It was a short lived infatuation.

Yet it still hurt when it ended so abruptly.

It may have been short lived,

but I still smiled when your name light up my phone.

My arms still craved to hold you.

You filled up my mind in that small amount of time.

So when it was gone, it stung.

Luckily that was short too.

Because I didn't know you enough to hurt anymore than that.

I still look back and think of all the things that could have made you do that.

But I can not come up with any real conclusion.
