《Neko Yandere X Reader》Chapter 29

Once Takuya and I were finally dressed, we left his house and headed off to school, however, as I was walking onwards, I started to get that awful feelings again. That feeling I got when I first started this school. The feeling that someone was watching. Like an evil presence. Although, I knew Takuya's brother was dead, so it wasn't him. So what was it?
I glance over to Takuya to see his eyes starring down at me from under his hood and once he notices my glance, he chuckles , grabbing my hand and holding it tightly like you would usually see couples do. So, does that mean Takuya and I are a couple now? After what happened last night?
I stare down to our holding hands, causing him to grip more as he must of noticed me looking.
"Is something wrong ?" He asked with a Low, stern yet calm voice. So deep it would make my heart melt - which it did.
"Nothing's wrong. I was just wondering. - I wanted to know what-"
"You are mine of course." He interrupts as if he knew what I was going to say. I just smile and blush as the school gates grow in our view.
As we head into the school, walking towards the lockers, we see a group of people, huddling in a circle as they talk loudly. To which sounded like questions?
"Are you okay?!"
"What was it like in there?!"
"Why do your hair white?!"
"Yeah why is it white? And short? It used to be beautifully brown and long!"
"What happened to your arms and legs?! Did they hurt you?!" Were only some of the things I could hear.
Everything else sounded like mumbles and were spoken too fast for me to pick up. As we draw closer, the figure of a girl standing in the huddle comes clearer. All the way until she became perfectly clear and easy to see.

"Asumi?!" I smile to see my friend was back. I see her eye poke between people before she suddenly bursts through and leaps on me, hugging me tightly. Takuya instantly letting go of my hand and staring at Asumi with pure jealousy.
"[Name]! I missed you!"
"I missed you too Asumi! But what happened?"
She sighed after my question, I guess she heard it enough for the group of people surrounding behind her.
"Sorry.." I mumble as I lower my head.
She grabs my wrist and runs as she drags me into an empty classroom, shutting the door. Leaving Takuya and the crowd behind.
"[Name]. My life was awful in there. I had to leave!"
"I thought you were there to seek aid Asumi! They were going to help?"
"Their methods don't work! It's like they're living in the old days! They use torture as a source of treatment."
"What do you mean!"
"They tortured you?! What?!"
"Yes. That's why my hair is white and short..
They used to hit me and cut me, trying to bring me back to sanity. They even tried electrocution methods to shock me back to my senses.
It was so painful. Sometimes, they wouldn't even help me with my wounds, I used to sit there, bleeding and crying in pain but nobody would help me. That was no clinic , it was hell.
I was so scared and full of pain that my hair changed over time and some of it fell out. That's why it is short and white [Name]."
I lower my head in shame as I sigh for my friend. I raise my head and lift my hand to place on her shoulder as comfort, but as soon as I do, she flinches and pulls away from my hand. But she soon realises it was me as her eyes widen.

"I'm sorry [Name]. Whenever I'm touched, it just reminds me of that place.
But it seems I'm not safe anywhere. Everywhere I go there's death."
I stare at her with confusion. She must be talking about her sister still? Does she see her dead spirit?
"What do you mean? Your sister?"
Her eyebrows bend into a confusing look before she shakes her head.
"No, not anymore. But there has been a recent death. Here, read this."
She says as she hands me a newspaper article out of her bag. Tears instantly fill my eyes as I read through.
I couldn't bring myself to finish as I had already started crying. No, no! Not Haru. Not him too! Please no!

The Ruined Monks of Rothfield Monastery
Erin is the youngest member of the dark monks; a supernatural brotherhood whose ultimate mission is to improve the dire circumstances of poor, war-torn villages using powers unique to each member. Or so he was led to believe. Erin, like his brothers, does not age, and that is, unfortunately, the only trait he shares with them. He cannot charm or compel like Woodrow, he cannot cast illusions like Knox, he was not swift like Swithin, not powerful like Blake. He was barely an assistant to his dear brother Wilbur, with his herbology and alchemy. He was told to lie low and make himself scarce. That is what he did. The dark monks temporarily reside in abandoned monasteries scattered around the country, feeding the poor and healing the sick, nurturing the monastic lands until it was fertile enough to raise crops and rear animals. As the years passed, they would leave these reformed, repopulated, self-sustaining monasteries and venture froth to help the next settlement. Yet, after years of toiling and quiet servitude, Erin notices that people and the country itself are declining. The villagers look gaunt, the once-lush soil now barren and cracked. He begins to feel disheartened, thinking that their mission is proving futile. Still, their leader Blake is steadfast and charges onward, and lately has his eyes set on a certain monastery in a thick, thorned forest that seems to diminish, even nullify their powers. A thick forest that Erin somehow has a connection to. A thorned glade where an ethereal voice calls his name with one simple request along with a promise:Heal the land, child. Heal the land and I promise to give you sanctuary so long as you stay. I promise to nurture you as you nurture me. As Erin cultivates the land, the land, in turn, gifts all its caretakers with new, enhanced skillsets on top of their unique powers -- skills of protection, healing, and magic. Magic. Erin had long wished to see the world fill with it again. The people, regardless of common or noble blood, still believe that magic will enter this world again. Magic to bless the king like it did the Saints. Magic to dispel the miasma befouling the world. Magic to bring back the fae folk and their many forms. It is up to Erin to forge the many paths leading to a bright future; to build a prosperous paradise that welcomes all races and bloodlines, by mastering the rewards gained through agriculture, horticulture, and animal husbandry, smithing, crafting, and fishing. Erin may also find a lifelong friendship and romance with his neighbor, Claude, if he decides to pursue him, and may even join him in the military campaign outside the monastery. The darkness still lurks outside, after all, and the mastery of his skills, along with a few good friends, may finally be enough to turn the tide in their favor. Most of all, Erin wants to keep the vow he set for himself: to protect everyone and everything he loves until his dying breath.
