Claire's POV:

Soft lips touched my cheek and I opened my eyes. I met Robert's deep blue eyes and he smiled. "Morning, sweetheart and happy first anniversary" he said and put a tray on my lap where was plate full of my favorite cereals, a sandwich, an apple and cup of black coffee. I kissed his cheek and thanked.

She sat next to me on the bed and moved my hair off my face. "I'm the luckiest man in the world when I found you" he mumbled and made me blush.

So exactly one year ago I found Robert and started dating again after my breakup with Justin and made it was the time already, I had hold back almost two years before I could let someone in my life again.

Robert had once brought one young to my office and told me to talk with him. That young boy had just tried to kill himself and he didn't have seemly parents or anyone who he could tell about his problems. We talked there a while with that boy before Robert came back to pick him up and on that moment we changed our first words. "Hey! Is he okay?" he had asked me and I had nodded. "Yes, he's just a bit shocked of that what has happened. He needs some rest and after that we should call to welfare officers so they could continue on that" I told and he nodded and took the boy with him when they walked out of my office.

Later on that same week he came back with some papers which concerned that boy. "They want know what he actually told you earlier that things processing can continue and he would get a good new home" he told and I took papers on his hands.

Between those paper work around that boy, our conversations had started to move direction where we didn't anymore talk about just work. It had been nice that after long time I had someone who with I could talk and laugh. Of course, I had Alexandra but now I meant someone who was the opposite sex than me.

And then one Friday afternoon he asked if I would like to go drink cup of coffee with him and there that all started. And now I was able to enjoy him every day. I felt myself happy and pleased in my life after a long time again.

He had permitted me to start a new chapter of my whole life-long lasting book and this chapter was maybe one of my favorites so far.
