《My Brother's Best Friend》Chapter 9

My breath caught in my throat as I gave myself sweet release from the torment of my body that Taylor unfortunately caused for me. As the water continually ran down my face I pushed my freshly washed hair to slick backwards.

"Jessie hurry up we gotta make an alcohol run!" Jeremy banged on the bathroom door rushing my shower.

"Almost done." I called out to him as I turned off the running water. Stepping from the shower, and into the steam floating in the room. I quickly dressed myself and walked out of the bathroom brushing my hair.

"Come on Jess we're heading to the truck." Bailey yelled out to me. Running towards the front door I threw the brush down on the table running out the door to jump in the truck.

As I slid into the back seat I noticed how close Taylor and I were sitting.

"Gonna be a squished ride, had to put a crate to fit all the drinks." Jeremy looked back at us and smiled. This was Jeremy's thing, partying and drinking, and he was going all out tonight.

"Good thing you've been saving money up for this." I snorted out to him.

Once we arrived at the store Taylor and I sat in the truck on what felt like a entirety for Jeremy and Bailey to pick alcohol. Once they came out Jeremy was pulling a beer keg with a box full of bottles in his hands. Bailey even carried a box herself. Taylor and I looked at each other already knowing.

"This is gonna be a long night." She stated smiling.

Yea. Tell me about it.

I loved to get a little drunk every once in a while, but I also knew what I became with alcohol in my system. My thoughts weren't clear, I blurted anything out, and worst of all I was a flirt. I nervously moved my hands down to my knees and squeezed softly. Jeremy opened the back seat door and began piling everything in.

"Jess, you know if that hooters girl is coming?" Jeremy looked at me with a cheeky grin. Taylor turned and shot him a glare that Jeremy didn't catch. As hot as Amy was, why didn't she want her to come?

Pulling out my phone I clicked on the contact Amy created for herself yesterday.

Hey. Getting ready for the party. Wanted to know if you was coming.:)

Sending the text I locked my phone to only look up at Taylor who was glaring at my phone.

"What's wro-"

"Alright. Let's get ready to PARTY!" Jeremy screamed out in the truck cutting off my question to Taylor. Rolling my eyes annoyed with how rude he was already getting I leaned back in my seat waiting to get home.

-------------------------

I stood in the kitchen of the wild party that already began. Jeremy and Bailey stood in the middle taking body shots, which he defiantly enjoyed.

"OH YEA!!" Jeremy drunkenly screamed out. Bailey quieted him down by sharing a whiskey filled kiss. Suddenly I felt a buzz in my back pocket.

On my way now:*

Walking to the room I found Taylor with a beer in her hand. She looked absolutely stunning. She was dressed casually but the blue shirt brought out her eyes. God knows how much I love her eyes. Her chocolate brown hair fell past her shoulders, her full soft pink lips were pulled into a smile.

"Funny seeing you here, you come often?" Her goofy question caused both of us to fall into a fit of laughter.

"Just came to leave my phone in here." I stated after our laughter had stopped.

Her body shifted as she still held the cup of beer in her hand. Pulling the cup from her hand I gulped the cool liquid and handed her back the cup.

"So Jeremy thinks you at least drank something." I said leaning closer to her with a wink. A blush creeped to her face as she looked away.

"Oh Jessie!! Your guest has arrived." To my surprise Jeremy could still be heard over the music. Rolling my eyes I walked into the living room with Taylor behind me.

"Jay I have an idea. Let's play spin the bottle!" Bailey said smiling over at me. What the hell were they doing? The only thing that was missing was a runway to this girls vagina.

"Great idea babe. Come on." Gripping onto Amy and me he pulled us both to the already forming circle. I was set next to Bailey, with Jeremy, Amy, and Taylor across from us.

After going through 2 cups of beer and several shots of whiskey I've yet to kiss someone. No complaints there though. Walking back go the circle with my 3rd cup Jeremy hauled my no lip action.

"Jess spin the bottle."

"No it's fine. Let someone else go." I attempted to push it off to someone else.

"Go." Jeremy demanded harshly. Grasping onto the bottle I gave it a spin. Watching it make it's round several times before slowing down. Watching the bottle it seemed to stop on Taylor, my heart began to race.

"Ohhhhh" the crowd awed. I looked up. The bottle pointed not at Taylor, but to Amy. Amy smiled brightly and leaned across the bottle. Her fingers snaked to the back of my neck and tugged me into a kiss. Our lips crashed into each other, she had full control of the kiss and she knew it. Moving tongue to my lips she entered my mouth for a whiskey filled kiss. It was nothing like kissing Taylor, which I didn't enjoy at all. Once the kiss broke I saw Taylor glare at us and leave to the room.

Stumbling to my feet I rushed to the door and caught it before it was slammed in my face. I maneuvered quickly into the room tripping over my on feet.

"Taylor wait." I pleaded out.
