《Bad Intentions》Sixteen

"So, either one of you want to tell me why I was kidnapped?" I asked the two bad boys sitting in front of me as I bite into a French fry I picked up from my plate.

"Isn't it obvious?" Ian questioned as he took a sip of Coke from his glass.

After our successful escape from a very angry Jace, we were all starving and decided to stop a one of the local diners in the area. The guys said to order anything I wanted that they will pay for it. And of course I ordered a burger with fries, a milkshake and dessert and maybe another burger.

Okay, don't judge.

"No, not really." I answered. I've never once spoke to Ian or Luke in the eighteen years of my life, so the fact that the two are sitting in front of me is just odd as odd can be.

"We just want to hang out with you." Luke spoke up. "You ditched us the last time, not cool, by the way."

"But why?" I questioned again.

Ian took a French fry off his plate and flicked it at my forehead causing it to leave a grease stain. "Because you are the first girl Jace as ever consistently spoken to. You know his reputation, he doesn't speak to anyone unless he's trying to get into another girl's pants."

"And we all know those are just a one night stand." Luke added.

I scrunched my face in disgust at the thought of Jace's conquests as I wiped away the grease from my forehead with a napkin. "It's honestly not what you guys think."

Crumpling the napkin I tossed it at Ian's head, small payback for the fry, causing him to smirk.

"But I do think it's cute that you guys are protecting your best friend." I cooed causing the boys to now scrunch their faces in disgust.

"We are not doing that." Luke said.

"We are not 'cute'." Ian said at the same time.

I couldn't help but laugh at their protest. "Then how would you describe yourselves?"

"Hot." Luke spoke up.

"Sexy." Ian added.

"Mind blowing." Luke said sending a wink my way. I choked on the sip of the milkshake I had in my mouth as I hold in my laughter.

"You boys are really full of yourselves, aren't you?" I asked and they just shrugged their shoulders.

I guess it wouldn't hurt to have at least have a meal with them.

We sat in the diner for what I assume was hours talking, laughing, joking around and telling stories. Luke was currently telling a story about a very young Jace and Ian and how Jace bet Ian his dinosaur shaped chicken nuggets if Ian went up to the girl in his class that he had a crush on and tug on her ponytail and squish her cheeks. He did and the girl ended up pantsing Ian in front of the whole class showing his dinosaur underwear.

"You're kidding!" I squeezed out between my laughter.

Luke shook his head as he was also dying from laughter. "No way! Ian turned so red I thought he was going to explode like a volcano. He didn't come to school for one week after that."

Ian had his arms crossed over his chest with a pout on his lips as he sunk further down in his seat. "I really wanted those nuggets." He muttered.

"Do you still have those dinosaur undies? I teased.

A devious smirk landed on his lips. "Shall I show you what I have now?"

I took a handful of cold fries and toss it at his face. Which he caught like three in his mouth.

"Score!" He cheered as I shook my head at him.

I'm not going to lie, these boys don't seem as bad as I thought they were. In school, the trio is know as cold, heartbreaking bad boys. But it turns out that their just sweet and funny guys who love to flirt by the way, well two out of the three at least.

Leaving the diner after spending hours in there, we headed to the car. As we exited the diner the sky was filled with hues of orange, yellow and red signaling the sun setting.

"Wanna do something you've never done before?" Ian asked as he entered the driver's seat and started the car.

I shrugged my shoulders. "This whole day is filled with things I've never done before."

"But this is something I'm sure you haven't done before." Luke said.

"And how do you know what I have and haven't done?" I snapped.

"Easy, tiger." Ian sooth as he pulled onto the main road heading to the downtown area.

Luke turned back to face me from his seat. "Because you're a good girl. I wouldn't be surprised if you never snuck out of your house."

True.

"Whatever." I muttered slumping back in my seat.

"Aww, don't be mad. I'll buy you those chocolate chip cookies you like so much from your favorite bakery." Luke offered.

I perked up at the sound of that. I should have never told them my weakness.

"You really know the way to a girl's heart, huh?"

"Always." He said with a wink before turning back.

"So, where are we going?" I asked as we passed through the downtown area. At this point the sun had set and it completely dark outside with hues of the street lights and lights from other buildings around.

"Somewhere." Ian answered.

"As long as I don't end up in a random garbage can."

"Really, Lee? Do you think we would actually do that?" Luke asked curiously.

"Not you Luke, maybe Ian." I said patting his shoulder.

"Hey! What's that suppose to mean?" Ian asked defensively.

"Nothing." I fiend innocence.

"You're so lucky I'm driving." He said.

"That's exactly what mean." I muttered causing Luke to laugh and Ian to grunt in disapproval.

A few minutes later we pulled up to an abandoned warehouse and Ian put the car in park. "We're here."

"What's here? This scary building?" I pointed outside the window.

"Come on, you'll see." Ian said as he and Luke exited the car.

I exited the care cautiously as Ian picked up a backpack from the trunk of the car.

"We're not going to kill some are we? Cause I think I forgot the oven on at home." I said turning around to bolt in the other direction only to meet the hard chest of Luke.

Damn. There goes that plan.

"Just trust us." Ian said walking towards the building with the backpack slung over his shoulder.

I looked up at Luke giving him my best puppy dog eyes, pleading with him not to make me go in.

"Nice try, Leah. As cute as you are those are not gonna work this time." He said a smile evident on his lips as he spun me around and pushed me toward the building.

As we entered, I wrapped my arms around myself as it was cold in this dark concrete building. "What are we doing here?"

"Has anyone ever told you that you ask too many questions?" Ian asked. I had to squint to see him as it was dark on this building.

"Maybe." I muttered.

"Wait for it." Luke whispered close to my ear and not even a second later the lights of the warehouse flickered on. And right in front of me was a huge wall covered with graffiti art. Honestly, I would just call it Art.

I glanced around the room we were in and saw the same art all over the other walls. It was filled with all different kinds of graffiti, wording, drawings, and more. But the one in front of me was the most fascinating. It was an outline of the city at night with its sky rise buildings, illuminating lights, and midnight sky. It was beautiful, but only half done.

"Wow." I breathe out. "It's beautiful."

"Glad you like it." Ian said with a small smile on his lips as he opened up the backpack and took out the different spray paint cans. "Wanna help finish it?"

"Can I?" I asked, shocked that they would even let me touch this masterpiece.

"Of course." He handed me a spray can. "Help me finish the outline of the buildings"

I nodded and walked up to the wall and followed his smooth movement of spray painting. After outlining a few buildings I turned back to face Luke.

"Not gonna help?" I asked as I see him lounging on the floor on his phone.

"Nope, this more of an Ian and Jace thing then mine." He said not looking up from his phone.

"Jace?" I questioned. "He does this too?"

"Most the pieces you see here are Jace's. I guess you can say he is artistic. Even the one you're helping with is his."

Wow, I didn't know Jace had an artistic bone in his body. I didn't know he had other bones then the one he uses to screw other girls.

I decided to take a closer look at the artwork on the walls and one particular piece caught my eye. It was one of what looked like a monster ripping through something, but the closer I looked at it, it looked like the monster was shedding its skin to reveal his real form.

Was Jace trying to shed the exterior he puts on to show his really self in this piece?

"So this is were you all disappeared to?" A deep familiar voice boomed through the building causing a cold chill to run down my back.

Oh shit.

I turned around to meet a calm Jace standing by the entrance his demeanor was screaming dominance, which was odd. Why isn't he fuming mad?

"Leah." Ian said catching my attention. "Run."

Before I could think twice Ian sprinted in the opposite direction of Jace , Luke who had jumped to his feet ran toward the back of the building.

Without another thought I ran toward the direction Luke ran. The back of the build has an exited I'm sure and I was right. I sprinted towards the open door, my feet pounding the concrete floor.

Almost there.

Freedom, I can taste it.

Just as I was about to leap out the door, a strong hand grabbed my arm and pulled me back in. I collided with a hard chest.

I looked up to meet the hazel eyes of my perpetrator.

"Didn't think I would let you go twice in one day, did you?" Jace said a devious smirk played on his lips.

Shit, no escaping this one.

Damn you, Luke and Ian!
