My body instantly trembles and shakes as Takuya pins me to the ground, my hair sprayed out across the floor around my head as my arms are forced into the dirt by the force of his hands on my shoulders. His eyes were a burning yellow colour as they stare at me. It felt like they were digging deep into my soul. My eyes begin to tear up as I grow scared. Takuya wasn't acting normal. He seemed to be growling as a smirked frown forms on his features. His grip tightening on my shoulders causing me to wince at the sensation. My eyes slam shut to the pain and force applied to my body but I shoot them open when his growls got louder, only to see his face was a lot closer than before. I shriek out causing him to flinch, I take my opportunity to shove him off of me and run into the school building. I thought about going to hide in a class but he would surely find me so instead I run out of the school and head home as fast as possible. Luckily my mum wouldn't be home as she works nearly all day until 8pm.

Once my house grows larger as I draw closer, I pick up the speed to get there faster until finally I was at my front door. I rush to open it with my key, dashing inside and slamming the door shut, wasting no time to lock it. My back leans against the door as I slowly slide down it, panting out of breath. I could finally relax until suddenly I heard a knock at the door. I gasp as my heart rate increases, keeping as low as possible so whoever it was would not see me through the door window.

"[Name]! It's me open up!" Called a familiar voice. It was Asumi. I exhale in relief as I stabd to my feet, slowly opening the door, dragging her inside and shutting the door behind her.

"How did you find my house Asumi?"

"I saw you run out of school. You looked terrified so I followed you.."

I nod to her words showing I understood. I would do the same if I saw her cry.

"So, why did you look so scared?" She asks, then, something snaps in my mind as I get an idea. Grabbing Asumi's elbow.

"Come, I need help with researching something." Asumi Smiles as she follows me upstairs as I lead her to my room and start up my laptop.

It's been about an hour and still nothing.

"This is useless [Name]. Whatever it is you're looking for. We're not gonna find it in the internet." Asumi says, preparing to close the google tab.

"Wait! Search this: 'Eyes change colour to yellow' "

"What does that have to do with a making a growling noise? Maybe that's just his flirting kink?"

"No! Just search it Asumi!"

She sighs as she types what I asked her to. She clicks a few links here and there finding nothing, and just as she was about to close the last tab, something catches my eye.

"Wait! Look there!"

Asumi scrolls to where I was pointing at the screen to show a paragraph with an image next to it of two pictures. One was a face with brown eyes and one was a face with yellow eyes.

"Read what it says" I ask her, she nods and begins to read.

" -Eyes. These are what predators hide behind. Any creature or monster will use its eyes to hide its face or form. The eyes are what people are drawn to most in a person, hence why the eyes are a beasts most important feature. Most have claimed to see a persons eyes change colour from brown to yellow/orange. However, witnesses show that not long after seeing the eye change, the victim of the monster was later found dead in their homes or near by. Slaughtered and shredded. All who witness the change never live to tell the tale for very long. All victims are killed no matter the relation to the monster. Although, there is one possibility. If the monster does a process known as Imprinting. The victim will be safe from death as long as the monster shall live, but once it dies, the victims life with end.- " Asumi said as her eyes trail down the page, reading the paragraph until it finally comes to an end.

"So what does that mean, what kind of monster is it and, and am I gonna die?!" I begin to breath heavily as I start to panic. Was Takuya a monster and was he gonna kill me? Oh my god.. oh my god oh my god oh my god!

"[Name], its going to be okay. Who was it that changed their eyes?" I can't tell her. I refuse to let her think, or know, that Takuya is a monster. Not until I believe that it is actually true.

"Hey [Name], you're looking kinda pale.. let me get you some water." And with that, Asumi leaves my room and heads down the stairs towards the kitchen. My body start to relax untill I hear Asumi's loud voice shouting up to me.

"[Name], I thought you closed the door when you let me in!"

"I did!"

"Then.. Then why is it open?!"

"Maybe I just forgot to lock it!"

"No I don't mean as unlocked, I mean as actually open!"

I sigh, climbing off if my bed as I make my way downstairs, freezing as Asumi comes into view. In front of her was my front door that hung wide open, nearly falling off of its hinges.

"How did we not hear this!" I cry as I back away from the door. Asumi turns and walks towards the kitchen, noticing that my fridge was open, with a piece of paper hanging inside on a piece of string, Asumi rips it off and hands it to me.

I start to read the note in my head as she watches me intensely.

Do not try to hide from me [Name]. I know where you are and I will always find you. There's something about you that is pulling me towards you, I can't keep away.

I shall see you tomorrow and the next day and the next day and the next for all eternity until I finally make you mine.

My heart sinks into my stomach as I feel vomit raise into my throat as I feel sick with fear. However my body suddenly freezes and tenses when we're hear a noise behind us.
