed with emotions, and Jimin looking dejected with tears in his eyes behind you.
They didn't need to know what happened, they could guess it by the looks on both your faces.
"Did you.... tell her..?" Namjoon broke the uncomfortable silence.
You were blocked by your two other bosses in front of the door so you couldn't espace from anyone's gazes and just kept quiet.
On the other hand, Jimin was standing behind you- his eyes not leaving your figure once.
"Y-yes.. I told her about what happened in Seoul and.. about my.....my feelings.." he revealed to his friends.
By his answer, both his friends' eyes were wide open and exchanged glances with each other.
~
"Y/n, take your time.. I know it's a lot to take in so don't feel obligated to answer or say anything now" Jin spoke softly.
"There isn't anything for me to say or answer, Mr. Kim. I don't need to take time either to tell what's on my mind. I already told him my answer" you replied with the same soft tone as him.
There was no need to argue or raise your voice at any of them because you knew you could have a civilised conversation with them without them pushing your boundaries but most importantly, because they didn't deserve that including Jimin.
Not once did he try to confront you with your past, if he had wanted- he could have easily done it when he met you for the first time but he didn't.
You knew that he talked to you about the past now because you were the one who brought it up otherwise he wouldn't have spoke about it either.

Everyone present in this room did a lot for you and the least you could do is to listen to their words and answer calmly.
"What was your answer?" Namjoon asked carefully and Jin couldn't help but jab his younger friend's ribcage with the back of his elbow.
"I'm sorry y/n... Namjoon sometimes doesn't know what's appropriate to ask or not and just say things straight from his head without a second thought. You don't have to answer him" Jin waved his hand at you with a warm smile while Namjoon looked apologetic when he realised that his question was invasive.
Jimin was his friend but you weren't, his curiosity got the best of him since you were the main part of their lives for such a long time and he was eager to know your reply.
By their responses, you didn't know what to say but you knew they would find out anyway so you said it from your mouth. "The last thing I told Mr. Kim was that he didn't only protect me as his friend but he also didn't protect the girl he claimed to have loved..." your voice was above a whisper.
You didn't want to add any other others words to your thoughts and this seemed like an appropriate reply to give since you were sure that your boss would relay the same words to them.
Hearing your words once again, Jimin couldn't help but shed the tears that were accumulated in his eyes.
He didn't want his tears to escape but your words shattered his heart into a million pieces but he thought he deserved it.
It was nothing incomparable to the pain you suffered when he said those ugly words to you.
"Everyone says things that they don't mean in the heat of the moment and later on regret them, nobody is perfect.." Jin started off warily.

He knew it wasn't his place to talk but he couldn't sit back and just watch everything crumble.
"You are right sir...! nobody is perfect and so am I. But I didn't expect my best friend to degrade me with his words either, and point out my character."
"Even if that day, I was the one who brought c*ndoms inside my bag- my friend didn't have any right to judge me because it was my personal life and business. But the worst part is he did judge me even knowing me so well." the more you thought about it, the more you realised that Jimin wasn't any different than your mother.
Both of them used their heads instead of their hearts once but the sad part was it was already too late.
"Never judged you, my stupid mouth wanted to hurt you because I was hurt and I'm not proud of that you heard."
Jimin's broken voice came from behind with his eyes red and swollen.
