"The target was never y/n, it has always been your guys friendship or more specifically you, it seemed like." once again, the silence penetrated inside the cabin but this time, it was because of this new revelation.

"Why? What would they gain by separating me and y/n?" Jimin asked perplexed.

"Chim... are you really this dense? This is pretty much the reason why you are in this position in the first place!" Jin said exasperatedly.

"You know the answer very well, chim." Namjoon could only point out the obvious answer which made everything click inside his friend's mind.

"Chim, pass me the papers of your

classmates' names." with Namjoon's request, Jimin obliged immediately and passed him the document from his desk.

He took out all his classmates' names to find any clues in hopes of finding the culprit.

"So it's a girl..?"

"Which girl entered into your life after y/n's disappearance?"

"Who is potentially someone from both your past" Jin filled in.

"Jennie!" the trio exclaimed with a knowing gaze.

"Remember that the items were carefully placed inside her pencil case and with the whole social media thing, we know we are dealing with someone who is very meticulous and detailed oriented about their steps. Anyway, it's too soon to conclude anything"

"Also, it seems like an obvious answer and we don't want to accuse anyone without solid proofs" Namjoon said while looking intently at the paper in his hands.

"Let's go pay a visit to your girlfriend to find out the missing pieces of the puzzle, shall we?" Jin replied while emphasising on the word the word 'girlfriend' which only made Jimin roll his eyes at the older.

While the three individuals upstairs finally felt like they were seeing the light at the end of the tunnel, one person downstairs felt like her mind was darkening by the minute.

Chul was feeling restless ever since this morning. Or more specifically, ever since she found a new piece of information. She wanted to talk to you about it but she didn't know how to start this conversation.

On the other hand, you were sitting beside her cubicle without a clue about your colleague's anxious state. You already had too much on your plate to look and wonder what other people were up to.

You were already feeling uneasy with your boss' presence and now that you discovered that his girlfriend was Jennie, a former classmate of yours - you didn't know what to think of it. Those were two people who were linked from your sombre past. Was running away still an option now? Were the people from your present going to find out about your humiliating chapter in your life? Chul's hesitant hand on your shoulder made you come back to reality. Once again, with a smile that only seemed to get more and more artificial as the days passed; you waited for Chul to speak but she avoided looking into your eyes.

But the words that came out of her mouth made your hair stand on end.

"Y/n, have you gone through a traumatic experience?"

Hey guys!! What's up!

As it really motivates me do write more and more! If you people aren't interested than kindly leave!

Like I have a few readers who comes up to read but doesn't even vote or comment something.

I'm not say to comment frequently or repeatedly, but I guess for once or twice it won't hurt you anywhere, right? Or will it?

Anyways! I just said what I felt like...now it depends on you whether you do it or not! But I would really appreciate if you do♡
