《Graphic (Dylan O'Brien)》Chapter 41

Milanas PoV

"And my room" Dylan whispered as he showed me a room with a mattress on the floor, brown stains and splatters everywhere and broken glass and holes in the wall. No place a child should have slept at all

He had made it though all the house just fine. He had his moments where he paused and stopped or tears would fall but he didn't lose himself and I was so proud of him for it.

He stood staring at his room for a while

"I didn't really ever go here" he whispered

"I'll show you where I slept" he said and he wondered to a cupboard in the wall. He opened it up, inside was a tiny space

"In here, with her" he sighed and looked into the door.

I could see the dried blood on the walls and I honestly felt my heart sank. He should have slept in an actual bed, with sports posters around his room, a clean floor which only had stains of cereal for when he spilt it, a tv so he could watch shows he wasn't suppose to be watching, not this hole in a wall with his sister, both wiping away the others tears and blood.

I squeezed his hand

"Well done, I'm proud and I'm sure Melanie is too" I reassured him.

He turned to me and nodded

He then twisted his face

"Really milana, I keep a droopy tone and you think that he'd fine" he said darkly.

Fuck. When did he change. In shock and reaction I lifted up my hand and swung it sharply across Dylan's face

His face was swung to the side and he lost he footing and stumbled.

He turned to me and glared

"You only just came, don't fuck with me like that, now I want you to get back to the fucking car and sit in the back until you return back to normal" I said sharply, standing me ground.

Dylan just looked at me confused and aggressive but I was building up all the anger I had from everything that had been done to me into this

"Dylan, car, NOW" I sternly said and pointed to the door

"Don't you tell me what to do" he groaned sharply and gestured forward like he was going to hurt me. But I knew he wouldn't

"Get in the car I won't tell you twice, I'll take you to Melanie, but if you misbehave you won't see Melanie" I sternly said looking him square in the eye

He just glared at me, trying to stand me down using his eyes but I kept my strong posture, using my grandmars words to keep it up.

Soon Dylan gave in and started to walk out the room. I followed him down the car and he got in the back and I got in the drivers seat.

I started up the car and started to drive. Dylan remained in the back. He had his head burrowed in the car seat since he layed himself out.

I knew he was stuggling and I knew his fear would play tricks but I knew he would do it. He'd make it though. I'm not going to have suffered for nothing
