That afternoon, my mother and I were called to the principal's office to discuss about this matter.

He gave a warning to my mother, she didn't say a word during the entirety of the conversation nor to me on the way home.

When we got home, she sat on the sofa and started wailing like someone dear to her had passed away.

She didn't even shed a tear when my father left us. I was breaking down at the corner not knowing how to comfort her. "E-comma-"

"STOP!! " She suddenly shouted making me flinch "Just stop talking! I don't want to hear your voice.....As a single parent, you know that whatever you do, will have an impact on me! People won't point fingers at me for your achievements or success but they will point fingers at me for every mistake you do, they will question me for every of your wrong doings. They won't even mention that man who left us!"

"That's why I always said to you to be careful before doing anything.. that's why I was hesitant for you to start working.. we can live without money but once we lose our reputation & honour, that's the same as dying...."her tears were continuously falling.

"P-Please eomma, t-trust me, I-I....i-i didn't do anything.." that's the only words that were coming out of my mouth.

Please, at least be the one to trust me.

She didn't say anything and was only crying her eyes out.

Even my own mother didn't say that she trusts me.

We didn't know when we both fell asleep in that uncomfortable position with my mom sitting on the sofa and me, on the floor by the coffee table.

My mom didn't go back to work and the principal didn't allow me to go back to my other classes either.

The sound of my phone popping off woke the both of us. It was evening and we both didn't eat or do anything.

When I took my phone to mute my notifications, my mom took my phone out of my hands from behind.

She opened my phone and her face completely fell off.

I knew I didn't have anything to hide on my phone but I didn't know what she saw that got her so shocked.

Many users on those platforms jumped onto the bandwagon without really understanding what was going on or the meaning behind it, but just for the fun of it.

They started a chain of c*dom pictures which allowed the words to trend viral, it was like a funny joke to them.

Many unknown numbers were sending me the screenshots of those trends and chains.

We both stayed rooted in our place.

Why?

Why?!

Why are all those people doing this?!

Do they all hate me that much?

The next minute, my mom's phone was ringing.

She was still in her frozen state but picked up the call. She stayed mum and after a few minutes. she hung up the call and turned to me expressionless.

"Y-your principal called to tell me that you are expelled from the school....... They don't want a student that will bring a bad name to the school....... They will send your school records through .....m-mail." she affirmed, with a cracking voice and a pale face.

From that day, I knew that, my life will never be the some again.
